European union, Multiannual financial framework, European union budget. The objective of the research is to summarise and analyse the proposal of the European commission concerning the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) of the European union (EU) for the period 2021-2027. The temporal scope of the research comprises the initial pre-covid ideas of the proposal that will be kept in the final post-covid version of the MFF which is currently under debate and is expected to be approved in the end of 2020. The research methods that have been used in the current research are: content analysis of European institutions’ documents and of research papers analysing these documents; comparisons between different EU member states positions; and generalizations. As a result of the research the main conclusion is that the post-2020 MFF brings notable changes in structural terms. The most reformed category of expenditure is “Cohesion and Values” which combines several instruments from the MFF 2014-2020. Though there is no fundamental shift in the EU priorities, it can be argued that the cohesion policy and the common agricultural policy are seriously cut not only because of Brexit but also due to the redirection of budget resources to other priorities such as migration management, border control and security instruments.

The United Kingdom’s decision to leave the European Union creates a situation which will be observed by researchers and economists for quite a while. Keeping in mind that the UK and the EU were already facing many difficult challenges, the global pandemic took the world by storm and sparked disputes about the economic stability of countries around the globe. In the beginning of 2020 the unknowns surrounding Covid-19 and the two crises in the EU caused a “black swan” phenomenon (Taleb, 2007). Some of the questions which concern many European countries arewhere and how the deliveries of medical supplies (which are crucial during these times) will be arranged. The main goal of this paper is to examine the measures taken by the pharmaceutical industry in theUnited Kingdom related to supply chains: on the one hand, the measures taken after the declaration of Brexit, and on the other – at the onset of the pandemic. It’s also important to mention China and India as both countries exert massive influence on the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.

The cyclical 12-year calendar is marked each year by its zodiacal symbol. Among them is the year of the astrological, imaginary, heavently fire-giving dragon. The word „Sklav/Slav“ means heavenly dragon. The icon St. George, a victor, presented a murder of a dragon near a lake with sacrilegious girl, in which a symbolic murder of the Slav was concealed. In the lakes and rivers live snakes and St. George must kill a snake, not dragon, a symbol of the Slavs. Do scientists think that presidents, patriarchs of Slavic countries must necessarily change?
