This study aimed to describe the tourism village development program, the synergy of the village government and the community's role in the development of tourist villages, as well as improving community welfare through the development of tourist villages in Semen Village, Blitar Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research—sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data were collected by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using an interactive model from Miles and Huberman. The study results showed that the tourism village development program included physical development in the form of facilities and infrastructure and non-physical development in the form of community empowerment. The synergy of the village government influences the success of developing a tourist village through potential exploration and the community as coordinator, facilitator, implementer, and accelerator. Furthermore, developing tourist villages could improve community welfare, including income, clean settlements, education levels, and the fulfilment of health facilities.

This study analyzed the rights to flats for foreign citizens based on Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021 and legal certainty in Government Regulation 18 of 2021. This study used a normative legal method with a statutory and conceptual approach. The provisions of Article 71 paragraph (1) letter b of Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021 regulated the right to apartment units for foreign nationals. As a result, foreign citizens could obtain use rights or building use rights on flats built on state land, land rights management, or property rights. However, government Regulation Number 18 of 2021 was considered unable to provide legal certainty because it was contrary to Law Number 5 of 1960 as a higher-level regulation. Article 37 of Law Number 5 of 1960 did not stipulate that foreign nationals could obtain building use rights as described in Article 71 paragraph (1) letter b of Government Regulation 18 of 2021.

A qualitative method with observation, interviews, and documentation was utilized to get the research finding. The implementation of nucu ngoruh in traditional Dayak Siang marriages in Saripoi Village consisted of two versions. The supporting factor for nucu ngoruh was that indigenous peoples highly respected the provisions of social and divine values, so indigenous people adjusted to the provisions for the preparation of traditional goods, and the procession of traditional marriages might also be under customary rules. Finally, there were four inhibiting factors for nucu ngoruh. First, the groom was not ready either physically or mentally. The second was the lack of financial support provided. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Banyumas District Court Decision Number 05/Pid.Sus-Anak/2015/PN-Bms and analyze the recidivism concept in Indonesia's juvenile criminal justice system. This study uses a normative doctrinal method with legal, case, and conceptual approaches. The decision of the Banyumas District Court Number 05/Pid.Sus-Anak/2015/PN-Bms contained a case of abuse by a child who had previously been punished with three months in prison by the Purbalingga Court for committing the crime of theft. The concept of recidivism in the juvenile criminal justice system in Indonesia was based on Article 7 paragraph (2) letter b of Law Number 11 of 2012, which explained that children who commit recidivists could not be diverted.

This study aimed to analyze gross human rights violations in Indonesia, the implementation of Law Number 26 of 2000 concerning the Ad Hoc Human Rights Court, and the challenges of ad hoc human rights courts in resolving gross human rights violations in Indonesia. This study applied normative and empirical legal research with a case study approach. The researcher collected data from primary and secondary data resources. Data collection techniques were carried out by reviewing, studying, and categorizing. The analysis procedure started with data inspection techniques, data marking, and drawing conclusions. The study results showed that the provision of gross human rights violations in Indonesia was adopted from the Rome Statute. However, the implementation of Law Number 26 of 2000 concerning the Ad Hoc Human Rights Court was still limited to the judicial process of the cases of Timor-Timur and Tanjung Priok. The challenges of ad hoc human rights courts include the less than optimal role of Law Number 26 of 2006, legal aspects of the legislation that were not accompanied by procedural law procedures, law enforcement officers who did not work optimally, as well as political, social, and cultural factors that weaken law enforcement at the national level.

The focus of this study was to analyze the sale and purchase binding agreement as a condition for the issuance of a housing site plan and to analyze the position of the location plan issued based on the sale and purchase binding agreement. This study used a sociological juridical method with hermeneutic analysis techniques. The sale and purchase binding agreement could be used to fulfill the requirements for issuing a residential site plan while still attaching a deed of rights transfer from the land owner to the housing developer who submits the site plan application. The binding sale and purchase agreement could not be considered as proof of ownership of land rights but could be used as evidence that the developer had purchased land from the previous land owner. The position of the site plan issued based on the binding sale and purchase agreement was legal and could be accounted for as the basis for housing development by the developer.
