ENTORNOS DE COLABORACIÓN DISTRIBUIDOS PARA REPOSITORIOS DE OBJETOS DE APRENDIZAJE 用于学习对象存储库的分布式协作环境

Este texto se centra en el paradigma de los objetos de aprendizaje, un modelo que persigue favorecer un mayor acceso a los recursos didacticos digitales y una economia en su produccion, debido a su adecuada reutilizacion. Ademas de ofrecer un marco general para la comprension de este modelo, se pretende ofrecer una valoracion de los avances de las distintas iniciativas y proyectos que han tratado de llevar a la practica este planteamiento teorico. De esta forma, se realiza un analisis de distintas experiencias pioneras a nivel internacional y se identifican algunas claves que obstaculizan que los repositorios impulsados por fondos publicos y de gran alcance sean capaces de nutrirse del trabajo colaborativo que se produce en otros repositorios mas localizados, en lo que definimos como entornos proximos de colaboracion. Se expone un plan de investigacion sobre modelos de colaboracion capaz de responder de forma mas ajustada a las necesidades reales de los docentes.

Redefinición de lo educativo en el cibercontexto: a propósito de las TIC como herramienta de inclusión 网络背景下教育的重新定义:关于ict作为包容工具

The cybernetic explosion complies at least with two prophecies in an apparent way antithetical: that of the universalization of the knowledge and that of the Big Brother. The digital or electronic learning expresses the last trend not already in the didactic-instructive formats (a new educational resource) but mainly another challenge for the school (the resource is converted in goal). It is supposed that with the ICT a conception different from the school is discussed, and even of the education, beyond the access to the knowledge.

This work, through an historical retrospective, contextualizes the method education from distance in the present society. It analyses the megauniversities and their expansion as well as the methods and technical resources used by them. It also analyps the advantages and disavantages, the acute issues, the challenges and perspectives of this teaching system as well as the possibility of making teeching more popular.
