During the Anti Japanese War, the CPC's cadre education thought reached an unprecedented height. In the long-term practice of revolution and construction, the Communist Party of China has a profound and unique understanding of cadre education, and has found a way of cadre education with its own characteristics. Throughout the basic experience of the party's cadre education during the Anti Japanese War, we can see that the CPC attached great importance to and supported it; the party's systematic education management and implementation organization; adhering to the school running policy of proceeding from reality and the teaching principle of integrating theory with practice; and maintaining the excellent quality of self-reliance and hard struggle. Summing up and studying the experience of cadre education during the Anti Japanese war is of great realistic and practical significance for the party to carry out large-scale cadre education and training.

This paper makes a narrative analysis of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe with Propp’s morphology of the folktale, to further prove that “Propp’s model has the explanatory power to account for narratives that had not even come into being at the time the model was developed” (Simpson, 2004:71) and that the sequence of functions that realized in narratives is not always identical.

The higher education system plays a vital role in the development of a country. Each country's higher education system has its strengths and weaknesses, and it faces various external risks (such as the global pandemic), so countries need to rethink their higher education systems and make adjustment accordingly. Therefore, it is important to study the health status and sustainability of the national higher education system. We have developed a model for assessing health status in higher education at the national level. We respectively consider the higher education environment, higher education input and higher education output, and then a three-level evaluation system with 16 specific indicators was established. Then, in order to make a comparative analysis, we chose the United States, China and India, which are all representative countries of developed and developing countries. The health status of national higher education system was evaluated by using principal component analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the ranking result was the United States> China> India. So we identify India as the country with more room for improvement, and conduct follow-up analysis.

Application oriented talents are the inevitable support of social development. In order to meet the production and development needs of enterprises, this paper takes the integration of production and education as the research background, and takes the cultivation of application-oriented talents as the direction of education to carry out innovative research on the talent cultivation mode of colleges and universities. In the research, the paper puts forward the measures of constructing the "1234" applied talents training system, clarifies the concept of talents training, creates the conditions of talents training, standardizes the level of ability training, and designs the types of teaching guidance courses, so as to solve the problem of dislocation between industry and educational institutions in higher vocational education. At the same time, we should innovate the behavior mechanism of talent training, refer to the way of enterprise management staff, manage students' learning behavior, or adopt the way of real-time monitoring students' learning behavior to locate and track students' learning trends, so as to create higher value for the implementation of higher education and truly regulate students' learning ability.

Curriculum reform is not only the change of teaching content and teaching methods, but also the change of people. This study uses quantitative research methods to analyze the graded teaching and students’ cognition of the classroom environment. It is found that graded teaching has a certain impact on learners with different English proficiency. Among them, the higher the level of English, the higher the perception of the classroom environment. The teacher’s response to different levels of classroom will affect students’ classroom cognition and English learning effect. In order to further promote the development of graded English teaching reform, this study puts forward suggestions from three aspects: Learners’ learning needs, learning motivation and learning support.

In recent years, academic research on ancient Chinese ideological and political education has achieved fruitful results. On the basis of correcting some traditional misunderstandings, the content, form, characteristics and contemporary value of ancient Chinese ideological and political education have become increasingly prominent. But at the same time, there are also obvious shortcomings and deficiencies, which are prominently manifested in the lack of necessary rational reflection on the essential attributes and historical limitations of traditional ideological and political education. From the perspective of Marxist human theory, we can reflect more deeply on the historical reference significance of ancient ideological and political education, thereby promoting the scientific inheritance and modern transformation of certain historical experiences in traditional ideological and political education.

This paper aims at studying and analyzing the iconicity in Kennedy’s inaugural address in terms of proximity iconicity, quantitative iconicity and sequential iconicity. The results indicate that political speech is based on the content; appropriate use of iconicity can better enhance the performance of speech and credibility.
