Techniques for Presenting Vocabulary in Maritime English Teaching 航海英语教学中词汇的呈现技巧

Specialist vocabulary is one of the most difficult parts in teaching English for specific purposes. This paper puts forward eight maritime vocabulary teaching techniques, including realia, drawing, word-building, guessing from context, demonstrating, synonyms, diagrams and examples and their usages in maritime English teaching.

Research on the Construction and Application of Smart Space Teaching System 智能空间教学系统的构建与应用研究

In view of the disadvantages of the traditional teaching model, based on a variety of educational ideas such as system theory, constructivism, multiple intelligences and educational equity, this paper studies the construction and application of smart space teaching system. It includes the construction of smart resource database, smart online course, data analysis and evaluation system, and applies it to the course of Electrotechnics in practice. The research and implementation of this system will help to improve the teaching effect of colleges and universities, mobilize students' learning initiative, improve teachers' professional level and comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching.
针对传统教学模式的弊端,本文基于系统论、建构主义、多元智能、教育公平等多种教育理念,对智慧空间教学体系的构建与应用进行了研究。它包括智能资源库的建设、智能在线课程、数据分析与评价系统,并将其应用于电工技术课程的实践。该系统的研究与实施,有利于提高高校的教学效果,调动学生的学习积极性,提高教师的专业水平,全面提高教育教学质量。

Research on Talent Cultivation Model Construction of Biology Teacher Education Based on OBE Concept 基于OBE理念的生物教师教育人才培养模式构建研究

This study is carried out from the theoretical perspective of OBE education concept. Under the guidance of "OBE" education concept, professional talent training objectives need to be more clear and detailed, the connection between professional curriculum system and students' core ability needs to be more accurate, and the implementation of specific teaching activities needs to be more effective. In the research, we pay attention to both macro and micro research, adhere to the organic combination of theory and practice, closely connect with the current situation of talent cultivation in biology teacher education, and highlight the talent cultivation goal of biology education specialty.
本研究是从OBE教育理念的理论视角展开的。在“出体”教育理念的指导下,专业人才培养目标需要更加清晰细致,专业课程体系与学生核心能力的衔接需要更加精准,具体教学活动的实施需要更加有效。在研究中,我们注重宏观研究与微观研究相结合,坚持理论与实践有机结合,紧密联系生物教师教育人才培养现状,突出生物教育专业人才培养目标。

Under the background of ideological-political education, the teaching ability of English teachers in higher vocational colleges is very important. This paper discusses strategies to improve teaching ability of higher vocational college teachers under the background of ideological-political education, including improving teachers' political literacy ability, improving teachers' ability to infect students, improving teachers' ability to improve teaching methods, and improving their ability to excavate ideological and political elements in teaching so as to ensure the teaching quality and improve teaching ability of higher vocational college English teachers.

Research on the innovation of senior high school English classroom teaching model under the new college entrance examination system 新高考体制下高中英语课堂教学模式创新研究

In today’s high school English classrooms, the traditional teaching model has been unable to meet the demand for the cultivation of innovative talents under the background of the new college entrance examination system. For this reason, innovative research on teaching models is proposed, and conventional teaching concepts are changed to enable students to understand the concepts of listening and cognition. Popularize emotional teaching strategies for faculty and staff, and apply the hierarchical teaching model. And use the results of field investigation to verify the effectiveness of the new teaching model.

Bilingual Teaching in Chinese Universities: Problems and Solutions 中国高校双语教学:问题与对策

In recent years, exchanges and cooperation between China and foreign countries have become increasingly frequent; consequently, the demand for bilingual talents has increased year by year. In order to adapt to the development of the times and improve the quality of higher education in China, the Chinese Ministry of Education has been promoting bilingual teaching as a priority among priorities of education reform. This paper first clarifies the connotation of the term “bilingual teaching” in comparison with “bilingual education”, from which the Chinese version of “bilingual teaching” originated. Then it discusses the significance of carrying out bilingual teaching in colleges and universities in China and analyzes the differences between bilingual teaching in China and bilingual education abroad. Finally, it identifies five major problems in bilingual teaching in Chinese universities and puts forward tentative solutions accordingly. It is hoped that our analysis of these problems and solutions would not only aid sustained development of bilingual teaching in China but also provide inspiration for other countries in their effort toward similar practice.
近年来,中外交流与合作日益频繁;因此,对双语人才的需求逐年增加。为了适应时代的发展,提高中国高等教育的质量,中国教育部一直把推进双语教学作为教育改革的重点之一。本文首先通过对“双语教学”与“双语教育”的比较,厘清了“双语教学”的内涵,“双语教学”的中文版由此产生。然后论述了在中国高校开展双语教学的意义,并分析了中国双语教学与国外双语教育的差异。最后,指出了我国高校双语教学中存在的五大问题,并提出了相应的对策。希望我们对这些问题的分析和解决方案,不仅有助于中国双语教学的持续发展,也能为其他国家的双语教学提供启示。

A Correlation Study of English Learning Motivation and Learning Strategies of Student Pilots 飞行员学生英语学习动机与学习策略的相关研究

English language ability plays the significant role in the career development of pilots. English learning motivation and strategy determine the effectiveness of language learning. This paper mainly explores the characteristics of student pilots’ learning motivation and learning strategies under the current environment, and the possible correlation between them. Subjects are 260 undergraduate student pilots of Civil Aviation University of China. The research findings may help the aviation English teachers be aware of the characteristics of their students’ learning motivation and learning strategies so that they could adjust teaching methods accordingly to help their students get better results of English learning. The result of study shows that English learning motivation and learning strategies are in positive correlations.
英语语言能力对飞行员的职业发展起着重要的作用。英语学习动机和策略决定着语言学习的效果。本文主要探讨当前环境下学生飞行员学习动机和学习策略的特点,以及两者之间可能存在的相关性。研究对象为260名中国民航大学在校本科生飞行员。研究结果可以帮助航空英语教师了解学生学习动机和学习策略的特点,从而对教学方法进行相应的调整,帮助学生取得更好的英语学习效果。研究结果表明,英语学习动机与学习策略之间存在正相关关系。

Research on Environmental Adaptation and Personalized Development of Visually Impaired Students in Colleges and Universities 高校视障学生环境适应与个性化发展研究

As the main participants of higher inclusive education, the adaptation of visually impaired students to the barrier-free environment and individual development in colleges and universities are extremely important to promote the development of higher inclusive education. This article selects three visually impaired college students from a university in Nanjing to conduct interviews to understand the adaptability and personal development experience of the visually impaired students to the school’s barrier-free physical environment, humanistic environment, and information environment. It is found that the university has achieved a stage in the construction of the barrier-free environment to results, but there are still shortcomings. This article puts forward the following suggestions in order to provide reference ideas for the further development of higher integrated education: improve barrier-free environment conditions; strengthen students' school adaptation training, especially psychological adjustment; and formulate personal development plans for visually impaired college students.
视障学生作为高等全纳教育的主要参与者,其对无障碍环境的适应和高校的个性发展对于促进高等全纳教育的发展具有极其重要的意义。本文选取南京某高校的三名视障大学生进行访谈,了解视障学生对学校无障碍物理环境、人文环境和信息环境的适应性和个人发展经历。研究发现,高校在无障碍环境建设方面取得了阶段性成果,但仍存在不足。本文提出以下几点建议,以期为高等融合教育的进一步发展提供参考思路:改善无障碍环境条件;加强学生的学校适应训练,特别是心理调适;为视障大学生制定个人发展规划。

Education is the basis of economic development. The coordinated development of education and economy is divided into two levels: Theory and practice. At the theoretical level, it mainly discusses the prospect relationship between education and economy, including the coordinated development of education and economy, and the implementation of education and economic development. The practical research takes a specific region as a case to analyze the current situation and trend of the coordinated development of education and economy in the region, sum up the experience, find out the shortcomings, so as to draw up the coordinated development countermeasures. This paper analyzes the relationship between education economic growth and coordinated development, which can provide reference for the future development of education and economy in China.

For the training of preschool education majors, the curriculum design is short of some projects that convey the professional identity of preschool teachers to students, resulting in many graduates lacking of professional beliefs, so as to make the whole preschool education team scattered and chaotic, and make it difficult to promote the level of professionalism. Therefore, this article intends to be combined with the necessity of training professional identity and to explore the strategy of cultivating the professional identity of preschool education majors, hoping it is of some reference value for related work.
职业认同是各行各业从业人员应具备的基本素质,高职院校在教学中培养学生的职业认同更为必要。对于幼教专业的培养,课程设计中缺少一些能够向学生传达幼教教师专业身份的项目,导致很多毕业生缺乏专业信念,从而使整个幼教团队分散混乱,难以提升专业水平。因此,本文拟结合培养专业认同的必要性,探讨培养学前教育专业专业认同的策略,希望对相关工作有一定的参考价值。
