Improving Students’ Reading Comprehension Improving the Students’ Writing Recount Text Ability by Using Think Talk Write and Self-Regulated Strategy Development 运用思说写作和自主策略发展提高学生的阅读理解能力

Based on research conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Alasa, researchers found that there were several problems in learning to write English faced by students at SMA Negeri 2 Alasa. Students often have difficulty composing a paragraph by writing down their own ideas. Therefore, researchers conducted research entitled "Improving the students' writing recount text ability by using Think Talk Write and Self-Regulated Strategy Development at the eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 2 Alasa North Nias". This research aims to observe the improvement of students' writing skills using Think Talk Write and Self-Regulated Strategy Development, whether there was an improvement in learning outcomes and what strategies were more effectively used between the two strategies. In this research, researcher used classroom action research which is applies treatments to improve learning outcomes that are better than before. From this research, the average pre-test score for class XI-IPS was 52.14% and class XI-IPA was 42.86%. After being given Think Talk Write strategy treatment in class XI-IPS, the average post-test score was 72.35% and in class XI-IPA using Self-Regulated Strategy Development with an average score of 73.57%. From these score, it can be seen that there has been a significant improvement in students' writing abilities, namely 20.21% in class XI-IPS and class XI-IPA 30.71%. Thus, it is concluded that using Think Talk Write and Self-Regulated Strategy Development can improve students' ability in writing recount texts and in this research Self-Regulated Strategy Development is more effective than Think Talk Write strategy.

Identification of Connectivity and Citizenship Ability of Biology Students at SMAN 12 Padang 巴东中学生物系学生连通性与公民能力之鉴定

This study aims to find out how connectivity and citizenship skills are part of the 21st Century 6C skills in biology students. This is important to know because currently students are in the era of revolution 4.0 and will continue to compete with the times, where preparations for the future job market are more focused on soft skills than hard skills. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The sample in this study were students in class XI-IPA with a total sampling technique of 180 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data collection technique with a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique is by converting students' raw scores. Based on the research, it was found that the connectivity ability of the students was 81.62% which was included in the "very high" category, while in the citizenship ability the results obtained were 79.70% which were included in the "very high" category . Based on the results of the study it was found that students were able to compete with the times in the future.

Pengelolaan Zakat di Baznas Kabupaten Lombok Timur dalam Perspektif Total Quality Management 全面质量管理视角下的东龙目岛巴兹纳斯天课管理

Zakat is an important instrument in alleviating poverty, considering the large potential of zakat both locally and nationally. This law stipulates that zakat management aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of services in zakat management and increase the benefits of zakat to realize community welfare and reduce poverty. This research aims to find out how to apply the principles of customer focus, process improvement, and total involvement for the components of leadership, employee loyalty, and partner involvement. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data comes from Baznas leaders and implementers, while secondary data is collected from East Lombok Regency Baznas zakat management documents and related research or scientific work. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings from this research show that: 1. Baznas East Lombok Regency has provided good services to Muzakki and Mustahiq. 2. In terms of improving the Baznas process, East Lombok Regency has carried out improvement steps every year which cover four existing areas, namely process improvement in the field of collection, process improvement in the distribution and utilization field, process improvement in the field of planning and reporting and process improvement in the field of administration, HR and general fields. 3. Regarding total involvement, Baznas East Lombok Regency has involved leaders, amilin, and partners in managing zakat.

One model that is suitable as a solution for memorizing the Qur'an is the Tikrar Model. One model that is suitable as a solution for memorizing the Qur'an is the Tikrar Model. This pledge model is a model or way of memorizing the Qur'an by repeating the verses to be memorized. This study aims to explain the planning, implementation and results of using the Tikrar model in memorizing the Qur'an at the Muallimin Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, Yogyakarta. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study used three techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion. Data validity was checked by data triangulation with three modes, namely source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The research process lasted for 5 months with research subjects, the Director of the Islamic Boarding School, Wadir IV Islamic Boarding School, KIS Affairs Staff, Pamong, Musyrif, Wali Santri, and Santri. While the object of research is regarding the use of the tikrar model in memorizing the Qur'an at the Umar bin Khattab Islamic Boarding School Mu'allimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The results of the study show that: (1) planning for the use of the tikrar model in memorizing the Qur'an is carried out with 3 things, namely, preparing Human Resources (HR) in this case is Musyrif as well as possible, then setting targets for memorization and providing appreciation for outstanding students in the field of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an. (2) during the implementation of the use of the Tikrar model in memorizing the Qur'an using technical students direct deposits to musyrifs, then the time is divided into 2, namely formal and non-formal. After that musyrif will report the students' memorization deposits to the system, by this system the achievements of the students' memorization deposits are sorted from the most to the fewest or commonly called the tahfidz league and there will also be monitoring and evaluation of the students' memorization deposits every once a week. (3) as for the results of using the Tikrar model in memorizing the Qur'an at the Umar bin Khattab Dormitory, out of a total of 188 students, there were a total of 153 students from the Umar bin Khattab Dormitory were able to complete their memorization targets, whereas in the form of a percentage as much as 81% of students completed the target of memorizing the Qur'an.

Improving Students’ Reading Comprehension by Using Story Pyramid and Plus Minus Interesting Strategy 运用故事金字塔和正负趣味策略提高学生的阅读理解能力

This research shows that there were several problems faced by students at SMA Negeri 2 Alasa in learning English, especially learning reading comprehension. Therefore, researcher was interested in conducting research entitled " Improving Students’ Reading Comprehension by Using Story Pyramid and Plus Minus Interesting Strategy at the Tenth Grade of SMA Negeri 2 Alasa". This research aims to observe the learning difficulties of these students, whether using the Story Pyramid and Plus Minus Interesting strategies could improve reading comprehension skills of the tenth grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Alasa and find out which strategy was more effective in improving reading comprehension skills. In this research, the researcher used classroom action research (CAR). CAR is an examination of learning activities in the form of an action, which is carried out to improve the teaching and learning process so as to improve learning outcomes that are better than before. Based on the results of the analysis, the pre-test results in class X-IPS which used the Story Pyramid strategy obtained an average score of 61.05%, while in class X-IPA got 56,84%. After the students learned by using these two strategies, the average post-test score for class X-IPS was 73.68% and class X-IPA was 74.21%. From these calculations it was concluded that there was a significant improvement in students' scores in reading comprehension and the use of Plus Minus Interesting strategy was more effective in improving students' reading comprehension with an average score increase of 17.37% compared to Story Pyramid's 12.63%.

This research aims to observe the learning difficulties of these students, whether using the Story Pyramid and Plus Minus Interesting strategies could improve reading comprehension skills of the tenth grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Alasa and find out which strategy was more effective in improving reading comprehension skills. In this research, the researcher used classroom action research (CAR). CAR is an examination of learning activities in the form of an action, which is carried out to improve the teaching and learning process so as to improve learning outcomes that are better than before. Based on the results of the analysis, the pre-test results in class X-IPS which used the Story Pyramid strategy obtained an average score of 61.05%, while in class X-IPA got 56,84%. After the students learned by using these two strategies, the average post-test score for class X-IPS was 73.68% and class X-IPA was 74.21%. Pendidikan Karakter Sosial Qur'ani: Studi Tafsir Surat Al-Hujurat Ayat 11-13 《古兰经》社会品格教育:研究文字翻译11-13节

This study explores the values of social character education in Surah Al-Hujurat verses 11-13. This study uses the library research method by utilizing two commentary books classified as works of classical and contemporary interpretation, namely, the interpretation of Ibn Kathir and Al-Azhar. The results of this study found that Al-Hujurat verses 11-13 contain meaning in the form of teachings and social values as the basis for carrying out a humane society. Education and social values are stored in various prohibition states with many positive values. The ban consists of several behaviors not insulting fellow human beings, self-reproach and others, prejudice, spreading false news, looking for other people's faults, and various derived behaviors. Implementing all forms of prohibition has an orientation towards forming individual social character, which is the basis for carrying out social life.

Relevansi Konsep Belajar Ibnu Khaldun dalam Perspektif Teori Belajar Kontemporer 伊本·赫勒顿学习的概念在当代学习理论的角度上的相关性

This article aims to review the concept of learning from the perspective of Ibn Khaldun. Ibn Khaldun is one of the Muslim scholars who has significantly contributed to sociological theory. However, it also offers insights that must be explored to contribute to specific learning theories. The concept of learning offered by Ibn Khaldun is compared to contemporary learning theories, including behaviorism, cognitivism, humanism, and constructivism. This research used qualitative research with a literature approach and was analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that Ibn Khaldun's thoughts regarding the concept of learning have relevance to contemporary learning theory. The relevance is addressed using the term riyadhah, which is relevant to behaviorism concepts, 'aql nadzari, which is relevant to cognitivism, and madaniyyun bith thab'iy, which is relevant to constructivism.

Smart Hafiz sebagai Media Pembelajaran Literasi Al-Qur’an di Lingkungan Keluarga 聪明的哈菲兹作为一个学习古兰经识字的家庭媒介

The child's ability to read the Al-Qur'an fluently is every parent's hope. Amidst the widespread use of digital media and illiteracy, the family environment plays a crucial role as the primary source of education for children to eradicate the illiteracy of the Al-Qur'an and filter out the harmful effects of technology. This study used qualitative research, with content analysis and literature review methods. The research focused on: the urgency of teaching the Al-Qur'an to children in the family environment, the features of learning the Al-Qur'an through Smart Hafiz media, and how to utilize Smart Hafiz media to support the ability to read the Al-Qur'an. The results of this study found three critical aspects that parents should pay attention to when using Smart Hafiz media to help their children's ability to read the Al-Qur'an, including 1) optimization of function, emphasizing the use of proper procedures; 2) development of potential, anticipating the obstacles to children's productivity; and 3) instilling values, requiring direct education from parents.

Menuju Kebijakan Pendidikan Satu Atap: Kritik atas Dualisme dan Dikotomi Pendidikan di Indonesia 针对单一教育政策:对二元性的批评和教育二分法

Politics and two-roof education policies in the regulation of Indonesia's national education system still need to improve at the level of implementation. Several two-roof education policies tend to be contradictory, such as the instructions and technical implementation of Graduate Competency Standards (SKL) at every level of education and subjects, the qualifications for the distance to the establishment of educational institutions, and regulations on accepting new students. This article aims to examine the rules and policies of two-roof education critically. The method used in this research was a literature study. There were three results of the critical analysis of this research. First, there was no policy regulation on the Graduate Competency Standard (SKL) measurement scale, so a policy regulation is needed on the SKL measuring instrument. Second, there were no more general and humanist current regulations and policies regarding the qualifications for the distance to the establishment of educational institutions, so a policy for the distance for the establishment of schools and madrasahs is needed that is in line with the needs and goals of national education. Third, review the technical implementation of accepting new students.

Perkembangan Moral Santri di Madrasah Tahfidz Putri Anak (MTPA) 孩子们(MTPA)伊斯兰学校的道德发展

Santri Tahfidz is seen as people of good morals because they have the Al-Qur'an as a controller of their behavior. This study aims to analyze moral development, influencing factors, and Pesantren's efforts to develop the ethical aspects of santri tahfidz at Madrasah Tahfidz Putri Anak (MTPA). The research method used qualitative, data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The process of determining the informants used purposive sampling. This research found three research results. First, the stage of moral development of santri tahfidz at MTPA was the heteronomous stage. Second, the factors that affect the moral development of santri tahfidz were divided into 2, namely, internal factors in the form of nature or nature that has been brought from birth and external factors; the family, the pesantren environment and social relations between friends. Third, the pesantren's efforts in developing the morality aspects of the santri tahfidz were by implementing rules and consequences, as well as several religious and social programs or activities within the pesantren environment.
