This research discusses the implementation of the 1945 Constitution Article 34 Paragraph 1 in the policy of protecting orphans using a theoretical approach to the Koran. The research focus includes aspects of justice, compassion, social responsibility, social empowerment and the rights of orphans. Al-Qur'an theory is integrated to provide an ethical and moral basis for policy formation. Research findings show that holistic integration between the legal basis and the values of the Koran can optimize the protection of orphans. Alignment, empowerment and community participation are the keys to creating effective and meaningful policies. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide guidance for the development of policies for the protection of orphans that are better, fairer and based on Islamic values.

This study aims to explore how the Tengger Indigenous community in Ngadas Village, Malang Regency, preserves their traditions amidst the challenges of modernization. The research employs a historical method, which includes four primary stages: (1) heuristic, involving the collection of data through books, journal articles, newspapers, as well as interviews and field observations; (2) verification, focusing on the credibility evaluation of sources by conducting source criticism; (3) interpretation, or the process of data interpretation; and (4) historiography, related to how the data is presented. The findings of this research highlight the crucial role of traditional healers as informal leaders who are responsible not only for religious rituals but also for addressing social issues in the community and educating the young generation with positive character values. The study concludes that traditional healers play a key role in integrating tradition with the changes of the times, and that the traditional farming practices of the Tengger community are not only their main source of livelihood but also a means to shield the community from the negative impacts of modernization.

The habitual use of digital technology in schools, especially in SMKs that are directly connected to the digital industrial world, is one of the tasks of the school principal to prepare and ensure that the human resources they have are in accordance with the needs of their educational institutions. Digital life and career skills habituation is very important in the implementation of SMK education to prepare students for a connected and digitized future and increase work effectiveness in schools. This research departs from initial observations made by researchers at SMA Negeri 4 Jambi City, that class X (Phase E) students did not show an attitude of defending the country. This research aims to describe the role of PPKn teachers in instilling an attitude of defending the country in class . The approach to this research uses a qualitative approach and uses a qualitative descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that PPKn teachers have carried out their role in instilling an attitude of defending the country, but there are several roles of PPKn teachers that have not been implemented by PPKn teachers, so the researcher concludes that PPKn teachers have not fully carried out their role well in accordance with the theory of the role of PPKn teachers put forward by Marzuki and Feriandi (2016:195), namely 1) Motivating Students, 2) Directing Students, 3) Initiator, 4) Informator, 5) Evaluator, 6) Facilitator. Then, the obstacles for PPKn teachers in instilling an attitude of defending the country in class X (Phase E) students at SMA Negeri 4 Jambi City are divided into 2 factors, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors are factors that come from within the student, such as a lack of student awareness. Then external factors are factors that are caused from outside the student, such as the student's background, the influence of social media and the student's environment.

Bullying is a social behavior that often occurs in schools. Bullying can also involve students as perpetrators and victims. Bullying also has some negative repercussions for both the victim and the perpetrator himself. If this type of bullying occurs, then the role of the teacher is needed so that the teacher can identify and overcome it. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of teachers in the implementation of character education to overcome bullying. This research method uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. From this study, it is also known that there are several types, factors, and impacts or consequences felt by students due to bullying behavior carried out. These three aspects can be a guideline for teachers to analyze and formulate strategies to solve these problems, one of which is through the application of character education. It can be seen that the role of teachers in the implementation of character education for students is to guide or provide advice and direction, as well as develop students in order to overcome situations or problems of bullying so as to minimize the occurrence of bullying at school. Teachers play an important role in applying moral values to shape student character, especially in elementary school students, because students in this age group easily imitate the behaviors and actions they see. Therefore, in its implementation, teachers and parents must work together to achieve character building through the application of character values.

Data collection techniques carried out in this study were using questionnaire instruments. The questionnaire used consisted of questionnaires, variables of coach leadership, achievement motivation and athlete's performance. The type of questionnaire is a closed questionnaire where the questionnaire distributed to respondents has provided the answer in the form of five answer choices, so the respondent just has to choose one of the five answers provided. The measurement scale of the coach leadership questionnaire, achievement motivation and athlete's performance used a Likert scale. The primary data collected then through the estimated error normality test, linearity test and significance test. Then analyzed and tested the hypothesis using path analysis. Data analysis techniques in this study include: (1) descriptive data analysis, (2) requirements test, (3) inferential data analysis. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that: (1) Coach’ leadership has no direct effect on athletes’ performance. (2) Coach’ leadership has no direct effect on achievement motivation. (3) Achievement motivation has direct effect on athletes’ performance. (4) Coach’ leadership has no indirect effect on athletes’ performance through achievement motivation. (5) Coach’ leadership has an indirect effect on athletes’ performance through achievement motivation.
