Colleges and universities shoulder the important task of talent training. They are the main carrier of "establishing moralities and cultivating people", and it is also the key force for cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors. Under the background that colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to the construction of teachers and the improvement of teachers' teaching level, perfecting the teaching incentive mechanism of colleges and universities has theoretical and practical significance for improving teachers' initiative in teaching and improving the quality of talents. This article uses research methods of literature and logical analysis to analyze the existence of the phenomenon of "emphasizing scientific research and neglecting teaching" in colleges and universities, the insufficient teaching management model, and the imperfect teaching assessment system to analyze the existence of teaching incentives in Chinese colleges and universities. This article proposed measures such as reforming the professional title evaluation system, improving the teaching management model, and building a diversified teaching evaluation system for teachers in colleges and universities to improve the teaching level of teachers.

In this paper, we propose a health diagnostician model to synthetically score national higher education systems. Firstly, we construct a Health Diagnostician Model for Higher Education, using Entropy Weight Method and Factor Analysis to screen 57 indicators and retain 7 representative indicators. We also introduce utility functions U and risk coefficients R to assess the health status quo of higher education system, where the input variables of the model are the "Health Portraits" composed of 57 indicators from each country, and output variables are health scores. Secondly, we extracted the "Health Portraits" from the World Bank Education Database for 31 countries for the last 10 years, and used the utility score and ranking to verify the validity of the model, we obtaining an average score of 0.166, The United Kingdom, United States Canada ranked in the top three. Mexico, with a score of 0.123, was selected for further study.

The cultural analysis of sports values is closely related to the essence, function, and purpose of sports, and sports should be the main line of research. This article uses research methods of literature and logical analysis to analyze the cultural connotation of sports values in a deep, comprehensive and three-dimensional manner. This research believes that the characteristics of sports values are selective, oriented, and relatively stable. In addition to historical changes and logical systems, the cultural values of sports play an irreplaceable role in the promotion of human development. Humanistic care should be the direction of the future development of Chinese sports culture. The cultivation of sports values should take into account the concept of "people-oriented", to enrich the cultural expression of sports values.

With the deepening reform of higher education and teaching in China, the ideological and political construction of various disciplines and professional courses is urgent.As a ceramic intangible cultural heritage reflecting excellent traditional culture and national spirit, it is consistent with the spirit required for the ideological and political construction of art design majors in colleges and universities. The combination of the two plays a positive role in non-genetic inheritance and curriculum education. Higher education funds are the blood of the development of general higher education, and social donation income is an important supplement to higher education funds. Based on the 1999-2018 China education funds statistical yearbook, this paper studies the current situation of social donation income of colleges and universities in China, analyzes the donation income of different levels of education and different countries, and analyzes the imbalance degree from the perspective of the central, local and provincial governments. The study found that during the period of 1998-2017, although the social donation income of ordinary colleges and universities in China keeps increasing in absolute value, the proportion relative to the total funds of colleges and universities has been declining, and its potential supplementary role is far from playing out. From the perspective of provinces, there are great differences across the country, the average coefficient of variation is 1.73, the average Gini coefficient is 0.7, the imbalance is obvious, and remains stable, the downward trend is not obvious. Moreover, the degree of imbalance in the eastern and central regions is relatively high, but it has been a downward trend in the past 20 years, which can drive the overall decline; the degree of imbalance in the western and northeast regions is generally on the rise, especially in the western region, which is a problem worthy of attention. Based on the above results, this paper discusses how to expand the channels for universities to accept donations, learn from American non-profit private universities, and adjust the system by the government.
