PROBLEMATIKA PEMBELAJARAN SAINS DITINJAU DARI ASPEK GURU 科学学习的问题重于教师的各个方面

Science Education in Indonesia is still poor. There are many components involved in science education such as the teacher. The myriad flaws of the teacher’s factor must be addressed: the intake of low teacher, teachers’ commitment, performance, the level of teacher education, etc. These are caused by low performance of the principal and the Superintendent and the policies of the Government.  To overcome these problems, then, it is necessary to improve the following program including training and tutorial programs, etc.  It is expected that through the efforts of increasing teacher’s quality will improve students’ science literacy.
印尼的科学教育仍然很差。科学教育有许多组成部分,比如教师。教师因素的无数缺陷必须得到解决:低水平教师的吸收、教师的承诺、绩效、教师教育水平等。这是由于校长和督学的表现不佳以及政府的政策造成的。为了克服这些问题,有必要改进以下方案,包括培训和辅导方案等。期望通过提高教师素质的努力,提高学生的科学素养。

AYAT-AYAT TAMTSÎL AL-QUR`AN (ANALISIS STILISTIKA) AYAT-AYAT-tamtsIslal-QUR`AN(文体分析)

The Quran is the highest miracle ( mu`jizat ) of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him). Its strength lies in two aspects; content and linguistic. The God and the Prophet have encouraged the Moslem to comprehend similitude verses of the Quran ( tamtsil ) since it provides countless benefits. It is found through this research that the style of similitude verses ( sharih , mursal and kâminah) were written in 168 verses. Based on the language style, tamtsil is classified into sharih , mursal dan kâminah.  Meanwhile, the benefits of the similitude verses for mankind are: targhib, tarhib, tahzir, mau’izhah and i’tibâr.
古兰经是先知穆罕默德(愿主福安之)的最高奇迹。它的优势在于两个方面;内容和语言。真主和先知鼓励穆斯林去理解《古兰经》的类似经文(tamtsil),因为它提供了无数的好处。通过研究发现,类似诗(sharih、mursal和k minah)的文体共有168首诗。根据语言风格,tamtsil分为sharih、mursal和k minah。与此同时,类似经文对人类的益处是:targhib、tarhib、tahzir、mau’izhah和i’tib r。

THE SHIFTING PARADIGMS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CLT IN SOUTHEAST ASIA COUNTRIES 东南亚国家CLT实施模式的转变

Foreign languages teachers in South East Asia have recently been encouraged to adopt an approach known as Communicative Language Teaching (CLT). This approach advocates the development of communicative competence as a main goal through the extensive use of the target language as a mean of communication during the classroom sessions. Since the concept of CLT is taken from the West, it might be ill-suited to EFL contexts because of misunderstandings surrounding its theory and practice among EFL teachers. The objective of this paper is to determine the implementation of CLT approach in EFL teaching in Southeast Asia which is commonly reported by English teachers and researchers literally. The findings of the study provide pedagogical implication for EFL classroom practices.

Counseling is a ’multi refential’ science which is developed from several sciences and other theories.  In the theoretical perspective, counseling must not be regarded as certain view of providing assistance process, rather, it is a body of knowledge developed from various sources such as the influences of certain techniques, the rise of a status as well as appreciation of subjective individual element, understanding of human’s development and knowledge of society.  Counseling process that is not based on theory will mislead councelor and reduce the opportunity to change the client’s behavior.  Islam regards counseling as a virtue as many verses of the Quran and Prophet Tradition (Hadith) discuss the practice of counseling.  It is important for the counselor to master Islamic teaching approach so that they can fulfil the needs to future religious counseling.
心理咨询是一门“多参考”的科学,它是由几门科学和其他理论发展而来的。从理论的角度来看,咨询不应被视为某种提供援助的过程,而是从某些技术的影响、某种地位的上升以及对主观个体因素的欣赏、对人的发展的理解和对社会的认识等多种来源发展起来的知识体系。不以理论为基础的咨询过程会误导咨询师,减少改变来访者行为的机会。伊斯兰教认为咨询是一种美德,因为古兰经和先知传统(圣训)的许多经文都讨论了咨询的实践。辅导员掌握伊斯兰教的教学方法,才能更好地满足未来宗教咨询工作的需要。

STUDI ISLAM TENTANG AKHLAK KONSELOR 考虑执政官的伊斯兰教研究

Among the main characteristics of good Muslims, based on the Quran, is good behavior or conduct ( akhlaq ).  It is a basic Islamic teaching that must be understood, internalized, and practiced in daily lives either personally or in society. It is said that akhlaq is like an endless sea.  It cannot be separated with the other dimensions; it is in accord with thoughts, action and words, between commanding and keeping away of something.  A Muslim counselor has to have Islamic conduct as reflected in God’s characters, as well as character and conducts of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
根据《古兰经》,好穆斯林的主要特征之一是良好的行为或品行(akhlaq)。这是伊斯兰教的基本教义,必须在个人或社会的日常生活中理解、内化和实践。据说akhlaq就像无边无际的大海。它不能与其他维度分开;它与思想、行动和言语是一致的,在命令和远离之间。一个穆斯林顾问必须有伊斯兰的行为,反映在真主的性格中,以及先知穆罕默德的性格和行为(愿主福安之)。

The function of Islamic education as one of compulsory subjects is to form the students’ character in order to be obedience and tolerance muslims. Thus, they can accept multicultural system and reject any form of oppresses because of diversity. It can be specifically seen from the objective of the lesson which aims to create Indonesian citizens to be  diligent worshipers,  good ,  knowledge, intelligent, honest, wise, discipline, and tolerance muslims. They also should keep the harmony and develop religion and culture in the schools.
伊斯兰教育作为一门必修课程,其作用在于培养学生服从和宽容穆斯林的品格。因此,他们可以接受多元文化的制度,拒绝任何形式的压迫,因为多样性。这可以从课程的目标中具体看出,它旨在将印度尼西亚公民塑造成勤奋,善良,知识,聪明,诚实,明智,纪律和宽容的穆斯林。他们还应该保持和谐,发展学校的宗教和文化。

Education concept closely relates to humans’ concept themselves. How humans’ concept will relate to their concept on education because the education itself is an effort to direct humans’ concept. Islamic concept on education is a holistic unit. This paper describes the humans’ concept that has dignity, well in nature, multidimentional, and multipotential. Thus, the Islamic education attempts to direct students become self-confidence, creative and innovative in developing their capabilities. New education system in Islam is determined by new concept on Islamic thinking.

Learning is a process of knowledge development, skill, and attitude through intensive interaction with learning resources. Learning by playing to the the children provide a chance to manipulate, reiterate, explore, practice, take many concepts. Learning by fun is a process of learning in fun and meaningful situation that can attract students’ interest to be involve actively, so that learning purpose can be achieve maximally.
学习是通过与学习资源的密集互动而发展知识、技能和态度的过程。在玩耍中学习给孩子们提供了一个操作、重申、探索、实践、汲取许多概念的机会。趣学是指在有趣而有意义的情境中进行的学习过程,能够吸引学生的兴趣,使其积极参与,从而最大限度地达到学习目的。

THREE APPROACHES OF WORD MEANING OF THE FIGURATIVE LANGUAGES TRANSLATION 比喻语言词义翻译的三种途径

Figurative language is widely used in any form of communication particularly in daily communication such as articles in newspaper, advertisements, novels, poems and so forth. However, this study is limited to the analysis of the figurative languages with reference to the translation of the novel The Other Side Of Me into Sisi Lain Diriku . This study is aimed at finding out the type of the Figurative Languages that found in the novel and finding the equivalence if the text meaning based on 3 Word-Meaning Approaches theory combined with Knowledge Based Theory. The analysis was presented in the forms of words and sentences.  The result of this study showed that there are 4 types of Figurative Languages. And there also shown the relation between 3 meaning approaches and knowledge based theory.
比喻语言广泛应用于任何形式的交流中,特别是在日常交流中,如报纸文章、广告、小说、诗歌等。然而,本研究仅以小说《我的另一面》翻译为例,对比喻语言进行了分析。本研究以三义理论与知识基础理论相结合的理论为基础,旨在找出小说中比喻语言的类型,并找出其文本意义的对等关系。分析以单词和句子的形式呈现。研究结果表明,比喻语言有四种类型。并指出了三种意义方法与知识基础理论之间的关系。

The process of observing, noting, and recording, with the support of record like the Primary Language Record, helps to develop powers of observation, but also directs attention to what is significant in a child’s behavior. The frameworks present in the Record help to structure these observations and provide the basis for a developing profile of a child’s strengths and need as a learner. There are five dimensions form part of a continuum of learning; they go on being important and developing throughout a person’s life as a learner: Confidence and independence, Experience, Strategies, Knowledge understanding, and reflectiveness.
