This study aims to describe ways that can be used to improve students' self-efficacy in speaking learning. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with literature study techniques. One of the causes of student speaking difficulties is anxiety. Anxiety is associated with low self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is an individual's belief in his ability to complete a task or achieve a predetermined goal. Therefore, so that students' anxiety when speaking is reduced so that students can speak well, it is necessary to do ways to improve student self-efficacy in the learning process through four sources of self-efficacy, namely (1) mastery experience, (2) representative experience, (3) verbal persuasion or social persuasion, and (4) physiological and affective conditions. The source of self-efficacy used in learning is tailored to the needs, both the condition of students and existing facilities. Self-efficacy can be improved in each step of learning, both in pre-activity, core activities (preparation steps, presentation practice steps, speech/presentation steps, and presentation evaluation steps), and post-activity learning. Keywords—self-efficacy; self-efficacy source; speaking learning

The regional regulation No 02 of 2012 highlights additional income for civil servants. It is purposed to stimulate the improvement of work performance by increasing their prosperity. This research aims to evaluate and describe the effect of the implementation on such policy related to its purpose. So far very few evaluations conducted by the authorities in order to look into the result, its effectiveness and efficiency. This research focuses on the evaluation of regular additional income at the Regional Secretariat of Indramayu Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative. The research finding shows that the goal of the additional income policy to civil servants has not appropriately been achieved at the standard of the policy objectives such as the still low awareness of discipline and stagnant work performance. Furthermore, the process of distributing the income to civil servants is also often overdue. Keywords—the evaluation of policy; additional income; distributing; overdue

The increasingly digital pattern of society makes the conditions for changes in governance and implementation significant to be implemented immediately. So that patterns or models of evolution can provide benefits to access to education that is not limited by distance or time. In this study the object universities are Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif (UMAHA), UMAHA is a private university that is developing under the auspices of the Maarif Education and Social Foundation located in Sidoarjo, Indonesia. The model-making approach used is with the college ranking parameters issued by the Ministry of Research and Higher Education, including Human Resources, Institutions, Student Affairs, Research, and Community Service and Innovation, then the model is made by Artificial or Virtual. From here it is necessary to build an artificial university to progress and facilitate access to education for all humans. The definition of an artificial university is that any systematic effort to change the model of physical activity becomes a truly digital or virtual event that allows users (stakeholders) to interact and transact electronically. in this study the discussion is to build a different artificial or digital-based college with a viewpoint, with the viewpoint of a university ranking instrument determined by the ministry so that it is more in line with the conditions of higher education in Indonesia. Thus, it is clear that Artificial University will be superior when compared to conventional ones. It can be felt that the library can be accessed at night directly from home, assignments are collected through e-mail, campus announcements are accessed without having to go to campus, and so on.

It was found that many students were passive during the speaking class. This research aims to investigate the affective factors causing their passiveness. It was conducted in a senior high school in Cirebon in 2018/2019 academic year taking 20 students, who were identified reluctant to speak during the speaking class, as the sample. To get the data, the writer used questionnaires as the technique, and described it using qualitative method. Based on the data from the result of questionnaires, 70% of the students’ low participation is due to low self-confidence, or fear to speak. The other factor which takes20 % is lack of motivation. Meanwhile the factor of introvert personality takes 10%. The passive attitudes among the students emerge to be a failure of the teaching learning activity if there is no attention from the teacher to evaluate. Therefore, this invites a challenge for the teacher to cope with it. Keywords—affective factors; passive; speaking class

Creating Shared Value (CSV) is a concept yielded from company policy and activities. In this case, company is mandatory in creating economical and social value at the same time, without prioritizing at one side. CSV emerges from the expansive idea of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) concept. It only refers to social activity which leads to artificial positive image in terms of company responsibility to community and environment. This study aims to examine the importance of CSV implementation in a company. Profound discussion of CSV was employed by exploring related studies of CSV implementation in a company. Literature review was used as a research method. However, exploration results were demonstrated in a summary and solution suggested by researchers for CSV implementation in a company. According to the methods used, it was expected that this study could give contribution for a company, local community, as well as policy maker. This policy maker who creates the regulation was also expected to create rules and guidance concerning CSV. The policy was about the mandatory for company to implement the concept of CSV. Currently, the rules overlook CSV and only available for CSR. Keywords—creating shared value; corporate social responsibility; economic value; social value
