Social media influencer named Fadil Jaidi is the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of the food culinary business @Trafficbun.id. Fadil Jaidi not only does product branding, He also carries out a personal branding process through social media (Instagram). The purpose of the study is to determine personal branding and the steps to form Fadil Jaidi based on Instagram social media (ini kalimat indo nya gajelas jadi translate nya seadanya aja, ga ngerti maksud nya). The result of this study is that Fadil Jaidi formed a personal branding using the features on Instagram. Fadil Jaidi's personal branding process goes through 7 aspects. Specialization : Fadil Jaidi likes culinary. Leadership: he has a friendly nature (tidak melihat latar belakang kyknya masih kurang jelas deh, latar belakang apa? Tapi kalo translate nya : and does not see any kind of background). Personality: he has a humorous and humble personality. The difference/uniqueness : the clothes he used are always full color. Unity: cheerful, friendly, and humorous. Persistence: Fadil Jaidi is up to date on social media Instagram. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on customer loyalty either directly or through mediation of customer satisfaction. Causality design is used to determine the causal relationship between research variables with a quantitative research approach. Purposive sampling technique was used to determine the research sample in order to obtain as many as 110 Renault customers in PT Maxindo Mobil Indonesia BSD Tangerang. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis with SPSS version 26 program. The results showed that product quality directly had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, customer satisfaction could also play an intermediary variable so that product quality variables indirectly had a positive and significant influence. to customer loyalty.

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many components of learning methods. Anxiety and lack of self-confidence experienced by students by using as much as possible must be addressed rationally so that graduates can continue their studies. First, what is the direction of changing lifestyles among students after the end of the Covid-19 pandemic. Second, what are the possible changes and changes in behavior patterns. This observation is intended to see and provide explanations for adjustments in the behavior of FISIP students during the COVID-19 pandemic at Pramita Indonesia University. This observation uses a literature study approach, observing various data from the latest news reports, as well as studying objects that are directly related to them with scientific data and literature from various sources. This study uses the behavioristic principles of Burrhus Frederic Skinner and various applicable theories regarding behavioral relationships. The effect of this study shows that skilled behavior adjustment with the help of FISIP students at Pramita Indonesia University needs to adapt, FISIP students who accept, understand, get used to new habits, are able to reduce the effects of tradition shock.

ANALISIS KINERJA PLANT PRODUKSI PT JCC DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PERHITUNGAN OVERALL EQUIPMENT EVECTIVENESS (OEE)

PT. JCC Established in April 1973, PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk. started by producing Low Voltage Electrical Cables - copper conductors. Then continue to add product varieties, such as Low Voltage Cable - aluminum conductor, Medium Voltage Cable, Telephone Cable and Fiber Optic Cable and also expand its market. Production Plant performance can be improved or maintained by conducting regular evaluations of the process. The evaluation carried out is by analyzing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is a calculation method used to determine the effectiveness of a process that is being implemented by identifying the percentage of production time that is truly productive which is influenced by three factors, namely availability, performance, and quality. reached 85% or above. The research was conducted by observing the cable production process at the Aluminum Cable Plant and the Copper Cable Plant. Based on the observations made from January 2021 to June 2021, the highest OEE value was obtained for the Aluminum Cable Plant in January and February, namely 97% and 94% while for the next month below 90%. For the Copper Cable Plant, since observing from January 2021 to June 2021, it has not yet reached the required OEE value, which is 85% and above. From the results of the analysis, the main factor is not achieving the OEE Value influenced by the low availability ratio It's because almost 50% of the machines in the Aluminum Cable Plant and 25% of the machines in the Copper Cable Plant don't get a workload.

Ethnocentrism in Edward Zwick’s The Last Samurai Movie: Postcolonial Perspective 爱德华·兹威克《最后的武士》中的民族中心主义:后殖民视角

This research focuses on ethnocentrism in Edward Zwick’s The Last Samurai. It is intended to identify how ethnocentrism is depicted and reflected in the life of samurai in the movie The Last Samurai. The ethnocentrism theory by William G. Sumner will be used to analyze the movie. The data were obtained by watching the film, reading the movie script and cinematographic elements, identifying data based on the topic of study, and categorizing the data with respect to the theoretical framework. Based on the analysis, the findings show that there are three aspects of ethnocentrism; first, loyal to in-group norms; second, express in-group pride; third, judge and underestimate the out-group. These three features of ethnocentrism create a deep perception in their dominant culture to others.

A Psycholinguistics Analysis: How do ESL Learners in Higher Education Write Paragraphs? 心理语言学分析:高等教育英语学习者如何写段落?

Having the ability to write paragraphs is important, especially for students in higher education. Nevertheless, mastering the skill of writing is not easy, takes time, and sometimes is boring. Looking for the alternative leads the researcher to do research with the aim of finding the favorite topics of writing and understanding the difficulties in writing a paragraph using the psycholinguistics approach. Students are firstly given an explanation about the paragraph including the intrinsic and extrinsic elements of it. Then, they are instructed to write a paragraph in several steps but are free to choose their own topics. Their works then are analyzed in order to see the topic chosen by the students in writing paragraphs. Next, the analysis is focused on the structure and the ideas they deliver through the sentences. The results show that the topics chosen are about things related to their real life, like health, technology, food, sport, and natural disaster. Meanwhile, dealing with the structures and the ideas, the students’ works are divided into five categories. The two dominant categories are expected structure but unexpected content, and expected structure and expected content. Hence, the findings will be taken into the consideration for the lesson material. Besides, the student’s skill of writing and their problem in writing that is shown by the analysis of structure and content will be the focus of lesson discussion. Therefore, the students are expected to have fun learning in writing.

Nevertheless, mastering the skill of writing is not easy, takes time, and sometimes is boring. Looking for the alternative leads the researcher to do research with the aim of finding the favorite topics of writing and understanding the difficulties in writing a paragraph using the psycholinguistics approach. Students are firstly given an explanation about the paragraph including the intrinsic and extrinsic elements of it. Then, they are instructed to write a paragraph in several steps but are free to choose their own topics. Their works then are analyzed in order to see the topic chosen by the students in writing paragraphs. Next, the analysis is focused on the structure and the ideas they deliver through the sentences. The results show that the topics chosen are about things related to their real life, like health, technology, food, sport, and natural disaster. Meanwhile, dealing with the structures and the ideas, the students’ works are divided into five categories. The two dominant categories are expected structure but unexpected content, and expected structure and expected content. Hence, the findings will be taken into the consideration for the lesson material. Besides, the student’s skill of writing and their problem in writing that is shown by the analysis of structure and content will be the focus of lesson discussion. This study focused on to ecolinguistics study that talks about the language and ecology in the Silau Malela society. This study was to find out how the people who lived in Silau Malela, merged into the environment to keep the balance between human and their environment. Ecolinguistics is an interdisciplinary study between ecology or environment and language (linguistics) which is expressed by the human. So this study was not focused on ecology, but it discussed language in life. This study used qualitative research by doing observation and interviewing the people who lived in Silau Malela. This research describes the relationship between human and environmental communication. This society is so familiar with their environment and they also keep the situation so that they can communicate to the surroundings such as their cows, dogs, and others (the pets) and plantations when they do their activities with their pets and plantation. They also gave the name for their pets and sometimes to their plantation so that they understood the meaning of their owner when they were talking to their environment.

Expanding ESL Students’ Vocabulary Through TikTok Videos 通过TikTok视频扩展ESL学生的词汇

TikTok is a video-sharing social network that has abruptly gained popularity for the past few years due to its unique feature of short-form videos on various genres particularly comedy and performance. The videos produced from this platform have been used widely in multiple contexts including classroom teaching. Thus, this project delved into the role of TikTok in capturing students’ attention and introducing them to new vocabulary during English language class through some selected videos from the app. Most students could barely pay attention to their teachers during physical classes or online lessons. This could possibly hinder them from participating actively in classroom activities. Due to the nature of TikTok videos that are shorter in duration with humorous yet informative content, these videos might serve as engaging teaching materials. The results showed that the students displayed improved level of attention, interest and understanding of the subject matter that was being taught in class through TikTok videos. It is recommended that more studies should be done to analyze the multiple types and genres of TikTok videos and how these variables influence students’ learning.

English - Indonesian Translation Strategies Made By Vocational Students 高职学生英印文翻译策略研究

Translation for the vocational students of the Business English study program could be considered as the fifth language skill that they need to learn in multilingual digital era. Therefore, they have to be able to translate and interpret from English text to the Indonesian text and vice versa in some business applications, such as tourism/ hospitality industry, export import, and customer service. In this paper, the writers used qualitative descriptive research on the case study taken from the Translation classroom. To achieve the purposes of the study, the writer would like to compare the results of the respondents' target translation between translating the source text without and with translation strategies in facilitating their academic learning process. In this survey, the writer found out that most of the participations used Google Translate and translation strategies, such as structural and semantic translation strategies to help them facilitate their translating to produce qualified translation results. Based on the results, the translation strategies were useful for novice translators. The other findings were what factors that influenced their errors in English- Indonesian translation and what translation strategies. The writers also shared some important educational implications of this research
