In this study, which aims to examine the basic characteristics of classical management theories in educational management, not only the characteristics and basic characteristics of classical management theories will be mentioned, but also the total management theories will be contacted. Classical Management Theories are theories that try to reach a single management theory by explaining the functions and principles of management. Classical management theorists have defended the view that what is good for the organization is also good for the employee by putting the organization at the center in the understanding of total quality management. They have generally approached the organization from a mechanical point of view, focusing especially on the organizational structure; they have accepted the unmanned organization view. However, the pressure created on the organization by the rapidly falling economic earnings and the need for more employment prevented the studies on the subject. Within the framework of total quality management, he considered the individual within the organization as a productivity tool or machine and evaluated his expectations, needs, cultural differences in a minimal way. Besides, the fact that they see management as a profession, support managers with some principles and techniques, guide them, show them Deceptions, can be counted among the contributions of classical management theorists to the science of management. It is obvious that classical management theories are competent in the field of total quality management. It is possible to see the effects of classical management theories in the application of total quality management understanding to all areas of life. With the approach, the efficiency-oriented life fashion has dominated; all elements in working and business life have attracted attention in terms of productivity. Apart from religious sciences, studies have been carried out on many surahs and verses of the Qur'an in terms of social sciences, generally in areas such as sociology, philosophy, logic, and psychology. In terms of science, it has mostly been studied in fields such as astronomy and medicine. This study discusses the three-verse asr sura in terms of educational sciences. The expressions in the verses of the surah have been tried to be adapted to an educational process by examining them separately. In the analysis process, the ideas of some Islamic thinkers, especially Gazzali, who had opinions on education, were also used according to the subject headings. Document analysis was used in the study. As a result of the study, it has been determined that the period of asr is in a very suitable structure in terms of an education-teaching process. The aim of this study is to examine the applicability of managerial decision-making processes in educational institutions. In the form of an extension of the dominant understanding of public administration in our country, a traditional and autocratic form of management is observed in educational institutions. The phenomenon keeps educational institutions away from management thinking and functional structure that can respond to the expectations of the age. It is of particular importance to adapt the teaching plane to modern and scientific developments and to create realistic policies for the purpose. In this context, the most important tool for solving the current problems in primary education institutions is to change the management approach that dominates the institution in line with modern developments. Accordingly, in accordance with the principles offered by the TKI in vocational and technical high schools, it should be reconsidered in terms of purpose, structure, management and teaching. Developments in the field of management are causing changes in the structure and functioning of educational organizations. For this reason, it is important to adapt modern and scientific developments to the educational plane and to create realistic policies for educational institutions for this purpose. Primary education institutions have an important place in the teaching sector. It is possible to train qualified individual strength in teaching, to achieve universal standards, to adopt a management approach that makes management more competent and efficient than the traditional teaching approach, anticipates participation and cooperation, and puts the individual at the center. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the readiness for Industry 4.0 depending on the profiles of private and public high schools and to develop suggestions for practitioners and researchers in this framework. The Internet is one of the important resources that individuals refer to while performing practices, making decisions and reasoning in their daily lives. In the research, official websites of private and public high schools in the sample were used as study material. The research was carried out in the 2021 academic year within the scope of 20 high schools in the sample of private and public high schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in the Bornova District of İzmir province. Random sampling method was used in the study. In data collection techniques, researchers use primary data and, in this direction, data were collected from the official web pages of the schools. In the context of Industry 4.0, within the framework of the development stages of web technology, the situation of communication model, information quality, target audience, content, interaction level variables on the official web pages of the schools was examined. 74% of the web profile percentages of public high schools in the study group are on the Web 1.0 platform, and 26% are on the Web 2.0 platform. On the Web 3.0 platform, it was observed that no public high schools were included. Looking at the web profile percentages of private high schools, it is seen that 66% are on the Web 1.0 platform, 32% are on the Web 2.0 platform, and only 2% are on the Web 3.0 platform. Based on the web profile of private and public schools, when their readiness for Industry 4.0 is evaluated, it is seen that most of them are still in the Web 1.0 phase. Although it is seen that the changes in the education system occur slowly, applications such as augmented reality, virtual reality simulations, internet of things, digital learning platforms and educational data mining that come with the Education 4.0 paradigm are partially included in the targets of the 2023 MEB Vision document, but schools are still able to express themselves. It is seen that the use of these technologies on websites that are a part of their corporate identity is not settled. It is thought that the educational information network model, which includes artificial intelligence applications such as EBA, which is used more frequently with the Covid 19 pandemic process, can also be used on the websites of schools, and this will provide an awareness and acceleration in the adaptation of schools to innovations in this sense. The aim of this study is to examine the processes affecting classroom management within the framework of school administrators and their competencies in educational management. Schools are the organizations that serve to meet the wishes and expectations of society in education and constitute the lowest unit of the education system. The main purpose of educational organizations is to transfer the culture and values that will ensure the continuity of society to future generations and to shape these culture and values. One of the necessary conditions for these to be realized is that students, teachers and administrators involved in educational organizations should establish a psychological connection with their organizations and all kinds of activities organized by the organization. Because identification with an organization is a form of social identification in which a person has the phenomenon of unity and a sense of belonging and bonding associated with the institution, activities and members of which he is a member. The classrooms where educational activities take place are the areas where students spend the most time in school. Although it is the smallest unit of the educational system, classrooms, which greatly shape the personality and behavior of students and are considered one of the primary sources where knowledge acquisition takes place at the highest level, are at the heart of educational activities. An effective classroom management is needed in order to create a classroom environment in which students are prepared for life by performing learning activities within the framework of a specific content, program and purpose. The success of classroom management affects the quality of the school and the education provided, which indirectly affects social life. The aim of this study is to examine the disciplinary approaches to the elimination of multidimensional disciplinary problems experienced in educational institutions. All behaviors that disrupt or completely prevent the educational learning process are expressed as undesirable behaviors. In schools, all unwanted behaviors in the classroom, both outside the building and inside the building, disrupt the order of students and teachers in the classroom and prevent access to the desired qualities of education. Especially unwanted behaviors in the classroom prevent the course from reaching its goals, as they can cause situations such as poor use of time, decreased motivation of teachers and students. It has been stated by many researchers what are the undesirable behaviors that disrupt the disciplinary order. When it comes to discipline, almost everyone comes up with a number of rules, but when it comes to the disciplinary approach, experts think in different ways. Some of the disciplinary approaches put forward by researchers can be classified as preventive discipline, supportive discipline, corrective or curative discipline, punitive discipline and restorative discipline. In this study, multidimensional disciplinary problems within the above framework and the disciplinary approaches put forward in particular will be addressed. Key Words: Educational Institution, Discipline, Disciplinary Approach
