The article presents the study results of the regions readiness to the formation of intelligent transport systems as the basis for creating a network of transport and logistics clusters. The statistical comparative analysis of the regions potential by components (innovative, technological, economic) has been performed. The assessment of the regions readiness for the innovative systems and technologies implementation and the transport and logistics cluster creation has been presented. A technique for localization selection of intelligent transport technologies in the regions has been developed, as a base for organizing a transport and logistics cluster.

The article deals with the problem of mathematical support of situational approach to the development of management decision support systems in the management of the quality of complex objects. Based on the analysis of the main tasks that are solved when making management decisions, the sequence of procedures necessary for their solution is determined. The methods of modeling, allowing to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the state of the object in the presence of both quantitative and qualitative assessment indicators, are proposed. This article considers information technologies development problems to assess the effectiveness of mobile learning. A survey of Internet users was conducted to identify the level of awareness of this aspect, which led to the conclusion that the problem of developing systems for assessing the quality of mobile learning is relevant and necessary. These technologies will contribute to the development of open education, the expansion of its functions, as well as the self-organization of students to select mobile learning trajectory.

Research related to the methodology of computer science course studying in elementary school is underway in Russia for more than thirty years. Based on the literature analysis, it can be concluded the main focus of such research is on the development of course content, the choice of educational technologies and teaching methods, as well as the development of age-appropriate digital educational resources. In our opinion, there are very few works which are devoted to the problem of the certain psychological processes formation, including attention. The article is devoted to the development of elementary school-age students' attention in the process of teaching computer science. Contains a brief overview of the concept definition problem of “attention” in the domestic psychological and pedagogical science. There are recommendations for teachers on the lesson organization, contributing to create of educational situations for the attention development. The analysis of the tasks contained in various educational and methodical complexes in computer science for the focus presence in them on the development of this cognitive process.

The article reveals the urgency of the future electronics engineers' professional competence in digital technology. The article presents its historiography and points out the scientists' points of views. The following key terms are analyzed: information, information-oriented society, professional competence, competence of digital technology, information digital competence, information technology, computer technology. The article gives the definition of professional competence in digital technology and its content and also characterizes the system of principles underlying the informational and cybernetic approaches. The most effective technologies, forms and methods of training are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the reflexive -evaluative activities; tasks for practical and independent work, that are of applied nature. It is stressed the necessity for the development of a health culture in connection with the informatization of the educational process.

Modern scenario-based approaches to the construction of dialogue systems require extraction of domain-dependent synonyms and concepts. For example, making rules for rule-based dialogue systems is greatly facilitated by the ability to automatically generate synonyms for keywords. Automatic detection of domain concepts allows to make a list of slots that need to be filled to create service scenarios in goal-oriented dialogues. This paper describes the method of unsupervised synonym and concept extraction from natural language texts. Our method includes context-dependent algorithms (based on applying word embeddings) and does not require using tagged data and external resources.
