Research Status and Countermeasures of Teaching Incentive Mechanism for University Teacher 高校教师教学激励机制研究现状与对策

Colleges and universities shoulder the important task of talent training. They are the main carrier of "establishing moralities and cultivating people", and it is also the key force for cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors. Under the background that colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to the construction of teachers and the improvement of teachers' teaching level, perfecting the teaching incentive mechanism of colleges and universities has theoretical and practical significance for improving teachers' initiative in teaching and improving the quality of talents. This article uses research methods of literature and logical analysis to analyze the existence of the phenomenon of "emphasizing scientific research and neglecting teaching" in colleges and universities, the insufficient teaching management model, and the imperfect teaching assessment system to analyze the existence of teaching incentives in Chinese colleges and universities. This article proposed measures such as reforming the professional title evaluation system, improving the teaching management model, and building a diversified teaching evaluation system for teachers in colleges and universities to improve the teaching level of teachers.

The Construction Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Secondary Vocational Schools from the Perspective of Maker Era 创客时代视角下的中职创新创业教育建设路径

Mass entrepreneurship and innovation are the way to prosper the country and strengthen the people. The maker culture and the country's development resonate at the same frequency and complement each other. In-depth study of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools under the background of the maker era has important theoretical significance and contemporary value for promoting the transformation of macro strategy in China. This article uses research methods of literature and logical analysis to accurately research and judge the innovation and entrepreneurship education of secondary vocational schools in the maker age, and propose a series of development measures according to the requirements of the development of the times. The development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools provides useful help and important reference.

Touch the Pulse of Higher Education System: Using Health Diagnosis 触摸高等教育系统脉搏:运用健康诊断

In this paper, we propose a health diagnostician model to synthetically score national higher education systems. Firstly, we construct a Health Diagnostician Model for Higher Education, using Entropy Weight Method and Factor Analysis to screen 57 indicators and retain 7 representative indicators. We also introduce utility functions U and risk coefficients R to assess the health status quo of higher education system, where the input variables of the model are the "Health Portraits" composed of 57 indicators from each country, and output variables are health scores. Secondly, we extracted the "Health Portraits" from the World Bank Education Database for 31 countries for the last 10 years, and used the utility score and ranking to verify the validity of the model, we obtaining an average score of 0.166, The United Kingdom, United States Canada ranked in the top three. Mexico, with a score of 0.123, was selected for further study.

Electrician and electronic & electronics technology is a very important professional basic course, With the rapid development of modern information technology in today's society, the current classroom teaching of electrician and electronic & electronics technology is facing great challenges, The traditional teaching mode can no longer meet the needs of students in the new era for classroom teaching. In order to provide students with rich and efficient teaching environment, it is necessary to reform and innovate the traditional teaching mode and improve the teaching quality. Based on the in-depth analysis of the course of Electrical and electronic & electronics technology, this paper puts forward the teaching mode of combining online teaching with offline teaching, explores the teaching reform of Electrical and electronic & electronics technology from multiple angles, and provides support and help for future teaching practice.

Cultural Analysis of Sports Values 体育价值观的文化分析

The cultural analysis of sports values is closely related to the essence, function, and purpose of sports, and sports should be the main line of research. This article uses research methods of literature and logical analysis to analyze the cultural connotation of sports values in a deep, comprehensive and three-dimensional manner. This research believes that the characteristics of sports values are selective, oriented, and relatively stable. In addition to historical changes and logical systems, the cultural values of sports play an irreplaceable role in the promotion of human development. Humanistic care should be the direction of the future development of Chinese sports culture. The cultivation of sports values should take into account the concept of "people-oriented", to enrich the cultural expression of sports values.

Internet plus's hybrid teaching mode based on blue ink cloud class platform is a teaching mode supported by big data technology and relying on mobile terminals such as PC and smart phones, which can build a real-time interactive, instant and comprehensive feedback platform for teachers and students and improve teaching efficiency. Therefore, this paper briefly expounds the concept of internet plus's blended teaching mode based on the blue ink cloud class platform, and discusses the practical process and effect of this mode in the course innovation exploration of Mechanical Drawing and Computer Drawing CAD, hoping to provide some reference for the innovative practice of similar courses in mechanical specialty.

With the deepening reform of higher education and teaching in China, the ideological and political construction of various disciplines and professional courses is urgent.As a ceramic intangible cultural heritage reflecting excellent traditional culture and national spirit, it is consistent with the spirit required for the ideological and political construction of art design majors in colleges and universities. The combination of the two plays a positive role in non-genetic inheritance and curriculum education. With the inheritance and promotion of intangible cultural heritage as the main line, the intangible cultural heritage promotes the realization of moral education in colleges and universities to cultivate people.The ideological and political construction of university curriculum and its integration with intangible cultural heritage are analyzed, then the measures of integrating Jingdezhen Ceramics "Intangible Cultural Heritage" with art and design courses in colleges and universities were discussed from four aspects: the improvement of teachers' own knowledge, the excavation of ideological and political elements of "Intangible Cultural Heritage", the careful design of teaching content, and the combination of online and offline teaching.

Research on the Trend Change of Social Donation Income of Colleges and Universities in China 中国高校社会捐赠收入趋势变化研究

Higher education funds are the blood of the development of general higher education, and social donation income is an important supplement to higher education funds. Based on the 1999-2018 China education funds statistical yearbook, this paper studies the current situation of social donation income of colleges and universities in China, analyzes the donation income of different levels of education and different countries, and analyzes the imbalance degree from the perspective of the central, local and provincial governments. The study found that during the period of 1998-2017, although the social donation income of ordinary colleges and universities in China keeps increasing in absolute value, the proportion relative to the total funds of colleges and universities has been declining, and its potential supplementary role is far from playing out. From the perspective of provinces, there are great differences across the country, the average coefficient of variation is 1.73, the average Gini coefficient is 0.7, the imbalance is obvious, and remains stable, the downward trend is not obvious. Moreover, the degree of imbalance in the eastern and central regions is relatively high, but it has been a downward trend in the past 20 years, which can drive the overall decline; the degree of imbalance in the western and northeast regions is generally on the rise, especially in the western region, which is a problem worthy of attention. Based on the above results, this paper discusses how to expand the channels for universities to accept donations, learn from American non-profit private universities, and adjust the system by the government.
高等教育经费是普通高等教育发展的血液,社会捐赠收入是高等教育经费的重要补充。本文以《1999-2018年中国教育经费统计年鉴》为基础,研究中国高校社会捐赠收入现状,分析不同教育层次和不同国家的捐赠收入,并从中央、地方和省级政府的角度分析其失衡程度。研究发现,1998-2017年期间,虽然中国普通高校社会捐赠收入的绝对值不断增加,但相对于高校资金总额的比例一直在下降,其潜在的补充作用远未发挥出来。从省份来看,全国各地差异较大,平均变异系数为1.73,平均基尼系数为0.7,失衡明显,且保持稳定,下降趋势不明显。此外,东部和中部地区的不平衡程度相对较高,但近20年来一直呈下降趋势,可以带动整体下降;西部和东北地区的失衡程度普遍呈上升趋势,特别是西部地区,这是一个值得关注的问题。在此基础上,本文探讨了如何拓宽高校接受捐赠的渠道、借鉴美国非营利性私立大学的做法以及政府对捐赠制度的调整。

Based on the 1999-2018 China education funds statistical yearbook, this paper studies the current situation of social donation income of colleges and universities in China, analyzes the donation income of different levels of education and different countries, and analyzes the imbalance degree from the perspective of the central, local and provincial governments. The study found that during the period of 1998-2017, although the social donation income of ordinary colleges and universities in China keeps increasing in absolute value, the proportion relative to the total funds of colleges and universities has been declining, and its potential supplementary role is far from playing out. From the perspective of provinces, there are great differences across the country, the average coefficient of variation is 1.73, the average Gini coefficient is 0.7, the imbalance is obvious, and remains stable, the downward trend is not obvious. Moreover, the degree of imbalance in the eastern and central regions is relatively high, but it has been a downward trend in the past 20 years, which can drive the overall decline; the degree of imbalance in the western and northeast regions is generally on the rise, especially in the western region, which is a problem worthy of attention. Under the Historical Perspective of the Development of Higher Education External Motivation 历史视角下高等教育发展的外部动因

The popularization of higher education era has come, remarkable achievements have been obtained at the same time its development also attention, so as to promote a steady improvement in higher education quality and efficient. Therefore, the author under the historical perspective, deeply analyze the administration level of external power, such as persistent bureaucratic political system status, system of election, be entrenched, study abroad education policy has a long history and so on. The political functions of education is to cultivate successor for bureaucratic ruling class and maintain the political stability. From the ancient imperial examination to the college entrance examination, school education and selection system supplement each other, emerged a great large number of individuals to promote the construction of power. At the same time, study abroad education experience is long cover is new, take the essence of education, for the quality of the education development of our country and promote injected fresh blood. From the viewpoint of history, with history as a mirror, can better promote the development of higher education practice, and expedite construction of higher education power.
高等教育大众化时代已经到来,在取得显著成就的同时其发展也受到重视,从而促进了高等教育质量和效率的稳步提高。因此,笔者在历史的视角下,深入分析了行政层面的外部权力,如官僚政治制度的顽固现状、选举制度的根深蒂固、留学教育政策的悠久历史等。教育的政治功能在于培养官僚统治阶级的接班人,维护政治稳定。从古代的科举考试到高考,学校教育与选拔制度相辅相成,涌现出一大批促进个人权力建设的力量。同时,留学教育经历是长盖是新,取教育之精华,为我国教育质量的发展和促进注入了新鲜血液。从历史的角度看,以史为鉴,才能更好地促进高等教育实践的发展,加快高等教育强国的建设。

The Logical Construction and Value Return of the Ideological and Political Education Community 思想政治教育共同体的逻辑建构与价值回归

With the gradual increase in academic research on the construction of the basic theory of ideological and political education, the development of ideological and political education has become more mature, but at the same time more new research hotspots and contradictions have emerged, especially the value and acceptance of ideological and political education the contradiction between the goal setting of ideological and political education and the identity of the educational subject in the actual education process has caused the effectiveness of ideological and political education to be weakened. Constructing a community of ideological and political education, that is, through the system integration of subjects in various fields under the guidance of value needs, to achieve the dynamic connection of subject and object and mutual symbiosis integration, which will help form educational synergy, enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and promote the discipline of ideological and political education development.
