Analisis Kualitas Layanan Pendidikan Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Difabel Studi Kasus di Universitas Brawijaya 教育服务质量分析了Brawijaya大学案例研究学生满意度

This study was aimed to investigate the satisfaction level of students with disabilities toward the educational services provided by Brawijaya University based on indicators of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The popilation was students with disabilities at Brawijaya University, while the sample included 16 respondents determined by the Purposive sampling technique. The result demonstrated the average score of the tangibles (X1) variable, reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) were 4.40, 4.04, 4.11, 3.97, and 3.76, respectively. This showed that respondents gave a positive response (agree) to the indicators of the quality of education service. In addition, the score of the customer satisfaction index (CSI) obtained was 81.26%. Therefore, it is concluded that students with disabilities have so far been “satisfied” with the educational service provided by the university. However, university is expected to improve the quality of education service quality and students’ expectation.
本研究旨在根据有形、可靠性、响应性、保证性和同理心等指标,调查残疾学生对布拉维贾亚大学提供的教育服务的满意度。调查对象是布拉维贾亚大学的残疾学生,而样本包括16名通过Purposive抽样技术确定的受访者。结果表明,有形资产(X1)变量、可靠性(X2)、反应性(X3)、保证性(X4)和同理心(X5)的平均得分分别为4.40、4.04、4.11、3.97和3.76。这表明受访者对教育服务质量的指标给予了积极的回应(同意)。此外,获得的客户满意度指数(CSI)得分为81.26%。因此,得出的结论是,残疾学生迄今为止对大学提供的教育服务感到“满意”。但是,高校要提高教育服务质量和学生的期望值。

Desentralisasi dan Kapasitas Pemerintah dalam Pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia di Indonesia 印度尼西亚政府对人力资源建设的分散和能力

This paper examines relationship between decentralization and human resourcedevelopment through the intermediary of government capacity that determines thesuccess of development after decentralization. The results of the study show thatdecentralization has been implemented well but there are side effects in the form ofmoney politics and dynasties in political decentralization, the lack of regions thatachieve independence in fiscal decentralization, and the low quality of employeesdue to employee recruitment that is still not optimal in administrativedecentralization. The capacity of the national government is only the capacity ofdistributive and horizontal cooperation that can be categorized as good, the capacityof the local government is only the capacity of horizontal cooperation within onelocal government which is included in the good category. Of the 5 models produced,4 (four) models show the condition of government capacity in the form of outputsand outcomes that can improve human resource development, while the other 1(one) model shows the opposite condition.

Resource management in the management of medical waste is a cruicial issue in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the management of hazardous and toxic waste management resources at the Islamic Hospital (RSI) Malang City by adopting descriptive research through a qualitative approach. Findings of this study found a discrepancy between the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the realization of activities in the field, especially when there was a surge in Covid-19 patients due to the rapid increase in waste generation. This leads the delays in transportation which results in the accumulation of waste. Delays in transporting waste has potential to cause environmental pollution. Hence, it is necesarry to conduct a review of SPO to deal with the threat of Covid-19 spike in the future.

Analisis Tata Kelola Penyelenggaraan Kelas Internasional terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di Universitas Brawijaya 对布拉维贾雅大学学生满意度的国际管理分析

The purpose of the study was to determine the level of satisfaction of international class students, the governance of the implementation of international classes at Brawijaya University. Method This research is quantitative using a survey approach with an associative approach. This study uses a population of all students in the International class of Universitas Brawijaya, which is 477 people from the class of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. The sample was taken using the slovin formula, the sampling technique used stratified random sampling so that a sample of 218 was obtained. person. The instrument in the study was valid and reliable. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that transparency (X1), accountability (X2), responsibility (X3), independence (X4), fairness (X5), quality assurance and relevance (X6), effectiveness and efficiency (X7), non-profit (X8) significant effect on student satisfaction (Y). Research can be a reference for the management of Universitas Brawijaya in improving the quality of education services for international class students.

Banyuwangi has received a Village Fund budget from the Central Government which will be distributed to all villages. To manage the funds that have been received, the Banyuwangi Regency Government has made an innovation, namely the E-Village Budgeting application. In managing the budget, the Village Government must also use the principles of managing regional finances, one of which is Accountability. Accountability is meant to carry out accountability for budget management activities to the community and also related parties. This study aims to describe the accountability of village fund management in accelerating village development in Sukojati Village. This study uses a qualitative approach. The method of data collection is by observation, documentation, and interviews in Sukojati Village. The research location is in Sukojati Village. The Sukojati Village Government has carried out accountability in the form of financial reports. However, the accountability carried out is still not good or in general is still minimal. This is because the Sukojati Village Government applies Accountability only when there is a problem in budget management.

This study aims to (a) describe and analyze the impact that occurred on the Village Government Apparatus "Training for the Preparation of the RPJM Desa and RKP Desa Bojonegoro Local Government" on their performance after attending the training at the Village Government Center in Malang (b) Describe and analyze the follow-up carried out Balai Besar Pemerintahan Desa di Malang in evaluating training programs to develop the capacity of the Village Government Apparatus. The results showed that the four stages for evaluating the Kirkpatrick model namely evaluating reactions, learning, behavior and results showed a significant impact on developing the capacity of village government officials in the training. After the evaluation is carried out, of course there are things that need to be improved so that follow-up steps are needed. The follow-up shows the involvement of structural, functional, and implementing officials at the Village Administration Center in Malang which contains several core things, such as facilities and infrastructure, modules, training methods, and trainers.

This paper aims to determine the results of the policy evaluation of the coastal area management program based on sustainable development in Ngliyep Beach Kedungsalam Village Malang East Java Indonesia. This study used a case study design and it was conducted at the Department of Tourism and Culture of Malang Regency to find out the implementation of the program whether they were at the right target of the coastal communities in Ngliyep Beach. The results of this study indicate that related parties actively participate in developing coastal areas in Malang Regency. The Head of Ngliyep Beach Management keeps trying to maximize tourism promotion through various media. The Ngliyep Beach tourism can highly increase the economic activity of the people in this village including providing employment opportunities and preserving the culture and traditions of the local community.

This study used a case study design and it was conducted at the Department of Tourism and Culture of Malang Regency to find out the implementation of the program whether they were at the right target of the coastal communities in Ngliyep Beach. The results of this study indicate that related parties actively participate in developing coastal areas in Malang Regency. The Head of Ngliyep Beach Management keeps trying to maximize tourism promotion through various media. This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on student satisfaction in Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Brawijaya University Malang. The research used a Higher Education Performance (HedPERF) measurement scale. The dimensions of service quality used in this study are the theory of Abdullah (2006a & 2006b) which consists of Non-Academic, Academic, Reputation, Access and Program Issues. The research method used quantitative method with associative approaches. The research utilized questionnaire surveys with Probability Sampling techniques and Stratified Random Sampling collection techniques. Then the data obtained were tested using multiple linear regression analysis and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). The results showed a significant effect simultaneously between Non Academic, Academic, Reputation, Access, and Program Issues variables on student satisfaction.
本研究的目的是确定服务质量对马朗大学工程学院建筑系学生满意度的影响。这项研究使用了高等教育绩效(HedPERF)测量量表。本研究中使用的服务质量维度是Abdullah(2006a和2006b)的理论,包括非学术性、学术性、声誉、获取和项目问题。研究方法采用了定量方法和联想方法。本研究采用概率抽样技术和分层随机抽样收集技术进行问卷调查。然后使用多元线性回归分析和IPA(重要性性能分析)对所获得的数据进行测试。结果显示,非学术、学术、声誉、访问和项目问题变量对学生满意度同时存在显著影响。

Collaborative Governance dalam Pengembangan Desa Wisata Gubugklakah Kabupaten Malang 联合政府在马郎区旅游村发展

Collaborative Governance, collaboration is the answer to the complexity of the problems that need to be addressed by the government. The collaborative approach can also be applied in tourism development. One of them is the practice of collaboration in Gubugklakah Village. This collaboration was initiated by the people of Gubugklakah Village with the aim of adding economic values to the community. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, so that the types of data obtained are primary data from in-depth interviews and secondary data. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the collaboration process starts from face-to-face dialogue or intensive communication between actors. In addition, the starting conditions, institutional design, and facilitative leadership factors are supporting factors in collaboration in the development of the Gubugklakah Tourism Village.

This riset were to determine effect of transformational leadership on organizational culture within the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection (Kemen PPPA), to determine the impact of leadership one job satisfied within Kemen PPPA, to determine the impact of transformational leadership on performances appprisal within Kemen PPPA, knowing the influence of organization culture on job satisfaction within Kemen PPPA, purposive the influence of organizational culture on performance within Kemen PPPA then knowing the impact of job satisfaction to performance within Kemen PPPA. The research is included the explanatory research, measurements in this study were carried out by testing primary data, data analysis in this research used SEM-PLS technique to analyzed latent variables, indicator variables, comparisons between dependent variables. The relationship between the variables of transformational leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction and performance shows a positive and significant.
