It is necessary to develop the curriculum system in line with the development of vocational abilities of secondary and higher vocational students, and to establish a deep integration of the cohesion between secondary and higher vocational schools. Chinese films have undergone six generations of changes, and many popular works have made Chinese films go abroad and go global. In particular, the fifth generation of directors who shouldered the banner of China's contemporary film and the "new generation" of the sixth generation of directors in the film art reached the peak and made great contributions to the development of Chinese film. Due to the different circumstances of the times, the film aesthetics of the fifth and sixth generation directors in the works of art are very different. This article takes the fifth-generation director Zhang Yimou and the sixth-generation director Jia Zhangke as an example, combining the characteristics of the times, discussing the differences between the two directors in the narrative style, artistic image and film theme, analyzing the film and television aesthetics of the two directors, and expecting the future. The development and trend of China's film and television industry will give certain enlightenment.

Conflict of interest is a common social phenomenon in the real life of human society and an inevitable fact of human survival and development. Everyone will be involved in the conflict of interest and conflict of interest in some way in the process of survival. Library is an organism in social growth, and inevitably there is a conflict of interest. It is normal to avoid and solve contradictions. How to deal with the conflicts of interest in various activities of the library and solve them correctly or even resolve them in the future is a problem that every library administrator must face. . The paper designs one talent training mode by the form of order integration to implement school-enterprise cooperation and production education integration in vocational education. Through the practice of school-enterprise cooperation and production education integration talent training mode by the form of order integration, many more advantages are brought, such as the practical training for students is strengthen, the students' professional identity are improved, the students' employment quality are increased, as well as the curriculum setting become more reasonable. It is proved that this talent training mode satisfies the maximum actual demands of enterprises.

In order to make TCM better known to the world, it is imperative to train more qualified translators so that they can play a better role in bridging TCM and the world. . A discussion on factors affecting the training courses for kindergarten teachers has a great practical significance. First of all, an overview of the change of selecting indicators for accessing training effectiveness is provided. Based on it, an analysis conducted from the perspective of mechanism design theory shows that the training effectiveness cannot be reached due to asymmetric training information of both sides. Secondly, a solution of constructing a training information sharing mechanism for both sides is proposed in order to solve the problem of unsatisfied training effectiveness caused by asymmetric training information of both sides. Concretely, high information sharing degree means high training effectiveness, and vice versa. Moreover, if a trainer has an ample access to trainees' demand information flows, training dominated by him/ her will be efficient. And trainees' clear recognition of demands in their own professional development is a decisive factor for pursuing the maximum subjective values of trainees.
