Exploration of innovative and entrepreneurship Teaching Mode in Application-oriented Universities 应用型大学创新创业教学模式探索

In 2021, our university was selected as one of the first batch of universities supported by the construction of Application-oriented universities in Shandong Province. The construction of application-oriented universities has many contents and involves a wide range. However, in general, the cultivation of application-oriented talents is the core, and the key to the cultivation of application-oriented talents is to improve students' application and practice ability and innovation ability. Therefore, how to cultivate students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in local application-oriented universities has become an urgent problem for us to solve. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the teaching mode of innovation and entrepreneurship in application-oriented universities in our university, hoping to be of some help to the education mode of innovation and entrepreneurship in application-oriented universities.
2021年,我校入选山东省首批支持建设应用型大学的高校。应用型大学建设内容多、涉及面广。但总的来说,应用型人才的培养是核心,培养应用型人才的关键是提高学生的应用实践能力和创新能力。因此,地方应用型大学如何培养学生的创新创业能力成为我们急需解决的问题。本文对我校应用型大学创新创业教学模式提出了一些建议,希望对应用型大学创新创业教育模式有所帮助。

Tightened Regulations on Education Industry in China: Reasons, Challenges, and Solutions 中国教育行业监管收紧:原因、挑战与对策

China has framed tough new rules for the industry, aiming both to ease pressure on school children and boost the country's birth rate by lowering family living costs. However, the policy crackdown also dealt a severe blow to the private sector, the public schools, and the families. In this paper, we analyze the necessities of carrying out the tightened regulations and examine the contents of the policies. We then identify the challenges brought by the policy shocks and propose some measures to deal with the challenge.

This article is mainly based on innovative entrepreneurial education management models under school-enterprise cooperation. It has the effects, I hope to explore the articles to provide a certain reference to other universities.

Research on English Flipped Classroom in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on OBE Concept 基于OBE理念的高职英语翻转课堂研究

With the continuous promotion of improving quality and excellence of higher vocational education in China, OBE has attracted more and more attention from higher vocational colleges. This paper first discusses connotation of OBE and flipped classroom teaching mode; then, it combines OBE concept with flipped classroom, and discusses research on English flipped classroom based on OBE concept from four aspects: teaching concept, teaching resources, teaching mode and teaching evaluation.

How Does Education Serve the High-quality Economic Development 教育如何服务于经济高质量发展

China's economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development, and its development philosophy and development model have changed accordingly, especially in the characteristics of demand for talents; education that is affected by the stage of economic development and in turn affects economic development concepts and development models should also undergo corresponding changes. The research starts from the characteristics of talent demand in the high-quality economic development stage, derives a talent training model that is compatible with high-quality economic development, and builds a high-quality development evaluation index system for education.

This paper constructs the theoretical framework of foreign language education policy analysis from the theory of educational policy, which compares the foreign language education policies of China, the United States and European Union from the dimensions of the process, content and value. Experiences and lessons are proposed from the practice of United States and European Union, which provide suggestions on the study of foreign language education policy in China.

Educational Response Method Based on Artificial Intelligence Perspective 基于人工智能视角的教育响应方法

Mobile Internet technology is constantly improving, and its impact on people's daily life style continues to deepen. The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to mankind, especially having a profound impact on education. This article uses qualitative research methods to conduct research and finds that the advent of the artificial intelligence era has caused major changes in education. Artificial intelligence technology provides new ideas for the development of education and points out new directions. Education and artificial intelligence are new cores. The integrated development of technology can provide data support for the scientific management of education, optimize the relationship between teachers and students, and promote personalized learning. Grabbing valuable information, establishing an education and teaching information resource database, and establishing an education and teaching effect evaluation mechanism based on big data are the countermeasures for education in the era of artificial intelligence.

The effect of emotional labor on job engagement of university archivists: the mediating role of job burnout 情绪劳动对高校档案工作者工作投入的影响:工作倦怠的中介作用

This paper mainly discusses the relationship among emotional labor, job involvement and job burnout of university archivists.  120 archivists from 15 colleges and universities in Henan province were investigated by using emotional labor scale, job involvement scale and job burnout scale.  The results show that emotional labor has a significant positive correlation with job burnout, and has a significant positive predictive effect on job burnout.  Emotional labor has a significant negative correlation with job engagement, and has a significant negative predictive effect on job engagement.  At the same time, when demographic variables were controlled, job burnout partially mediated the relationship between emotional labor and job engagement.

As the core course of road and bridge engineering technology major, the highway engineering testing course is specialized in the curriculum system. It takes curriculum theory and practice teaching as the carrier. The relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship concept and theoretical teaching and practical teaching of engineering testing course is explored through the reconstruction of course content resources, reform of assessment methods, cultivation of teachers' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, innovation and entrepreneurship training programs and skill competitions, and the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students is improved through curriculum reform and practice.
