In 2021, our university was selected as one of the first batch of universities supported by the construction of Application-oriented universities in Shandong Province. The construction of application-oriented universities has many contents and involves a wide range. However, in general, the cultivation of application-oriented talents is the core, and the key to the cultivation of application-oriented talents is to improve students' application and practice ability and innovation ability. Therefore, how to cultivate students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in local application-oriented universities has become an urgent problem for us to solve. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the teaching mode of innovation and entrepreneurship in application-oriented universities in our university, hoping to be of some help to the education mode of innovation and entrepreneurship in application-oriented universities.

China has framed tough new rules for the industry, aiming both to ease pressure on school children and boost the country's birth rate by lowering family living costs. However, the policy crackdown also dealt a severe blow to the private sector, the public schools, and the families. In this paper, we analyze the necessities of carrying out the tightened regulations and examine the contents of the policies. We then identify the challenges brought by the policy shocks and propose some measures to deal with the challenge.

China's economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development, and its development philosophy and development model have changed accordingly, especially in the characteristics of demand for talents; education that is affected by the stage of economic development and in turn affects economic development concepts and development models should also undergo corresponding changes. Mobile Internet technology is constantly improving, and its impact on people's daily life style continues to deepen. The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to mankind, especially having a profound impact on education. This article uses qualitative research methods to conduct research and finds that the advent of the artificial intelligence era has caused major changes in education. Artificial intelligence technology provides new ideas for the development of education and points out new directions. Education and artificial intelligence are new cores. This paper mainly discusses the relationship among emotional labor, job involvement and job burnout of university archivists. 120 archivists from 15 colleges and universities in Henan province were investigated by using emotional labor scale, job involvement scale and job burnout scale. The results show that emotional labor has a significant positive correlation with job burnout, and has a significant positive predictive effect on job burnout. Emotional labor has a significant negative correlation with job engagement, and has a significant negative predictive effect on job engagement. At the same time, when demographic variables were controlled, job burnout partially mediated the relationship between emotional labor and job engagement.

As the core course of road and bridge engineering technology major, the highway engineering testing course is specialized in the curriculum system. It takes curriculum theory and practice teaching as the carrier. The relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship concept and theoretical teaching and practical teaching of engineering testing course is explored through the reconstruction of course content resources, reform of assessment methods, cultivation of teachers' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, innovation and entrepreneurship training programs and skill competitions, and the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students is improved through curriculum reform and practice.
