The world of education is currently facing many very complex and diverse problems, starting from deficiencies in the learning process and learning evaluation. This research aims to determine the strategies of PPKn teachers in improving the Pancasila Student Profile in the critical reasoning dimension at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta. This research was carried out for approximately 5 months. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative where the researcher will describe based on data obtained from the field. Data sources were obtained from interviews with the Deputy Head of Curriculum, PPKn teachers, students, observation, and documentation at school. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research showed that the PPKn teacher's strategy in increasing the dimensions of critical reasoning is by using a variety of learning models or methods. The teacher's strategy is to get students to like reading or literacy, the second strategy was the teacher giving examples or actual events, the third strategy was the teacher giving HOTS questions. The fourth strategy is that students were able to solve problems through discussions, questions, and answers, and presentations, and finally, school facilities that support learning.

This research aims to determine: (1) The role of the non-governmental organization SPEK-HAM Surakarta in providing legal aid services to women victims of sexual violence, (2) The obstacles faced by the non-governmental organization SPEK-HAM Surakarta in providing legal aid services to women victims of sexual violence. This study used qualitative research methods. In this research, the results were obtained in the form of: (1) The role of the Non-Governmental Organization SPEK-HAM Surakarta in providing legal aid services to women victims of sexual violence, namely (1) Receiving SPEK-HAM Case Complaint Reports; (2) Approach to Victims and Legal Consultation; (3) Mediation; (4) Legal Assistance. 2) The obstacles experienced are (1) During the mediation process, if the case is continued to the realm of law, the victim's family is also involved in the case, overcome by mediation accompanied by compensation, (2) the lack of perspective from the Police towards women victims of sexual violence is overcome by providing education and understanding for the police so they can handle cases of sexual violence based on the victim's perspective.

The research aims to test the effectiveness of group counselling services using art therapy techniques that is mindfulness based art therapy. The research method uses a quantitative approach with the Quasi Experimental Design, the One Group Pre-Test and Post-test Design research design. The sampling technique in this research is Purposive Sampling and the researchers obtained six pupils. In the data collection method used is by elevating student engagement. Then in the analysis techniques using presentation analysis and T-Test for Paired Sample. Group counselling activities were carried out with mindfulness based art therapy techniques divided into 9 sessions with evaluation at the last meeting. The results of the study showed that group counselling services using art therapy techniques were effective in improving student engagement, this was proven by the T-Test for Paired Sample with a value of t= -27,732 and a significance of 0,000<0,5 and the Effect Size calculation obtained a result of 11,406 >1,00 which belongs to the category of strong effects. (strong effect). Thus it was concluded that the provision of group counselling services using art therapy techniques provides a very strong effectiveness in increasing student engagement in the students of Class IX in the 22nd Pontianak state high school.

At this time social media is the most popular platform used by teenagers, they use various types of social media, especially Tiktok as a way to entertain themselves when bored and bored. Tiktok is a social media that is widely accessed today because Tiktok not only provides entertainment but also educational benefits. But besides that, there is currently a crisis of legal education shown by the increasing number of law violations by teenagers, this study aims to utilize Tiktok social media, especially on @istilah.law and @harustauhukum.id accounts as legal education media to improve knowledge, attitudes and skills in students at SMA Pendidikan Pembangunan Bangsa Kota Bandung. This study utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach and collects data using questionnaire media, interview techniques, and observation. This research results that Tiktok content on various @istilah.law and @harustauhukum.id accounts that are easy to understand and easily accessible can contribute to increasing knowledge, attitudes and skills

This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of government policies in the management and development of the Karombasan Market, Wanea District, Manado City. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach research method. The aim of descriptive research is to create systematic, actual and accurate descriptions, images or paintings regarding the facts, as well as the properties and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The results of the research show that the government has carried out their respective duties but it is still not going well, even though they hold a large responsibility in the management and development of the Karombasan Market in Manado, they cannot do much even though they have already held socialization because of the Traders do not follow the rules that have been made and mutually agreed upon but it doesn't have much of an impact because not many traders participate and the government has carried out socialization for a long time and is no longer held. And also because traders are used to situations like that because from the start of their sales they were not grouped according to the types of sales. The arrangement and development of the Manado Karombasan Market did not run optimally because since the planning, traders were not placed in accordance with the applicable rules or regulations. The government is less firm in following up on the problems faced, such as traders' stalls which are not well organized and do not comply with the rules, traders do not participate enough in the arrangement and cleanliness of Manado's Karombasan Market. The absence of regional regulations governing traditional markets, especially in the city of Manado, makes it difficult for the government to take reference from where to act and manage these markets.

Family conflict can occur at any time and is difficult to avoid due to a lack of understanding, communication, patience and acceptance of individual differences, resulting in conflict within the family. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out how to solve family conflicts using the wahdatul 'ulum approach, which is a concept of scientific integration that unites religious knowledge and general science. This research uses qualitative research, data collection was carried out by interviews in one of the villages in Tamiang Hulu sub-district, Aceh Tamiang district. The results of this research are that family conflicts can be resolved using a transdisciplinary approach so as to create a holistic approach, which includes spiritual, emotional, rational aspects and Al-Qur'an counseling which is an effective solution in solving problems.

Management of basic education Improving the quality of administration in basic education institutions is crucial for the growth of elementary schools. One of the most important parts of education that contributes to better education is development. Institutional advancement is greatly aided by the improvement of basic education administration. Furthermore, the administration of basic education, which is integral to the school improvement procedure, is the purview of school development. Methods for gathering information in this descriptive qualitative study include interviews, observations, and written records. Findings from the study on basic education management now underway at SDN 015 Muara Kaman with the aim of raising the standard of education there, namely in two areas: first, the creation of curricula, and second, the implementation of those curricula.

Conceptual understanding ability is a skill in which students can explain a matter or concept of knowledge with their personal understanding. However, students' conceptual understanding related to science learning, especially on the material of the human respiratory system is still lacking. This study aims to determine how the application of the RADEC learning model in improving concept understanding in human respiratory system material for grade V elementary school students. This research used experimental method with quasi experimental design nonequivalent control groups design. The results showed that the pretest of students' concept understanding ability was highest with a score of 60 with an average score of 33. After the application of the RADEC learning model, the posttest value of students' concept understanding was highest in the very good category with a score of 100 with an average score of 82. The increase in students' understanding of concepts in human respiratory system material after applying the RADEC learning model has increased significantly as evidenced by the n-gain results on students' pretest and posttest scores with a result of 0.72 which is in the high category indicating that there is an increase in understanding of high category concepts after the application of the RADEC learning model of human respiratory system material.

The concept of dowry as a man's obligation to give to a woman allows for opportunities to be criticized, even denied, because it will only be aimed at appearing inferior on one side and superior on the other. So, looking at the concept of dowry from the perspective of the Koran confirms that the concept of the Koran applies in any society and anywhere without looking at the materialistic context. This research uses this method of library research. This research also uses the ijmali method. The ijmali method is a method in which the meaning of the verse is explained concisely and globally but quite clearly. Therefore, researchers used this research based on primary data as the main data in this research, namely Tafsir Al Jami'li Ahkamil Quran by Imam Alqurthubi. The dowry is only given by the prospective husband to the prospective wife, not to other women or anyone else, even if they are very close to her. Other people are not allowed to take it, even the husband himself cannot take it except with his wife's permission. However, if his wife allows it, there is no obstacle for him to wear it. According to Imam Al-Qurthubi, dowry is an absolute right that the prospective wife has. He said that giving a dowry is an obligation in Islam, and the husband must give it voluntarily and is part of the marriage contract process. A dowry is a mandatory gift given by a prospective husband to a prospective wife as a form of a husband's sincerity and sincerity towards his wife to create feelings of love from both of them. The form of dowry given to women is in the form of goods or services. Religion also does not determine the maximum or minimum amount of dowry that a prospective husband must give to his wife. In the business world, schools can be considered as a brand or a trademark. A well-crafted brand will attract the interest of parents to enroll their children in that school. To ensure that the brand reaches the school's target audience, it is necessary to leverage the rapid technological developments in the era of Industry 4.0. One characteristic of the Industry 4.0 era is the growth of digital marketing. Digital marketing involves the use of digital technology to create channels for potential recipients, with the goal of effectively achieving business objectives and satisfying customer needs. This research aims to outline school branding strategies, starting from preschool (TK), elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP), senior high school (SMA), to vocational high school (SMK). The research employs a literature study or library research method.From the analysis and discussion, the results show that school branding strategies in the digital era to enhance community interest are as follows: 1) conducting a SWOT analysis of the school, 2) establishing a competent public relations team proficient in both print and electronic media as well as social media, 3) improving academic and non-academic achievements, 4) developing social media presence including the school's website, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, 5) implementing Word of Mouth (WOM) strategies involving all teachers, staff, and parents, 6) maximizing the accreditation value of expertise programs and schools with an A rating, 7) enhancing the quality of teachers and teaching according to their expertise, 8) realizing the quality of graduates' character or behavior, 9) creating flagship activities that differentiate the school from others, 10) establishing a brand personality through the portrayal of a well-known figure.
