Parenthetical expressions are non-negligible in second language learning. By making a questionnaire survey and doing online interviews to 20 foreign students who are intermediate and advanced Chinese learners in China, the writer tried to find answers to two questions about a special Chinese parenthetical expression ‘wo shuo shen me lai zhe’ . The writer pointed out what the literal meaning and implicature of this PE were and how Gicean cooperative principle and the theory of implicature could analyze it. Finally, possible methods of teaching and learning Chinese PEs were proposed in the paper.

School physical education plays an irreplaceable important role in the overall growth of people, and culture is of great significance in the process of achieving physical education goals. This article uses research methods of literature and logical deductive to find that the current school physical education teaching emphasizes symbolic knowledge transmission, ignoring the infiltration of cultural connotation; it is separated from the students’ cultural background and life experience; it separates sports knowledge from sports awareness and sports spirit the lack of cultural responsiveness and other phenomena. Based on this, school physical education should strengthen the awareness of physical education teachers’ cultural response and implement the responsibility of cultural subjects; enhance physical education teachers’ cultural response capabilities and promote the reform of physical education teaching methods; explore the cultural elements of school physical education curriculum knowledge to promote the learning of sports knowledge; observe student sports culture background, to promote the effective generation of sports knowledge and explore the cultural responsive path of school sports teaching in four aspects.

Education is the basic way of human existence, and suffering is an essential part of human life. Education and suffering are connected through human ties. Students' perception of suffering in education is multidimensional, which can be divided into three dimensions: society, teachers and students themselves. The suffering of rationality in education is not deliberately imposed by people, but a kind of real existence in the educational activities that conform to the purpose, law and humanity, otherwise it is unreasonable suffering. In view of the suffering in education, we should balance the contradiction between internal and external needs, improve teachers' caring ability, and guide students' reasonable pursuit.

In order to solve the problem of low teaching effect of traditional teaching mode of English for science and technology, this paper innovatively proposes a goal problem oriented teaching mode of English for science and technology based on superstar platform. Through the analysis of the teaching objectives, teaching design and teaching effect of the mode, we can see that the teaching mode can stimulate students' interest in learning, promote curriculum teaching, effectively improve the quality of talent training, achieve the goal of talent training, and promote the development and construction of the school.

Curriculum ideological and political is of great significance for guiding young students to consciously cultivate and practice socialist core values and become qualified socialist builders and successors. The contemporary value of curriculum ideology and politics is to establish lofty ideals, firm belief in Marxism, firm belief in socialism, deepen patriotism and firm confidence in realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. For any country, the higher education system not only plays an industrial role, but also sends a large number of talents to the country's development. This article is based on this, establishing an evaluation model of the higher education system and formulating an improvement policy. Question one requires us to establish a system that can assess the health of any country's higher education system. We select the gross enrollment rate, the proportion of people receiving higher education, the proportion of higher education expenditure in fiscal expenditure, and the proportion of international students to measure the health of the higher education system. Because each indicator has different impacts, that is, the weight is different, we first use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each indicator, then use the TOPSIS method to build an evaluation model, combine the weights, calculate the scores of each country, and determine their health status in turn. Question two requires us to apply the model. We chose the data of the United States, Germany, Japan, Australia, and China to analyze and calculate the score. Since China has the lowest score, we selected China as our improvement target. Finally, we summarized the advantages and disadvantages of this model, and the model can be improved through the disadvantages.

Helping students shape correct world outlook, outlook on life and values is a necessary part of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. This needs to integrate value building into knowledge imparting and ability training in curriculum teaching. Therefore, it is a new task and requirement to build a scientific and reasonable curriculum ideology and politics teaching system. Taking the engineering professional course “electrical machinery” as an example, This paper implements the concept of "casting soul-strengthening foundation-cultivating ability", and adhere to the ideological and political construction direction of the cross integration of intellectual education and moral education. The key work will be put on the revision of professional training plan and course syllabus, the compilation and production of moral education plan and courseware, the improvement of teaching team, and the implementation of teaching. In national development, a system of higher education is an important element in a nation’s efforts to further educate its citizens beyond required primary and secondary education. Therefore, it is valuable to study the health of the higher education system. By analyzing the problem, the paper have found some factors that affect the national higher education system. Our team has studied the problem from five aspects: cost, quality of education, research level, policy enforcement, and access right. To measure and assess the health of a system of higher education at a national level, the paper have developed a model called the “Higher Education Pause and Temperature Test (HEPTT) Model”. By using this model, it can reflect the relevant situation of a nation’s higher education system. The paper first established a Principal Component Analysis Model to evaluate the health of the higher education system in any country and give a comprehensive score. Then, the paper used R-type Cluster Analysis Model to build the neural network. From this, the paper could evaluate the comprehensive score of the health status of any nation’s higher education system. Finally, the paper used the Perceptron Algorithm to adjust the most adaptable the paperight of each factor with the health condition the paper expected to achieve, so as to obtain the best the paperight ratio. Also, the paper used this to provide policy recommendations for a nation with room for improvement.

This paper is here to develop a model that can assess the health status of the higher education system in any country. Then select a country and propose a set of policies that will move that country from its current state to its target state. Five indicators for the evaluation of the education system are formulated. Then, Python crawler is used to capture the data of different countries under these five indicators from the Internet. Then, K-means++ clustering method is used to classify countries into three classes. The significance and specific results of classification are shown in 4.2.1 and Table3. Then, according to different types of countries, TOPSIS based on entropy weight method is used to establish a system that can evaluate the health status of higher education in any country.
