The purpose of the article is to clarify the main trends in the development of medical education in Ukraine in the context of global challenges; to identify and systematize the problems hindering the development of domestic education, their causes and consequences. To determine the place and role of medical education in the economy of Ukraine. The basis of the conducted research is an abstractly logical method in close combination with the methods aimed at obtaining information for further analysis. Medical education, since the beginning of the reforms introduced in the state, has undergone significant changes, but without solving the legal issues further development is impossible. The problems hampering further development of medical education have been clarified and systematised (non-prevalence of officially registered private practice of nursing, lack of motivational leverage, professional secondary education, educational content not meeting the requirements of the workplace, outdated system of professional development). It is determined that promotion is not the main motivational lever (increasing salaries has not yielded positive results, there is still an outflow of staff from the profession). The necessity of development of "Strategic development of medical education" and improvement of legal levers of state regulation in this sphere is proved. The place of medical education in the system of economy of Ukraine as one of the key, namely that competitive workers can improve medical services and guarantee the availability of these services. "A healthy nation" is a guarantee of a healthy workforce, which is capable of achieving Ukraine's sustainability development goals and fulfilling its obligations to the world community. It has been substantiated and proven that quality education is a guarantee of national security of the state and a guarantee of sustainability economic development

. The impact of wars on the environment is always adverse, regardless of whether it is caused by direct military action or strategic countermeasures. The overall environmental damage caused by a particular war is the result of many factors and is often multidimensional, as water bodies, forests, air, soils, and all living organisms are affected. During the five months of the war, our country suffered enormous environmental damage. It will take decades to restore Ukrainian nature. Today, active hostilities are taking place in the south of Ukraine in nature conservation steppes with unique ecosystems, which will take at least 50 years to restore. Among the objects of the nature reserve fund of the Mykolaiv Oblast that suffered due to the war, there are sections of the Black Sea Biosphere Reserve, the Regional Landscape Park "Kinburnska Kosa" and the National Nature Park "Biloberezhya Svyatoslav". Even in the first days of the war, Russian troops entered the Kinburn Peninsula, after which fires broke out that threatened the existence of rare species of flora and fauna. In addition, large populations of animals and plants were so exterminated by numerous explosions throughout the territory of Ukraine that we may now lose them forever and irrevocably. Today, 2.5 million hectares of Europe's nature conservation network are under threat of destruction due to the actions of the russian federation. These are 160 objects of the Emerald Network - territories of existence of species and habitats protected at the pan-European level. And there are 17 Ramsar sites with an area of 627.3 thousand hectares - wetlands of international importance.

The country's information security is formed under the influence of many multidirectional factors, one of which is a high level of digital inclusion. This factor is determined by the fact that individuals and societies have free access to information and communication technologies and have the skills to use them. Consequently, they can benefit from the information society without increasing cyber threats. In this regard, measures to ensure the country's information security should include those measures aimed at assessing the level of digital inclusion and increasing it. This will ensure the safe and reliable interaction of people, governments and societies in a digital society. The study aims to clarify the understanding of the concept of «digital inclusion» and systematize its elements, taking into account specific features and factors of influence. The article contains a logical and comparative analysis and generalization of scientific literature devoted to the concepts of digital inclusion and systematization of its elements, taking into account the specific features and factors of influence, emphasising the impact on the level of information security of the country. The article determines that the complexity of the interpretation of the concept of «digital inclusion» is explained by its complexity since it is at the junction, multi-level intersection of socio-political, technological and economic concepts. At the same time, depending on the researchers' goal, this concept is studied from different points of view: the ability of an individual or communities to use ICT; ultimate goals; counterbalancing the emergence of the digital divide and/or digital discrimination; public or political activity. The factors influencing the level of digital inclusion are systematized.

The purpose of the research is theoretical and methodological substantiation and development of practical recommendations for determining the key parameters for evaluating the efficiency of agricultural enterprises in conditions of uncertainty. The study was conducted using a systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena and processes. The following methods were used to solve individual tasks: abstract-logical – to identify factors affecting the efficiency of agricultural enterprises; statistical-economic and calculation-constructive – for researching the state and efficiency of agricultural enterprises of Zhytomyr region; graphical and tabular methods – for visual representation of the obtained results, etc. The article substantiates that profit is an effective indicator of the activity of any enterprise and the main source of its income. It is proven that the amount of profit depends on a number of external and internal factors, however, uncertainty is key with it. It is argued that agriculture is a unique branch of the national economy, where the uncertainty of the conditions of economic activity of enterprises is felt especially acutely. Not only that, but it is established that uncertainty is generated by a lack of information about the future state of affairs. An analysis of the efficiency of agricultural enterprises of the Zhytomyr region was carried out. It was determined that the further progress and efficiency of agricultural production will depend on the return and restoration of agricultural lands that were occupied and suffered as a result of the Russian occupation; revival and development of logistics relations with suppliers and buyers; renewal and modernization of the material and technical base of agricultural enterprises; formation of a reliable system of state support for farmers. Ways to improve the efficiency of agricultural producers in conditions of uncertainty are proposed. Keywords: agricultural enterprise, agricultural producer, profitability, profit, efficiency, effectiveness, uncertainty, influence factor.

The assessment of integral property complexes is a significant methodological technique in accounting. With its help the value measurement and generalization of the financial and economic activity of the enterprise is carried out. The purpose of the article is to define the concept of integral property complexes and their assessment. The task was to determine what refers to integral property complexes in practical activity and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of applying approaches to the assessment of integral property complexes. Integrated property complexes are enterprises, as well as their structural subdivisions (shops, factories, districts, etc.), which can be separated in the established order into independent objects with subsequent preparation of the appropriate balance sheet and can be registered as independent entities of economic activity. Practically, integral property complexes include: the main assets of the enterprise capable of producing the final product (land, facilities, buildings, equipment, low-value non-current assets); real business with the inclusion of receivables and payables, but without existing obligations, current assets. The advantages and disadvantages of approaches to the assessment of integral property complexes are determined. It is concluded, that regardless of which approach is chosen as the main one, the result should be the same. In practice, this is hardly possible. The market is far from perfect models, the competition is imperfect, and the number of indicators at the base of the formulas is too large. Therefore, different approaches are likely to show different results. You need to choose the one, that best suits the parameters of a particular enterprise. In addition, the option model is widely used, it assumes, that the value of the enterprise can be a variable that directly depends on external factors.

The article analyzes the modern economy and management of enterprises that are negatively affected by new factors associated with a full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine. In such conditions, enterprises more than ever need to apply the most modern mechanisms of strategic management, short-term and long-term planning, use methods of economic analysis and economic-mathematical modeling, and possess the methodological foundations of strategy development. The article indicates the main directions of strategic planning for effective management of domestic enterprises. The problem of the formation and application of strategic planning, which is given considerable attention due to a number of important influencing factors, is studied. The strategy of each individual enterprise is formed under the influence of the constantly changing internal and external environment. Therefore, prompt response is extremely important. First of all, this is relevant for our country with a developing economy. It was noted that the external environment of enterprises is rapidly changing, especially in the modern conditions of the domestic economy. Such trends are caused by great competition on the market, saturation of consumer demand, constant changes in consumer expectations, individualization of the domestic market, etc. These changes in demand require new systems of planning and strategic management of enterprises. It has been studied that choosing the most promising strategy for a particular enterprise is one of the most important tasks for management. The choice of "strategy as a result" determines the justification of the goal and strategic orientations of the enterprise. Most often, the strategy is compared with a favorable position on the markets, competitiveness and expansion of product sales channels. According to a broader definition, the company's strategy is "a peculiar look at the internal and external environment and an attempt to find ways of effective adaptation to external, uncontrollable factors by the company by making the necessary changes in the elements and their combinations of the internal environment." Two main concepts of enterprise strategy are substantiated - philosophical and organizational and managerial. Philosophical strategy involves outlining the overall goal of the enterprise. The organizational and management strategy of the enterprise is focused on promising activities with strengthening of the competitive position on the market, increasing profitability and increasing the efficiency of operations. Literary sources call such a strategy "competitive strategy" and consider it as a way to achieve the goals of the enterprise, which it defines for itself. It is worth noting that outlining a specific planning strategy at an enterprise is an understanding of the general trend that determines prospective development, success of operations and achievement of competitive advantages in the market.

Food security is a country's ability to provide people with access to quality and healthy food. According to the Rome Declaration on World Food Security, every country must ensure the human right to adequate nutrition. This document envisages: physical and economic availability, food independence, reliability in relation to seasonal and weather fluctuations and sustainability of production growth. Today, the problem of food security in Ukraine concerns almost all aspects of the functioning of the state: from defense and readiness to deal with emergency situations to long-term development prospects. Ukraine's contribution to the world food market in 2021 was equivalent to providing food for 400 million people. russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine disrupted the production, processing and food supply systems. The policy of our country in the field of ensuring food security changes in accordance with the challenges and taking into account the experiences that have confirmed their practical feasibility. In particular, a plan to ensure food security under martial law was adopted. This is a complex of actions that involves monitoring the state of food security and agricultural infrastructure as a whole; providing support to food producers; provision of targeted assistance to socially vulnerable categories of the population, centralized control over product prices. World leaders, the European Union and the United Nations are also currently looking for ways to avoid a food crisis due to the war waged by russia against Ukraine, which has caused the harvest to decrease by about 30%
