ANFIS Based Routing For the Efficient Transfer of Photovoltaic Parameters 基于ANFIS的光伏参数高效传输路由

An accurate performance assessment approach is extremely useful for researching the electrical properties of PV production systems because of the high cost of PV modules. The nonlinear exponential coefficients that are typically used in conventional analytical PV models must have a significant number of unidentified properties discovered before they can be used. Voltage and current are the two separate inputs of the suggested ANFIS, and the outcome is the power output of each arrangement. The recommended model’s capability to analytically define current-voltage (I-V) and the conventional techniques for ANFIS-based routing ensure that the data is properly saved in the cloud. The ANFIS networks is trained using evaluation information from various PV array topologies. Results from simulations and experiments support the suggested techniques viability and efficacy.

Hybrid Deep Transfer Learning Framework for Stroke Risk Prediction 脑卒中风险预测的混合深度迁移学习框架

Stroke has become a leading cause of death and long-term disability in the world with no effective treatment. Deep learning-based approaches have the potential to outperform existing stroke risk prediction models. Due to the strict privacy protection policy in health-care systems, stroke data is usually distributed among different hospitals in small pieces. Transfer learning can solve small data issue by exploiting the knowledge of a correlated domain, especially when multiple source of data are available. In this work, we propose a novel Hybrid Deep Transfer Learning-based Stroke Risk Prediction scheme.

Building Design Techniques to Withstand Landslides 抵御滑坡的建筑设计技术

Landslides are among the many natural disasters causing massive destructions and loss of lives across the globe. India has a high degree of vulnerability towards the occurrence of Landslides. Landslides and avalanches are among the major hydro-geological hazards that affect large parts of India. Around 15% of the country’s region is prone to landslides. The Himalayas of Northwest and Northeast India and the Western Ghats are two regions of high vulnerability. Some major recent incidents are Kerala (2018), Himachal Pradesh (2018), Uttarakhand (2018), Tamenglong-Manipur (2018), and Kalikhola, Manipur (June 2017). Landslides are a natural phenomenon, but it involves many human activities which lead to the mass movement of landmass. In recent times we find the causes of landslides increasing day by day and the primary cause is deforestation. To survive, one needs to keep a check on these human activities. Landslides can result in enormous casualties and huge economic losses in mountainous regions. In order to mitigate landslide hazard effectively, new methodologies are required to develop and a better understanding of landslide hazard are required. To reduce future risks, it is important that a lot of attention is paid to the structural design of the buildings. This paper is aimed to propose some techniques and materials to resist landslides that allow the local communities to continue living on landslide prone slopes without causing damage to buildings.

Enhancing Data Security in Cloud Computing using Block chain 利用区块链增强云计算中的数据安全

Block chain (BC) and Software Defined Networking (SDN) are some of the most prominent emerging technologies in recent research. These technologies provide security, integrity, as well as confidentiality in their respective applications. Cloud computing has also been a popular comprehensive technology for several years. Confidential information is often shared with the cloud infrastructure to give customers access to remote resources, such as computation and storage operations. However, cloud computing also presents substantial security threats, issues, and challenges. Therefore, to overcome these difficulties, we propose integrating Block chain and SDN in the cloud computing platform. In this research, we introduce the “DistB-SD Cloud” architecture to better secure clouds. Moreover, we leverage a distributed Block chain approach to convey security, confidentiality, privacy, integrity, adaptability, and scalability in the proposed architecture. BC provides a distributed or decentralized and efficient environment for users. Also, we present an SDN approach to improving the reliability, stability, and load balancing capabilities of the cloud infrastructure. Finally, we provide an experimental evaluation of the performance of our SDN and BCbased implementation using different parameters, also monitoring some attacks in the system and proving its efficacy.

Strengthening of RC Beam Using Different Techniques 钢筋混凝土梁的不同加固技术

Structural strengthening is the process of upgrading structures to improve performance under existing loads or to increase the strength of structural members to carry additional loads. The need for structural strengthening is commonly driven by building codes, deterioration, change in use, or deficiencies caused by design or construction. Strengthening of concrete structures must be considered when the existing structure deteriorates or any alteration to the structure has to be made due to which the structure may fail to serve its purpose. Concerns must be taken to existing materials, often in deteriorated condition, loads during strengthening and to existing geometry. In some cases it can also be difficult to reach the areas that need to be strengthened. When concrete structural strengthening is to be undertaken all failure modes must be evaluated. Strengthening a structure for flexure may lead to shear failure instead of giving the desired increased load bearing capacity. It should also be noted that not only the failure mode of the strengthened member is important. If a critical member in a structure is strengthened, another member can become the critical one. Because of changed stiffness in an undetermined structural system the whole structure must be investigated. The strengthening should also designed with consideration to minimize the maintenance and repair needs.

A specific approach is needed for the marine industry because of the complex and diverse environment. The naval industry’s quick adoption of IoT technology will make it easier to administer basic services like vessel monitoring, emissions control, preventative maintenance, safety, and welfare. The IoT solutions described in this article are tailored to the industry’s current demands. The suggestions are in line with the projects, which intends to provide an interactive study course on maritime and surveyor IoT systems to fill the market need caused by the rapid growth of the Smart Maritime & Surveying business.

Detection Classification of Diabetic Retinopathy Using Deep Learning Neural Network 基于深度学习神经网络的糖尿病视网膜病变检测分类

Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is an eye condition that mainly affects individuals who have diabetes and is one of the important causes of blindness in adults. As the infection progresses, it may lead to permanent loss of vision. Diagnosing diabetic retinopathy manually with the help of an ophthalmologist has been a tedious and a very laborious procedure. This paper not only focuses on diabetic retinopathy detection but also on the analysis of different DR stages, which is performed with the help of Deep Learning (DL) and transfer learning algorithms. Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is one of the leading causes of blindness for people who have diabetes in the world. Early detection of this disease can essentially decrease its effects on the patient. Dense Net are used on a huge dataset with around 3662 train images to automatically detect which stage DR has progressed. Five DR stages, which are 0 (No DR), 1 (Mild DR), 2 (Moderate), 3 (Severe) and 4 (Proliferative DR) are processed in the proposed work. It presented an AI based smart tele ophthalmology application for diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy. The app has the ability to facilitate the analyses of eye fundus images via deep learning from the Kaggle database using Tensor Flow mathematical library. The app would be useful in promoting health and timely treatment of diabetic retinopathy by clinicians.

Dense Net Model Based Traffic Sign Board Recognition and Voice Alert System 基于密集网络模型的交通标志板识别与语音报警系统

To ensure a smooth and secure flow of traffic, road signs are essential. A major cause of road accidents is negligence in viewing the Traffic signboards and interpreting them incorrectly. The proposed system helps in recognizing the Traffic sign and sending a voice alert through the speaker to the driver so that he/ she may take necessary decisions. The proposed system is trained using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) which helps in traffic sign image recognition and classification. A set of classes are defined and trained on a particular dataset to make it more accurate. The German Traffic Sign Benchmarks Dataset was used, which contains approximately 43 categories and 51,900 images of traffic signs. The accuracy of the execution is about 98.52 percent. Following the detection of the sign by the system, a voice alert is sent through the speaker which notifies the driver. The proposed system also contains a section where the vehicle driver is alerted about the traffic signs in the near proximity which helps them to be aware of what rules to follow on the route. The aim of this system is to ensure the safety of the vehicle’s driver, passengers, and pedestrians.

E-Commerce Application for Farm Fresh Trading 农产品生鲜交易电子商务应用

For several years, farmers in India have had little liberty in choosing markets and purchasers for their produce. All states in the country, except three, degree that marketing and selling of farm produce must be directed through state-owned mandis, retail markets where mediators (middlemen) crush farmers to increase margins. According to research, mediators have become dominating buyers of the agricultural market, resulting them to take control over the plight of the farmers and gulping all the profits. The farmers work day and night expecting a good yield. They use a lot of financial resources lending money and buying fertilizers, seeds etc. So, they have the right to enjoy every rupee gained on their corp. In this context, we propose a system which brings farmers close to the retailers cutting the middlemen. Our system consists of a mobile or web application which will serve as a platform for farmer the growers and retailers or customers to sell and buy their farm products. This system aims at giving a profitable price to farmers to their farm products cutting the middlemen. This allows the retailers or the customers to buy products from the farmers at a lower than the normal price. Farmer uploads their product with details and buyers view these details and book that product with in a time. The bidding system is suitable for bulk buyers who would like to bargain for a certain product. They will be able to bid on a product as well as view other bids. This will help them get products at a better price. The consumer can give a rating and review only after having purchased a particular product. K-Nearest Neighbours (KNN) is proposed to recommendation system based on common product ratings, and make predictions using the average rating of top-k nearest neighbours. These are visible on each item’s page along with the average of the item’s average rating. K-Means is used to overcome sparsity problems and to form user clusters to reduce the amount of data that needs to be processed.

Structural Performance and Strengthening of RCC Interior Joint with Variable Beam Depth Using Sikawrap 变梁深度碾压混凝土内部节点结构性能及Sikawrap加固

Sikawrap becomes preferable for strengthening and retrofitting of RC structural elements due to its high strength-to-weight and high stiffness to weight ratios. This study examines the structural performance and strengthening of RCC interior joint with variable beam depth using Sika wrap. In the first model, conventional connection is compared with beam, column and joint failure connection. In the second model, strengthening of beam connection is done by Lstrip method, embedment method and web-bounded method. In the third model, strengthening of column connection is done by L-shaped plate method and near surface mounted and wrap method. In the fourth model, strengthening of joint connection is done by X, U and T-shape method. In the fifth model, strengthening of beam column connection is done by L-shaped plate and wrap method and full wrap method. The structure will be analyzed using seismic analysis. This can be done by varying the depth of beam and finding which one possess more strength. Non-linear lateral loading test is carried out for beam-column connection with varying depth of beam on studying joint strength, target displacement and ductility for above all methods. This joint is the most critical portion of a building under earthquake due to diagonal crack failure, which leads to the collapse. Therefore, such joints need special attention to increase the capacity of existing damaged joints through retrofitting. In this paper the idea of using Sikawrap are studied. Sikawrap becomes preferable for strengthening and retrofitting of RC structural elements due to its high strength-to-weight and high-stiffness-to- weight ratios. Sika wrap comprises of unidirectional, carbon or glass fibre fabrics and structural epoxy resin based, impregnating resins. These unique combinations provide a wide range of strengthening and upgrading solutions to meet the many varied demands of different product and application. Strengthening methods are provided for defected beam, column and joints. The structure will be analysed using seismic analysis. It can be analysed by first finding the best model. This can be done by varying the depth of beam and finding which one possess more strength. Non-linear lateral loading testing is carried out for a beam-column connection with varying the depth of beam on studying the joint strength, target displacement and ductility for above all methods. The effective specimens are then studied under cyclic test.
