Objective: to demonstrate elements to defend the idea that work in the capitalist context is, from Nietzsche’s view, decadent. However, despite being decadent, ascending life is possible within it. To this effect, this article explains what Nietzsche understood by decadence, its causes, some of its consequences and, in particular, the reason why work in the capitalist context is a further result of the decadence of culture. It also explains how ascending life is possible, despite being immersed in a decadent context. For this purpose, the roles of the business owner and his/her employees are analyzed. Methodology: this study proceeds methodologically through the philosophical analysis of concepts. Thus, the genealogical method of Nietzsche is applied, with which the restrictive vision of ethics is confronted, according to which it seems as if it were based on previous, absolute, not demonstrable and dogmatic assumptions. Nietzsche's thought, then, constitutes not only a theoretical reference, but also a methodological model to address this issue. Results: Nietzsche's philosophy has implications on capitalism and contemporary business life. Conclusions: ascending life within the capitalist context is very difficult to reach and only a few exceptional beings, who tend to the Ubermensch, achieve it.

espanolObjetivo: con base en el texto Vida de Galileo, de Bertolt Brecht, y a partir de la teoria de los campos sociales de Pierre Bourdieu, el articulo se propone evidenciar el dialogo entre la obra y la toma de posicion –politica y estetica– de Brecht en relacion con el papel del intelectual en tiempos de crisis, asi como una reflexion en torno a la retractacion del heroe, desde la perspectiva de la necesidad historica y de las condiciones sociales de produccion y de recepcion de la obra. Metodologia: el estudio se vale de la metodologia del analisis social de Pierre Bourdieu y de nociones como espacio social, campos sociales, autonomia, heteronomia y habitus, para establecer tanto las relaciones entre los campos cientifico, economico y del poder en la obra como el dialogo con la toma de posicion brechtiana a mediados del siglo XX. Resultados: el analisis social de Pierre Bourdieu permite evidenciar el complejo entramado de tensiones, redes y temporalidades sobre el que se construye Vida de Galileo y posibilita la apertura para el dialogo entre las redes de relaciones y las estructuras sociales que se configura entre el discurso ficcional y las condiciones de produccion y recepcion de la obra. Objective: to examine the business culture of small and medium-sized companies in the municipality of Tamazula de Gordiano, Mexico. Methodology: the research was carried out with a quantitative approach and the method was quasi-experimental, transectional and exploratory. It was quasi experimental because it was carried out without manipulating variables and was based on the community of SMEs from the municipality of Tamazula de Gordiano; exploratory transectional, because the concept of exploratory and organizational culture began to be understood, which is applied to research, problems that are little studied in said community. Surveys were applied to the managers or owners of 35 small and medium-sized private sector companies (SMEs), using the "business diagnosis" questionnaire as an instrument, developed by the Institute for Development and Innovation in Technology for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (IDITpyme), from the University of Guadalajara, considering the area of business culture. Results: the business culture of SMEs in Tamazula de Gordiano does not distinguish or separate the capital of the company from family assets; only a minority has an organizational philosophy defined and known by its members. Most managers or owners consider strategic alliances of little or no importance to the achievement of organizational objectives and are reactive in the face of possible external threats. Considering the characteristics described above, it is inferred that the business culture of SMEs, according to the Robbins classification, is weak. The business culture that characterizes SMEs, the object of the study, implies a lower performance, which places them at a disadvantage compared to large companies that have a strong culture and, furthermore, puts them at serious risk of remaining vulnerable in the face of an increasingly complex, changing and competitive local and national economic situation. espanolObjetivo: formular un metodo de investigacion ensamblado para el analisis de procesos de subjetivacion insertos en relaciones de poder-saber, a partir de las practicas y gramaticas sociales que los constituyen. Desde alli, se busca una analitica que lea estas relaciones en investigaciones transversales sobre el aqui y el ahora, para emplear en los discursos y subjetividades contemporaneos. Metodologia: se aplico una composicion metodologica entre claves categoriales de la caja de herramientas foucaultiana, dos categorias articuladoras de la propia cosecha y tecnicas de tratamiento de datos del analisis estructural de contenido. Resultados: se despliegan claves categoriales retomadas y otras desarrolladas a partir de lecturas foucaultianas y deleuzianas. Se ofrece una argumentacion epistemologica para indicar el sentido del ensamblaje como lugar y funcion que cumple cada una de las fuentes metodologicas en medio de esta composicion. Finalmente, se senalan algunos principios de descripcion y estructuras simbolicas para el analisis de los datos. Conclusiones: este despliegue permite dejar sobre el escenario una elaboracion metodologica, la cual aporta a los abordajes de las practicas sociales y de subjetivacion insertas en medio de relaciones de saber-poder, con lo que se propicia una via para usar la caja de herramientas foucaultianas, que en Colombia ha sido tradicionalmente de trabajo con archivo; se logra una ruta para abordar discursos vivos desde una analitica gubernamental transversal. portuguesObjetivo: formular um metodo de pesquisa montado para a analise de processos de subjetivacao inseridos em relacoes de poder-saber, com base nas praticas e gramaticas sociais que os constituem. A partir dai, busca-se uma analise que leia essas relacoes em pesquisas transversais do aqui e agora, para serem usadas nos discursos e subjetividades contemporâneos. Metodologia: foi aplicada uma composicao metodologica entre chaves categoricas da caixa de ferramentas Foucaultiana, duas categorias articuladas da propria colheita e tecnicas de processamento de dados da analise estrutural de conteudo. Resultados: chaves categoricas retidas e outras desenvolvidas a partir de leituras foucaultianas e deleuzianas sao exibidas. Uma argumentacao epistemologica e oferecida para indicar o sentido de reuniao como um lugar e uma funcao que cada uma das fontes metodologicas cumpre no meio dessa composicao. Por fim, sao indicados alguns principios de descricao e estruturas simbolicas para analise dos dados. Desde alli, se busca una analitica que lea estas relaciones en investigaciones transversales sobre el aqui y el ahora, para emplear en los discursos y subjetividades contemporaneos. Metodologia: se aplico una composicion metodologica entre claves categoriales de la caja de herramientas foucaultiana, dos categorias articuladoras de la propia cosecha y tecnicas de tratamiento de datos del analisis estructural de contenido. Resultados: se despliegan claves categoriales retomadas y otras desarrolladas a partir de lecturas foucaultianas y deleuzianas. Se ofrece una argumentacion epistemologica para indicar el sentido del ensamblaje como lugar y funcion que cumple cada una de las fuentes metodologicas en medio de esta composicion. Finalmente, se senalan algunos principios de descripcion y estructuras simbolicas para el analisis de los datos. Conclusiones: este despliegue permite dejar sobre el escenario una elaboracion metodologica, la cual aporta a los abordajes de las practicas sociales y de subjetivacion insertas en medio de relaciones de saber-poder, con lo que se propicia una via para usar la caja de herramientas foucaultianas, que en Colombia ha sido tradicionalmente de trabajo con archivo; se logra una ruta para abordar discursos vivos desde una analitica gubernamental transversal. portuguesObjetivo: formular um metodo de pesquisa montado para a analise de processos de subjetivacao inseridos em relacoes de poder-saber, com base nas praticas e gramaticas sociais que os constituem. Metodologia: foi aplicada uma composicao metodologica entre chaves categoricas da caixa de ferramentas Foucaultiana, duas categorias articuladas da propria colheita e tecnicas de processamento de dados da analise estrutural de conteudo. Resultados: chaves categoricas retidas e outras desenvolvidas a partir de leituras foucaultianas e deleuzianas sao exibidas. Uma argumentacao epistemologica e oferecida para indicar o sentido de reuniao como um lugar e uma funcao que cada uma das fontes metodologicas cumpre no meio dessa composicao. Por fim, sao indicados alguns principios de descricao e estruturas simbolicas para analise dos dados. Objective: to demonstrate the current access conditions to the digital age by the elderly people and their true options of technological appropriation, in the city of Santiago de Cali (Colombia). Methodology: a qualitative analysis technique is applied to a focus group of elderly people to deal with different issues related to their behaviors and needs associated with the digital age. Interviews were conducted on topics such as technological interest, State responsibility, digital literacy and technological appropriation, seeking to determine their views on the issue and their possibility of real insertion. Results: findings show that the focus group assumes technology as the driver of today's world. The 10 participants are aware of the use of Internet as the key to perform many of the daily activities such as obtaining information, communication, sharing, learning and marketing. However, the 100% of the participants expressed that the technology is more focused on meeting the needs of young people than of the elderly, and they would like to keep up with it. They also recognize that their management of tools and applications is very limited, which makes them feel excluded. Conclusions: it is concluded that the elderly is a population at risk of technological exclusion due to a variety of factors such as personal, motivational, educational, social and governmental factors which hinder their effective incorporation into the information society.

Objetivos: determinar si existe diferencial salarial por género en Colombia y el departamento de Caldas en el año 2017. Metodología: utilizando los datos de la Gran Encuesta Integrada de Hogares del DANE de 2017, se estimó un modelo econométrico de descomposición de Oaxaca y Blinder del salario horario promedio por género para Colombia y Caldas. Resultados: se encontró que la brecha salarial bruta en el departamento de Caldas está por debajo de la media nacional con una diferencia del 13,46% a favor de los hombres. Al tener en cuenta las características productivas se obtiene que el efecto característica durante 2017 está a favor de las mujeres tanto en Caldas como en Colombia; es decir, las mujeres tienen mejores características productivas que los hombres, no obstante el efecto remuneración es a favor de los hombres. Conclusiones: existen diferencias salariales significativas entre hombres y mujeres, siempre a favor de los hombres, lo cual se debe principalmente a características no observables, entre las que puede existir la discriminación por género, pues los hombres con las mismas características que las mujeres tienden a tener mayores salarios, tanto en el departamento de Caldas como en Colombia.

espanolObjetivo: establecer si la induccion de procesos cognitivos, a partir de referencias semanticas, permite una mejora en la respuesta de los conceptos de la cultura de la legalidad como instrumentos de modelos educativos para prevenir conductas disociales y criminales, en estudiantes con deficit de atencion y trastornos de conducta. Metodologia: estudio exploratorio descriptivo-explicativo, con dos grupos focales integrados por estudiantes de 11° grado que se sometieron a una entrevista semiestructurada, a la aplicacion de la Escala de conducta antisocial y criminal y formaron parte de los talleres del grupo de control. Resultados: se encontro que de los 19 items evaluados el procedimiento mostro una mejora en 8 aspectos, 4 items de empeoramiento y 6 items que no mostraron cambios. Se evidencio que la induccion de procesos a partir de referentes semanticos refleja una forma general de aprendizaje en los sistemas de representacion perceptiva que puede producir modificaciones cognitivas profundas. Conclusiones: la induccion semantica a traves del reconocimiento y priming visual en el aprendizaje de la cultura de la legalidad, es un metodo que incide en la estructuracion cognitiva del estudiante y para su efectividad depende del grado de superposicion perceptiva entre el primer estimulo y los estimulos subsiguientes. Objective: to identify the interests and orientations of studies on visual representations and the production of childhood images through cultural objects, with special emphasis on photography, which have become sources of information in the fields of history, cultural studies and education. Methodology: a qualitative documentary review, that focusses on the studies of society and culture of Latin America and Spain during the nineteenth and twenty-first centuries, with some allusions to works located in the pre-Hispanic world. Results: childhood was found to be a matter of interdisciplinary interest, for example, for health sciences, especially neurology, pediatrics, epidemiology. There were also found works on childhood from the human sciences, social sciences, education and the arts; In the last four areas of knowledge, in addition to a marked interest of studies in the perception of images of boys and girls, there is a preoccupation with children's representations in education through images. Conclusions: from a balance of the results of the studies addressed, opportunities for research on the social construction of children in education with visual sources are identified.

Objetivo: esteartículoesunaRevisióndeantecedentes que se deriva de una investigación e intervención con mujeres campesinas en acompañamiento a grupos asociativos en el departamento de Nariño. Se trata, entonces, de analizar diversas experiencias de las mujeres rurales en Colombia sobre las prácticas de resistencia que involucran principios de gobierno de los comunes y que estas asociaciones se presentan como estrategias de resistencias para la reivindicación de la identidad de la mujer campesina y su posicionamiento político en la deconstrucción de la desigualdad económica y de la violencia estructural. Metodología: se aplicó revisión documental en las principales bases de datos como Ebosh, Proquest y Redylac, con el fin de recopilar la información actualizada sobre el objeto de estudio, con criterios de calidad. Resultados: se logró sintetizar tres apartados a partir del material que se recopiló: 1) retos de los campesinos en el marco de los acuerdos de La Habana, 2) las asociaciones de mujeres campesinas, 3) el proyecto ético y político de Trabajo Social. Conclusiones: se concluye que, si bien las propuestas tuvieron sentidos económicos o de memoria, siempre hay que tener un enfoque integrador que ponga en perspectiva de género lo económico y lo político en conversación con lo cultural. Desde allí, la praxis reflexiva del trabajador social debe incidir en la construcción de estas asociaciones con el fin de posicionar a las mujeres, en especial en contextos rurales aún afectados por las violencias.

Objective: This Reflection article examines the relationship of philosophers Friedrich Nietzsche, Paulo Freire and Estanislao Zuleta regarding their positions on the interaction between education, philosophy and human freedom. Methodology: a critical-philosophical approach was applied, which allowed for an interpretative and critical reflection on the object of study. For this, part of the literature, ideas and approaches of these three thinkers that coincide in the possibility of expressing the problem of education as liberation were examined. Based on the theoretical arguments and positions clearly identified in these thinkers, the valuations and interpretations of the present work emerged; that is, a critical interpretation that is based on what is stated in this theoretical triad. Results: for the three authors, education and its relation to human freedom implies the permanent openness towards the critical attitude, the construction-transformation and the ethical-political start towards other human relations with knowledge and values (Nietzsche); persist in the fight against all kinds of oppression and the invisibility of alternativeness (Freire); find in philosophical education, from the recognition of the Other and the development of critical thinking, a possible source to achieve the affirmation of life (Zuleta). Conclusions: freedom in education is knowing in order to dissent, choose, co-create with the Other, to achieve a way of being and be more disturbing; an attitude that allows us to feel or give off thinking about society, to understand what information, methods, stories are consumed, accepted and transgressed and learn to criticize and criticize them, perhaps pointing towards anotherethic and other ways of thinking.
