PENGARUH WORD OF MOUTH, KESADARAN MEREK DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN 口碑、品牌意识和产品质量对购买决策的影响

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Word of Mouth (x1), Brand awareness (x2) and product quality (x3) on purchasing decisions (y) on Consumers of Mie Gacoan in Yogyakarta.  This research is a quantitative research, using descriptive analysis. By sampling using the nonprobability sampling technique method with questionnaire instruments. Meanwhile, the data retrieval technique uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 122 respondents calculated by the ancient rao formula. Analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the Word Of Mouth variable (x1) had no influence on the purchase decision (y) as evidenced by the significance value of 0.395 > 0.05 and the T-count value of -0.853 < the T-table value of 1.980 then Ho1 was accepted and Ha1 was rejected. And there is an effect of Brand Awareness (x2) on the Purchase decision (y) the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the T-count value of 5.679 > T-table 1.980 then Ho1 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. And there is an effect of Product Quality (x3) on purchasing decision (y) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a T-count value of 8.230 > T-table 1.980, then Ho1 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. And from the results of the coefficient of determination analysis test, it is known that the value of R Square is 0.747, this means that the variables word of mouth (WOM) (x1), brand awareness (x2), and product quality (x3) simultaneously affect the variable purchase decision (y) which is 74.7%. Based on the calculations above, it can be concluded that there is an influence of brand awareness variables (x2) and product quality (x3) on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, there is no influence on the Word of Mouth (x1) variable on purchasing decisions. Based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence of the variables word of mouth, brand awareness, product quality on the purchasing decision of Mie Gacoan in Yogyakarta

This study aims to examine the quality of service and customer value on credit customer loyalty at BPR Batang Palangki, Sijunjung Regency. This type of research is quantitative, where this study uses numerical data and the research process on measuring objective results using statistical analysis. The population in this study were 500 credit customers at BPR Batang Palangka Raya. The sampling technique used is representative, while the number of samples is 85 people obtained by using the slovin formula. The types of data used in this study are quantitative and qualitative data. While the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS version 21.00 assistance program. The hypothesis was tested using the t test at = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that service quality and customer value have a positive and significant effect on credit customer loyalty at BPR Batang Palangki, Sijunjung Regency

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of customer value and service quality on customer credit satisfaction at PT. BPR Mutiara Nagari Tanjung Ampalu. The population in this study were all credit customer of PT. BPR Mutiara Nagari Tanjung Ampalu. Determining the sample using the formula Slovin, the number of respondents as a sample in this study were 86 credit customers. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the statistical t test. The results showed that customer value, empathy, and physical evidence has an effect on customer credit satisfaction at PT. BPR Mutiara Nagari Tanjung Ampalu. This is because customer value, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence, has a significant value is smaller than alpha 0.05

This study aims to determine: 1. To determine the effect of leadership style on teacher performance at SD Katika 1-11 Padang. 2. To determine the effect of motivation on teacher performance at SD Kartika 1-11 Padang. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach to the population. of 40 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with the sampling technique was total sampling while the data source was primary data. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 26.00 program. The hypothesis was tested using t test at = 0.05. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis T test. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The results showed that leadership style had no significant effect on teacher performance at SD Kartika 1-11 Padang 2. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on teacher performance at SD Kartika 1-11 Padang

This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorser, brand image, and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Nmax motorcycles at CV. Tjahaja Baru Surantih. This research is a quantitative research, the sampling method using purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents 53 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that celebrity endorser has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and brand trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

The development of the business world is marked by various fields and services. One of the strategies used in marketing is the marketing strategy. This research aims to analyze the influence of quality product, price, promotion and distribution towards purchasing decisions of Mitsubishi cars at PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif Padang. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data sourced from consumers who buy Mitsubishi car products from PT. Pahala Otomotif Padang International Dipo by using the total sampling method with the number of samples used 80 consumers. Data processing use multiple linear regression method.The results of the research that (1) Product has a positive and significant influence to purchasing decisions with a t-count value bigger than t-table 3.841 >1.992 (2) Price has no positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a t-count value smaller than t-table -0.514 <1.992 (3) Promotion has no positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif Padang with a t-count value smaller than t-table -0.049>1.992 (4) Distribution has no positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with t-count smaller than t-table 0.282 <1.992.

PENGARUH PERANAN CUSTOMER SERVICE DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP CUSTOMER SATISFACTION DI BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN CABANG SOLOK

Public awareness about the need for social security in Indonesia is increasing day by day, especially for workers because in order to ensure that they can meet the basic needs of a decent life, financial problems, health problems and maintain the level of welfare. This study aims to determine the influence of the role and quality of customer service. Service to Customer Satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Solok Branch. Determination of the sample is done by using a Stratified Random Sampling sample with the number of respondents as many as 98 workers. Data were collected through questionnaires and then analyzed descriptively and Independent-Sample T-Test with SPSS version 16 program. The results of data analysis showed that Tangibles, Reliability and Responsiveness were the main factors that determine the level of customer satisfaction. While the role of Customer Service, Assurance and Empathy has a not too dominant contribution to customer satisfaction

IMPLEMENTASI SWOT ANALISIS TERHADAP STRATEGI PEMASARAN DIMASA PANDEMI COVID-19 PADA UMKM KHAS DESA SUSUKAN TIRTAYASA KABUPATEN SERANG BANTEN

Kropcok is a typical snack of seran district which is a source of income for many entrepreneurs, but during the Covid19 pandemic there are challenges in terms of marketing and other internal and external challenges. This research uses a qualitative description method with  the aim of analyzing data descriptively to elaborate other external and internal impacts and determine marketing strategies that can be applied. The sample of this survey is  the  well-known Mafada Kropcok company in Susukan Village, Tirtayasa District.  The data collection method used is a structured  interview and analysis using the TOWS matrix with four alternative strategies. This allows businesses to get solutions such as social media advertising with engaging content and find detailed solutions to expand the delivery network, maintaining good relationships with raw material suppliers.  Based on the results of the analysis of the internal environment with  the IFAS Matrix,it is found that the most influential strength is the quality of the product free of preservatives, and the most influential drawback is the unattractive packaging design. The results of the analysis of the external environment are established using the EFAS matrix, but the most influential opportunity factor is the development of technological progress, and the threat factor is the emergence of new competitors. The results of  the analysis using SWOT show that Mafida Kropcok's position is in the first quadrant, namely through the application of an aggressive growth strategy or growth oriented strength

IAIN Sharia Banking Student Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon as a student who learns about Islamic banking and has sufficient knowledge about mobile banking. Therefore, it is necessary to research whether there is an interest in students who are BSI customers to use mobile banking with independent variables that are used for ease of use, benefits and risks. The method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study was IAIN Sharia Banking students Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon with a total sample of 91 people. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis and statistical analysis in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests (R2), hypothesis tests in the form of t tests (partial) and F tests (simultaneously) using SPSS Statistics Version 23. The results of this study show that ease of use does not have a positive and significant influence on the interest in using mobile banking. The benefits have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using mobile banking. Meanwhile, risk does not have a negative and significant influence on the interest in using mobile banking. Simultaneously, ease of use, benefits and risks have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using mobile banking

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and discipline of monkeys on employee performance at PT. Kencana Sawit Indonesia, this research is a quantitative research, the sampling method uses a total sampling with the number of respondents 50 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, and ape discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
