Today students' knowledge of local culture is getting weaker. Schools need to carry out policies to increase cultural awareness to students. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Cultural Saturday education policy at MI NW Tanak Beak. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study involved school principals, teachers, and parents as informants. The results of the study show that the implementation of the cultural Saturday policy is carried out through the development of traditional games and folk songs as well as inculcating habits in daily activities. In every traditional game and regional song, character values always appear, such as the value of togetherness, the value of tolerance, the value of responsibility, the value of discipline, the value of never giving up, thoroughness, and so on. School support in implementing a culture-based education curriculum includes the participation of school members and the existence of school rules (norms). This research aims to analyze the implementation of human-based media in learning Islamic religious education at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. The main source of this research, researchers took from one Islamic religious education teacher and ten students. Research data was taken using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary evidence. Furthermore, the data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and making research conclusions. This research proves that human-based media by Islamic religious education teachers at Pertiwi 1 Padang High School has been used for a long time and works well. Because the teacher already has sufficient insight regarding human-based media. The application of human-based media is divided into two, namely in the classroom by showing good gestures and public speaking and outside the classroom by exemplifying the style of speech, dress, and teaching respect to the teacher. The use of human-based media also has a positive impact on students, seen from the increasing learning outcomes during the use of human-based media. The inhibiting factors in the use of human-based media are the condition of the teacher, the condition of the students, and the environment. The supporting factors are the teacher's ability and the support of the school principal

The quality of education that has not been maximized, especially in East Lombok Regency, is influenced by many things, including teacher performance. Teacher performance is influenced by internal factors (competence, motivation, morale, discipline) and external (physical environment, leadership of the madrasa principal, managerial implementation of the madrasa principal, compensation, work culture). This study aims to examine the influence of the managerial skills of madrasa heads, compensation and professional competence of teachers on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of comparative causal research or expost pacto. The sample of this study was 176 teachers from private Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Aikmel District, East Lombok Regency. The research instrument was a questionnaire which was given to the respondents directly after testing the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used simple regression tests and multiple regression tests followed by correlation tests (with the help of the SPSS version 22.0 application). The results of data analysis based on the value of the correlation coefficient and determination for each research variable on teacher performance obtained the determination coefficient of madrasa principal managerial skills of 0.324 and 10.5%, teacher compensation of 0.298 and 8.9%, and teacher professional competency variable of 0.711 and 50.5%.
