SWOT ANALYSIS IN IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF TEACHING AND EDUCATION AT IAIN PONTIANAK Swot分析在提升文华教学绩效中的作用

 An overview of the problem of this study is to analyze the performance of IAIN Pontianak sourced from Tri Dharma college. The purpose of this study is: reveal how to maximize strengths, analyze how to minimize weaknesses, reveal how to take advantage of opportunities, and analyze how to anticipate threats to the performance of IAIN Pontianak Education and teaching.   This research is descriptive research with a SWOT analysis approach(Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Data collection techniques used in the form of free interviews guided to several related informants and documentation techniques in the form of documents and images that are considered important.  This study resulted in potential findings and problems in the performance of IAIN Pontianak starting from 2015-2019. From the results of the identification of potential and problems in the performance of IAIN Pontianak, then studied and analyzed through SWOT analysis. The results obtained, namely: 1)  The strengths that must be maximized so that the performance of IAIN Pontianak increases such as MoU, human resources educators and education personnel, reference collections, communication systems and technology. 2) Weaknesses that must be minimized by IAIN Pontianak, such as the high high high school enthusiasts from Aliyah or pesantren, low curriculum quality, graduation rate has not been maximized  Graduation productivity levels are still not maximal and the placement and management of educators that need to be improved. 3) Opportunities that must be utilized by IAIN Pontianak, such as the interest of SLTA graduates entering IAIN, terse he is a source of research funding from UNDP, Diktis, DIPA IAIN Pontianak, the establishment of cooperation opportunities  between IAIN Pontianak with other universities, the current regulations allow the change of IAIN status to UIN  . 4) The threats that must be anticipated are the proliferation of religious universities, campus promos outside Kalimantan are more attractive, limited funds for the development of sapras and lack of participation of lecturers and education personnel in competency certification  and trainings, spmi functions are less maximal, quotas for receiving research grant funds are few, limited quota of publication of research results.Keywords: SWOT, Teaching, Education, Improving, IAIN Pontianak.

ECO-EDUCATION IN PESANTREN : ANALYZING GREEN DISCOURSES THROUGH ECOLINGUISTIC APPROACH 当代的生态教育:用生态语言学方法分析绿色话语

Pesantren possesses a plus value to boost the idea of “go green” through its education system. Forest Watch reveals that Indonesia has lost its 18,91 millions hectare of forest since 2001 till 2014. In other words, Indonesia is on the fifth rank getting away from its big canopies. Based on this matter, some pesantren in Indonesia has taught their students to love their nature by doing real actions. Pondok Pesantren Al-Yasini in Pasuruan, Roudlotut Tholibin in Bojonegoro, Assiddiqiyah 11 in Lampung, Nu War in Bekasi, and Ridho Alloh in Temanggung have been taking an action to plant hundred thousands of trees. These achievements are pronounced through online mass media using the power of language to inspire audiences as campaign. The reciprocal correlation between environment and language is examined through an eco-linguistic study. Here, the change of language used represents the ecological change. Having to do with this issue, this dialectical ecolinguistic analysis is intended to elaborate lingual units standing for certain meanings. Collecting the data through green discourse news texts, this study confirms that dialectical eco-linguistic approach, covering three dimensions of social praxis i.e., ideological, social, and biological dimensions, related with eco-pesantren influences the people involved i.e. its speakers and readers; therefore, their attitude toward the environment is constructive e.g. being eager in planting trees

THE ANALYSIS OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT TO GENERATING GRADUATES WITH ISLAMIC INSIGHT IN HIGHER EDUCATION 培养具有伊斯兰思想的高等教育毕业生的战略管理分析

This article aims to describe and analyze the implementation of strategic management in generating graduates with Islamic. Data was collected through interviews, observation, document study, and Focus Group Discussion. Also, its analysis was performed by reducing, displaying and concluding data in accordance with the focus of the study. The results showed that the strategic management, which were conducted to produce graduate with competence in the field of nursing and have Islamic insight include, developing an Islamic vision and mission, compiling a curriculum based on Islamic insight, developing a Semester Lesson Plan (RPS) by incorporating Islamic values in an integrated manner in all courses, compiling Islamic activity programs in a strategic plan, carrying out activities in accordance with predetermined plans and schedules, conducting scheduled and continuous evaluations, as well as determining follow-up steps. Considering this result, all campus residents are required to behave in an Islamic manner, create an Islamic culture in the university environment, conduct Islamic studies regularly, and teach students skills in communication strategies, and motivation for patients through a religious approach.

CLASS MANAGEMENT IN IMPROVING LEARNING PERFORMANCE IN THE CLASSROOM 班级管理在提高课堂学习成绩方面的作用

  This research is motivated by the implementation of classroom management by interesting teachers, namely by changing the student seating model at each meeting. However, the media used by teachers is not adequate in delivering teacher material such as monotony only dictates the material. And there are some students who do not want to play an active role in learning, lazing in class, and talking to their compatriots when the teacher is explaining.The purpose of this study is to know about: 1) How teachers organize Classroom VIII at Al-Khairat Kubu Raya Junior High School 2020/2021. 2) The management of Class VIII that teachers do in the learning process at Al-Khairat Kubu Raya Junior High School in the 2020/2021 School Year. 3) The spirit of learning of Class VIII students after the management of the class is well implemented at Al-Khairat Kubu Raya Junior High School in the 2020/2021 School Year.The data sources in this study are teachers of Islamic Religious Education subjects as the main source, and supporting data sources, namely students of class VIII of Al-Khairat Junior High School who were appointed. This form of research uses a qualitatively de-decriminal approach. Using data collection tool techniques: observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques: data reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions or verifications. While the data validity test technique used is: triangulation and member chek. The results of this study can be concluded: 1) The arrangement of classroom VIII at Al-Khairat Kubu Raya Junior High School in the 2020/2021 School Year  has been  done by the teacher    by:    directing  students  to organize the study room before learning begins and preparing learning facilities. In addition, the teacher changes the model of student seating at each meeting in a way before ending the teacher's lesson    shakes the  seating  model  that  will be used at the next meeting, the teacher also guides students to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of the class. 2) The management of class VIII that teachers do in the learning process at Al-Khairat Kubu Raya Junior High School of the Year.  Lesson 2020/2021 is that teachers use different methods at  each  meeting  and the methods  used  are  adjusted to  the  material to be taught. In addition to using different methods, teachers also use learning media even though the media used by teachers is only sober. 3) The spirit of learning of class VIII students after the implementation of class management is carried out well at Al-Khairat Kubu Raya Junior High School in the 2020/2021 School Year, which is after the teacher manages the class and provides  motivation  to  students so that students  are  passionate  in  learning   By giving gifts to the most active students, there are still some students who are passionate and not passionate in learning this is because students feel the teacher's way of teaching is  boring.keyword: management, improving, learning pe

IMPLEMENTATION OF LEARNING SUPERVISION BY THE HEAD OF MADRASAH IN EFFORTS TO INCREASE TEACHER PERFORMANCE 实施伊斯兰学校校长的学习监督,努力提高教师的表现

This study reveals the implementation of learning supervision by the madrasah principal in an effort to improve teacher performance at MTS Negeri Siantan. To get maximum results, this research focuses on: 1). How is the learning supervision plan carried out by the head of MTSN Siantan in improving the performance of PAI teachers? 2). How is the implementation of learning supervision carried out by the head of MTSN Siantan in improving the performance of PAI teachers? 3). How is the evaluation of learning supervision carried out by the principal of MTSN Siantan in improving the performance of PAI teachers? 4). How is the follow-up learning supervision carried out by the principal of MTSN Siantan in improving the performance of PAI teachers? This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods documentation and interviews. This study concludes that: 1). The planning for supervision of learning by the madrasa head in improving the performance of PAI teachers at MTs Negeri Siantan has been well planned; 2). The implementation of learning supervision by the madrasah principal in improving the performance of PAI teachers has been carried out well. However, it needs to be improved so that the implementation is more perfect in order to improve teacher performance; 3). The evaluation of learning supervision by the madrasah principal has been carried out well; 4). Follow-up supervision of learning by the principal in improving the performance of PAI teachers has been carried out well.

Bemeteng tradition for the people of Melayu Semanga Village' is a tradition of meetings to facilitate the preparation of the wedding reception held three or four days before the wedding reception is held. The Malay community of SemangaVillage' Sambas Regency still maintains the tradition of bemeteng as a form of gotong royong to help others in their community life. Gotong royong itself is one of the noble values of the Indonesian nation that needs to be maintained and preserved. This research aims to find out how the implementation of bemeteng traditions and Islamic educational values in the bemeteng tradition in the Malay community of Semanga' Sambas Regency. This article is a case study study using a qualitative approach, with data collection using interview techniques, participant observation andumentationdocks, with miles and huberman model analysis, including: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion withdrawal and verification. The results showed that the values of Islamic education in this bemeteng tradition are as follows: First,the value of silaturahim; Second,the value of deliberation; Third,the value of alms; Fourth,the value of caring; Fifth,the value of gotong-royong; Sixth,The value glorifies; and seventh,the value of the degreeequation. Of course, these values become guidelines in a society that remains alive and becomes a tradition to this day.

The purpose of this research is to train the counseling skills of BKI study program students, have professionalism in conducting the process of guidance and counseling activities and conducting religious guidance, through the development of hypothetical model helping relationship. To assess their ability to use this technique researchers directed students to carry out the process of individual guidance and counseling activities through online videos that they share with youtube channel. This is done to address the inequality of conditions during this pandemic or covid-19, does not allow us to conduct activities online. The research method used in this research is research and development (R&D). Theuse of this method, is based on a study in the application of models resulting from rational validation and the development of theory, to produce the right model in improving the professionalism of counseling skills of BKI students through helping relationship techniques. The results of this hypothetical model development research contribute to the improvement, professionalism of skills of student counselors proram islamic counseling guidance (BKI) in an effort to meet the standards of competence of graduates, as supervisors/ religious counselors in the community and advisers / educational counselors in schools/ madrasah. Penelitian ini berjudul “Variasi Gaya Mengajar Solusi Mengatasi Problem Minat Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam Siswa kelas II”. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada adanya indikasi bahwa tingkat minat belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) masih rendah sebelum mendapatkan tindakan. Kemudian setelah diketahui rendahnya minat belajar tersebut, maka peneliti menawarkan solusi dengan konsep Variasi Gaya Mengajar. Peneliti menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun mengenai teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan tiga teknik yaitu, observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Observasi yang digunakan peneliti adalah lembar observasi yang terkait dengan Variasi Gaya Mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Minat Belajar Siswa Kelas II pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebelum mendapatkan tindakan (Melalui Variasi Gaya Mengajar) masih rendah, yaitu 29,75%. Namun setelah mereka mendapatkan Variasi Gaya Mengajar atau tindakan pada siklus pertama tingkat minat siswa tersebut semakin baik, bahkan perubahan minat belajar siswa tersebut semakin meningkat secara siknifikan, yaitu 60,25%. Atau peningkatan minat mereka sebesar 30,5%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan diterapkannya Variasi Gaya Mengajar bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan minat belajar. Pada masa pandemi covid 19 ini merupakan kesempatan bagi setiap orangtua untuk membangun kedekatan serta menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam pada anaknya. Rutinitas pekerjaan yang biasanya dilaksanakan di kantor, dialihkan ke rumah atau work from home. Aktivitas orangtua di rumah sudah selayaknya dimanfaatkan untuk mengaktualisasikan pendidikan Islam yang sempat terlalaikan atau belum dilaksanakan oleh orangtua. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktualisasi pendidikan Islam yang dilakukan orangtua di dalam lingkungan keluarga pada masa pandemi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif. Adapun metode pengambilan data dengan kuesioner dan wawancara. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada tiga ruang lingkup pendidikan Islam yaitu pendidikan keimanan, pendidikan ibadah, dan pendidikan akhlak. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu dalam mengaktualisasikan pendidikan Islam di dalam lingkungan keluarga terdapat beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh para orangtua. Untuk mengaktualisasikan pendidikan Islam pada aspek pendidikan keimanan, orangtua melakukan beberapa kegiatan yaitu berdialog, menanamkan sikap muraqabah, membiasakan kalimat thayyibah, menceritakan kisah para sahabat, dan melihat alam semesta. Pada aspek pendidikan ibadah, kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu mengajak anak untuk membaca Al-Quran, mengajak anak untuk menjalankan shalat 5 waktu tepat waktu, membiasakan bersedekah, dan memberikan keteladanan. Sedangkan pada aspek pendidikan akhlak, kegiatan yang dilakukan orangtua yaitu membiasakan anak untuk mengucapkan salam, membiasakan anak untuk bertutur kata dengan santun, menegur dan memberi nasihat ketika anak berkata kotor, dan membiasakan anak untuk makan dengan adab makan yang baik, dan memberikan keteladanan Abstract During the Covid 19 pandemic, this is an opportunity for every parent to build closeness and instill the values of Islamic education in their children. Routine work that is usually carried out in the office, transferred to home or work from home. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu dalam mengaktualisasikan pendidikan Islam di dalam lingkungan keluarga terdapat beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh para orangtua. Untuk mengaktualisasikan pendidikan Islam pada aspek pendidikan keimanan, orangtua melakukan beberapa kegiatan yaitu berdialog, menanamkan sikap muraqabah, membiasakan kalimat thayyibah, menceritakan kisah para sahabat, dan melihat alam semesta. Pada aspek pendidikan ibadah, kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu mengajak anak untuk membaca Al-Quran, mengajak anak untuk menjalankan shalat 5 waktu tepat waktu, membiasakan bersedekah, dan memberikan keteladanan. Sedangkan pada aspek pendidikan akhlak, kegiatan yang dilakukan orangtua yaitu membiasakan anak untuk mengucapkan salam, membiasakan anak untuk bertutur kata dengan santun, menegur dan memberi nasihat ketika anak berkata kotor, dan membiasakan anak untuk makan dengan adab makan yang baik, dan memberikan keteladanan \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000During the Covid 19 pandemic, this is an opportunity for every parent to build closeness and instill the values of Islamic education in their children. Routine work that is usually carried out in the office, transferred to home or work from home. Parents' activities at home should be used to actualize Islamic education that parents have neglected or have not implemented. This study aims to describe the actualization of Islamic education carried out by parents in the family environment during the pandemic. The research method used is qualitative. The data collection method using questionnaires and interviews. This research is focused on three scopes of Islamic education, namely faith education, worship education, and moral education. The results of the study are that in actualizing Islamic education in the family environment there are several activities carried out by parents. To actualize Islamic education in the aspect of faith education, parents carry out several activities, namely dialogue, instilling a muraqabah attitude, getting used to thayyibah sentences, telling stories of friends, and seeing the universe. CHILDREN'S INTEGRITY CHARACTER EDUCATION OF EARLY CHILDHOOD BASED ON SCHOOL CULTURE THROUGH THE HABITUATION PROGRAM 基于学校文化的幼儿诚信品格教育

The character of the nation's children is increasingly eroded by the spread of various problems related to moral degradation, such as: corruption, nepotism, and dishonesty. PAUD institutions in this case certainly play an important role in building the initial foundation in children in order to minimize moral degradation. Therefore, character education becomes a solution to overcome this problem. One of the programs launched at TK Masyithoh 25 Sokaraja, Banyumas is integrity education based on school culture through the habituation program. Methodologically, type of this research is field research, while the approach used is qualitative approach. The data are obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study found four types of habituation used in integrity character education, namely routine habituation, spontaneous habituation (giving reward, punishments, and advice), habituation by exemplary, and habituation with conditioning. Each habituation includes stimulus, response, and reinforcement. Reinforcement is an important element in integrity character education through habituation in early childhood. The reinforcement that is mostly used by teachers is positive reinforcement in the form of non-material rewards. These four habituation are the basic way to instill the character of integrity (honesty, exemplary, and politeness) in children at TK Masyithoh 25 Sokaraja as a kindergarten piloting project for integrity education.
