The critical problem that faced by women entrepreneur was the strain / conflict which appear between way of life and career, the strain was reflected by conflict role. That’s were business and household. That was the problem that faced by women entrepreneur of batik small business in Bangkalan Madura. This research was aimed to know the factors that influencde business-related factors, family-related factors, personal factor to the double role conflict of small business in Bangkalan. Batik small business was used as a research object, because over 50% batik handycraf was women. This research placed at Tanjung Bumi which use 54 respondens as the sample, which were taken from three villages, desa Tanjung, desa Telaga Biru, and desa Paseseh. The result of this research showed that comfortability of life, self-respect, business satisfaction, time of work, children dan the liquidity of the business had significant influence to the double role conflict of the women entrepreneur in batik small business. Filling comfortable because she could help to increase the welfare of the family by having a business, were the domain factor which could eliminate the double role conflict to the women entrepreneur. Married happiness, worker and education had no significant influence to the double role conflict of the women entrepreneur.

One of the service quality measurement was Servqual ( Service Quality), which was developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry., they had an apinion that in evaluating service quality, consumer compared between expected service quality and perceived service quality. Based on that theory, this research aimed to test the influence of service performance to the customer loyalty, tested the influence of service performance to the consumer satisfaction, tested the influence of satisfaction to the bank customer loyalty and described the comparison of the direct and indirect influences of service performance to the bank customer of Bank Jatim in Bangkalan. This research used path analysis. Conducted in three branches of Bank Jatim in Bangkalan. Result of research indicated that the interaction between service performance and customer satisfaction as moderator variable could explain the customer loyalty varians more than each variable.

The research was aimed to identification and analyze internal and external condition that influence the business development in PT Sarbi Moerhani Lestari and to formulate the correct strategic in order to develop the business. The research was conducted in PT Sarbi Moerhani Lestari for 2 months since April until June 2007. The method used was case study by purposive sampling by collected primary and secondary data. The data was analyze by IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT, and AHP (Analitical Hierarchy Process). The result from identification of internal factor showed that the main strenght is administration completeness with score is 0,368 . And the main weakness is dependence of government market with score is 0,088. Meanwhile, from identification of external factor showed that the main oportunity is the future auction system with technical and cost spesification, and the main threat is auction system with the lowest cost assesment..Competitive position of company from the result of IE matrix showed that the position in V cell. It means that company have average internal condition and the company’s response of external condition is middle. From all alternative strategic, the first priority is increasing time and cost efficiency based on company environment change to over come the competition and low price of forest plant seed with priority score is 0,378.
