ABSTRACTObjective: This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on loyalty through organizational commitment. This research is a type of quantitative research, because the research method is based on positivistic (concrete data), the research data is in the form of numbers that will be measured using statistics as a means of calculating the test to produce a certain conclusion. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Rum Timur Raya has 100 employees who are still actively working.Methodology: The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 20.0 program. and the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the SmartPLS 3.8 statistical program.Finding: The first, second, third, and fourth (H) hypotheses were accepted because the t statistic value was greater than t table, and the p value was smaller than alpha 0.05.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that: (1) Financial Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty; (2) Financial Compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; (3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty; and (4) organizational commitment capable of mediating is able to mediate the effect of financial compensation on employee loyalty is significant, because the t statistic is greater than t table.
摘要目的:本研究旨在通过组织承诺来确定财务薪酬对员工忠诚的影响。本研究是一种定量研究,因为研究方法是以实证(具体数据)为基础的,研究数据是以数字的形式来衡量的,用统计学作为计算检验的手段来得出一定的结论。本研究的人口都是PT的员工。Rum Timur Raya有100名员工仍在积极工作。方法:采用SPSS 20.0软件进行数据分析,采用多元线性回归。以及使用SmartPLS 3.8统计程序的偏最小二乘(PLS)方法。发现:第1、2、3、4个(H)假设被接受,因为t统计值大于t表,p值小于alpha 0.05。结论:本研究结果表明:(1)财务薪酬对员工忠诚度有显著的正向影响;(2)财务薪酬对组织承诺有正向显著影响;(3)组织承诺对员工忠诚有正向显著影响;(4)组织承诺具有中介能力,能够中介财务薪酬对员工忠诚的影响显著,因为t统计量大于t表。

Kemajuan teknologi di era globalisasi saat ini telah merubah gaya hidup masyarakat yakni kecenderungan terhadap segala sesuatu yang simpel dan praktis. Salah satu hal yang paling menonjol adalah pembelian dan penggunaan jasa pengiriman barang yang memiliki keterjangkauan regional. J&T Express adalah salah satu jasa pengiriman barang yang diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia. J&T Express merupakan perusahaan ekspedisi yang fokus memberikan kepuasan dan motivasi kerja kepada karyawan untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja sehingga karyawan mampu menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Dengan adanya kinerja karyawan yang baik maka target dan tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan J&T terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah exsplanatory research dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang diambil secara acak dari beberapa kantor J&T yang tersebar di wilayah Bekasi Jawa Barat. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan yakni uji instrumen terdiri dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas data, uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji mulktikolenieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan J&T baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Sejauh ini level Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Kabupaten Jombang tergolong maju, akan tetapi dengan munculnya tantangan berbagai masalah yang semakin kompleks diperlukan strategi pengelolaan model bisnis yang tepat pula. Tanpa strategi pengelolaan yang tepat, fungsi BUMDes untuk membantu mempercepat kesejahteraan desa akan semakin lambat tercapai. Oleh karena itu studi ini menganalisis berbagai masalah dasar dalam pengelolaan model bisnis BUMDEs di Kabupaten Jombang dan kemudian memberikan rekomendasi tentang rumusan strategi penting untuk mengelola model bisnis BUMDes di Kabupaten Jombang agar lebih baik lagi. Peneliti menerapkan metode kualitatif untuk mengambil data hasil wawancara dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan yang memahami tentang pengelolaan model bisnis BUMDes di Kabupaten Jombang. Hasil wawancara digunakan karena peneliti mengharapkan kedalaman data yang tidak dapat ditangkap oleh data umum hasil statistik. Pada akhirnya peneliti menarik kesimpulan bahwa strategi yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan model bisnis BUMDes di Kabupaten Jombang terdiri dari strategi kelembagaan dan strategi partisipasi masyarakat. Without the right management strategy, the function of BUMDes to help accelerate village welfare will be slower to achieve. Therefore, this study analyzes various basic problems in the management of business model BUMDes in Jombang Regency and then provides recommendations on the formulation of important strategies for managing business model BUMDes in Jombang Regency to be even better. Researchers applied qualitative methods to collect data from interviews from various stakeholders who understand the management of business model BUMDes in Jombang Regency. Interview results are used because researchers expect a depth of data that cannot be captured by general statistical data. In the end, the researcher concluded that the strategies needed to improve the management of business model BUMDes in Jombang Regency consisted of institutional strategies and community participation strategies. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis likuiditas coorporate governance dalam penyusunan anggaran kasDinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana penyusunan anggaran dan laporan realisasi anggaran pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Sumatera Utara apakah telah sesuai atau tidak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptip kualitatif dan dalam pelaksanaannya penelitian ini mengumpulkan data primer yang diperoleh dari staff penyusunan anggaran dan program. Tenknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh dengan cara kualitatif depada bagian keuangan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif mencakup transkip hasil wawancara, reduksi data, analisis, interpretasi data dan triangulasi. Dari hasil analisis data yang kemudian dapat ditarik kesimpulan.dan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan pengendalian kas yang ada di Dinas Komminfo Provinsi Sumatera Utara mengalami kekurangan dalam hal efisiensi anggarannya. Pengaruh anggaran kas yang ada terhadap pengendalian kas di dinas dapat dikatakan tidak efektif. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method and in practice this research collects primary data obtained from budgeting and program staff. The data analysis technique used in this study is data obtained qualitatively from the financial department of the Communication and Informatics Office of North Sumatra Province. Data analysis techniques used in qualitative research include interview transcripts, data reduction, analysis, data interpretation and triangulation. From the results of data analysis, conclusions can then be drawn. And the results of the research conducted found that cash control in the Kominfo Office of North Sumatra Province experienced deficiencies in terms of budget efficiency. The influence of the existing cash budget on cash control in the department can be said to be ineffective. Pandemi virus Covid-19 yang terjadi pada tahun 2020 membuat perekonomian terpuruk tak terkecuali untuk perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ45 yang dianggap memiliki likuiditas yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan LQ45 ditengah kondisi ketidakpastian ekonomi pada saat itu. Menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam pemilihan sampel sehingga diperoleh 11 perusahaan sampel yang sesuai. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa debt ratio, firm size, dan exchange rate berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan cash flow dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa perusahaan memilih mengalokasikan laba untuk usaha berkelanjutan mulai dari efisiensi hingga restrukturisasi modal pada saat pandemi yang ditunjukkan dari pengurangan porsi rasio pembayaran dividen. Perilaku pembelian konsumen mengacu pada tindakan yang diambil oleh konsumen selama penelitian, pemilihan, akuisisi, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan akhirnya membuang barang dan jasa yang dimaksudkan untuk memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhan mereka. Pengetahuan perusahaan tentang perilaku pelanggan mencakup solusi untuk masalah seperti "apa yang harus dibeli", "di mana membeli", "bagaimana kebiasaan" ("seberapa sering membeli"), dan "dalam kondisi apa" ("dalam keadaan apa" ) dalam kaitannya dengan keputusan pembelian. Meneliti bagaimana kualitas produk, harga, pemasaran, dan saluran distribusi semuanya berperan dalam keputusan pembelian akhir konsumen adalah tujuan utama penyelidikan ini. Salah satunya kalangan wanita bisa tingkatkan keselamatan keluarganya dengan melaksanakan aktivitas upaya produktif rumah tangga, dengan memproduksi serta menjual makan rumahan,agar meningkatkan perekonomian. Aktivitas dedikasi warga ini, bermaksud buat ( 1) menggunakan kemampuan ibu rumah tangga guna mendapatkan pemasukan tambahan untuk menopang ekonomi keluarga.( 2) Tingkatkan perekonomian atau keselamatan keluarga. Luaran aktivitas dedikasi warga ini merupakan Ibu- ibu Rumah Tangga Desa Sidorejo, Kabupaten Malang bisa membenarkan manajemen upaya serta mencari kesempatan upaya yang bisa dicoba dari rumah tanpa wajib meninggalkan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi dan partisipasi konsumen dalam manajemen rantai pasok berkelanjutan terhadap produk smartphone di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini juga menguji apakah niat pembelian memediasi kemauan membayar lebih pada konsumen. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei kuesioner, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah populasi tidak terbatas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung niat pembelian terhadap kemauan membayar lebih. Hasil juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh persepsi dan partisipasi dalam manajemen rantai pasok berkelanjutan terhadap niat pembelian dan kemauan membayar lebih. This study aims to prove empirically thst leverage, inventory intensity, fixed asset intensity, and political connections have an effect on tax aggressiveness. The population of this study are multinational companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2021. This survey relied on quantitative research and a variety of secondary data sources. In the population, there are 85 businesses. The sampling technique is 25 companies x 5 years = 125 financial report data from companies. In this case, the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Testing outcomes of the multiple linear regression coefficients show that Leverage does not affect tax aggressiveness. Inventory intensity influences tax aggressiveness positively. The power of fixed assets has a positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The political connections have no bearing on tax evasion. The model for fostering cooperative members has so far been limited to general and ceremonial matters, which is not sustainable, resulting in the cooperative becoming ill and possibly collapsing. For the development of cooperative members so that they can give meaning and be carried out in a sustainable manner, an innovation model is needed in coaching through the concept of human resource development. The purpose of this study is first, to describe the innovative model of fostering cooperative members. Second, to answer the question of survival in relation to family economic independence in an era of uncertainty. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of references and photos/videos. Data were obtained from several informants whose number was not determined beforehand, by appointing one key informant. Members of cooperatives whose postscript are MSME actors. It is necessary to strengthen survival from an uncertain era, namely by involving members to organize their hearts, mapping their own potential, conducting market mapping, having strong faith in doing business and surrendering to the giver of fortune, expanding relationships, building an entrepreneurial spirit by continuing to innovate in life and always be grateful for destiny to be Happy (7M).The results showed that there was an increase in the productivity of cooperative members from the 7M coaching innovation model approach.
