Analysis on the Teaching Reform of University Electronic Circuit Course 高校《电子电路》课程教学改革分析

Some problems are found in the teaching of our Electronic Circuit Course in the university, such as strong theory, complicated course structure, few class hours, lack of hardware facilities, and insufficient practical experience etc. This paper conducts a comprehensive teaching reform research on the Electronic Circuit Course by the research of teaching content, teaching means and teaching methods. Based on the goal of teaching reform as a starting point, our new teaching reform revolves around the theory teaching and practice teaching. In order to enhance the teaching quality, a series of reform suggestions are put forward. These reform suggestions include rearranging theory teaching contents, reform the teaching methods, using experimental and practical teaching methods, developing the students’ interest in learning and increasing students' study enthusiasm.
高校《电子电路》课程的教学存在着理论性强、课程结构复杂、学时少、硬件设施缺乏、实践经验不足等问题。本文从教学内容、教学手段、教学方法等方面对《电子电路》课程进行了全面的教学改革研究。新教学改革以教学改革目标为出发点,围绕理论教学和实践教学进行。为提高教学质量,提出了一系列改革建议。改革建议包括:重新安排理论教学内容,改革教学方法,采用实验与实践相结合的教学方法,培养学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的学习积极性。

Research on the Countermeasures for the Development of Informatization Teaching Ability of University Teachers 高校教师信息化教学能力发展对策研究

The improvement of the teaching ability of college teachers' information technology has become an important factor affecting the quality of school teaching. The teaching ability of teachers' information technology directly affects the quality of students' learning and the mastery of knowledge. This paper probes into the current situation of the development of information technology teaching ability of college teachers. Combined with the teaching practice of information technology in colleges and universities, the author puts forward that the structure of college teachers' information technology teaching ability is mainly reflected in the basic operation ability of information technology, the ability to use information technology and curriculum integration, and creativity. On the basis of using three aspects of information technology teaching ability, the countermeasures for the development of information technology teaching ability of college teachers are put forward: strengthening the system construction of information technology teaching in colleges and universities, improving the software and hardware environment of information technology teaching, and strengthening teachers in information technology. The role of “learners” in teaching and the training of teachers in teaching information technology.
高校教师信息技术教学能力的提高已成为影响学校教学质量的重要因素。教师的信息技术教学能力直接影响学生的学习质量和对知识的掌握。本文探讨了高校教师信息技术教学能力培养的现状。笔者结合高校信息技术教学实践,提出高校教师信息技术教学能力的结构主要体现在信息技术的基本操作能力、利用信息技术与课程整合的能力、创造性等方面。在利用信息技术教学能力三个方面的基础上,提出了高校教师信息技术教学能力发展的对策:加强高校信息技术教学体系建设,改善信息技术教学的软硬件环境,加强信息技术教师队伍建设。“学习者”在教学中的角色与教师在信息技术教学中的培训。

Research on Creative Derivative Creation and Brand Operation Strategy of Terracotta Army Cultural Heritage from the Perspective of Cultural Renaissance 文化复兴视角下兵马俑文化遗产创意衍生创作及品牌运营策略研究

The Qin Terracotta Army Culture is one of the “rich ores” of Shaanxi culture, which is a symbolic visiting card for Shaanxi's historical tourism resources, and it is a world-famous landmark in the Chinese cultural heritages, its cultural derivative market is mainly based on imitation for a long time, and lack innovative product development, under the times background that China proposes cultural renaissance, the Shaanxi provincial government proposes to contribute to "Shaanxi Power" for the development of the Belt and Road, under this historical node, the status of the Qin Terracotta Army culture and its surrounding art derivative product format is studied, the experience is summarized, and creative elements and shapes are extracted, the application level and innovative creation level of the cultural symbols of the Terracotta Army are enhanced, the availability of historical, cultural, artistic resources in various cultural and creative products is improved, the nationality and originality of design are raised, explore how to use the new path of brand operation, the innovative design as an breakthrough, through project design and tentative marketing, promote the format adjustment of the Terracotta Army and its surrounding cultural and artistic derivatives, moreover, the theory and empirical basis are explored for commercial operation of derivatives related to traditional cultural resources in the future, and brand development research.

The Pragmatic Comparative Analysis of Translation of Propaganda Language From the perspective of Cross-culture 跨文化视角下宣传语翻译的语用比较分析

There are great differences between Chinese and English, different cultural backgrounds and values lead to the pragmatic failure of the translation of propaganda terms. Based on the analysis of the differences between Chinese language and English language in meaning, expression and discourse characteristics, this paper aims to analyze the pragmatic contrast of propaganda translation in cross-cultural perspective, to achieve the pragmatic equivalence of the translation of propaganda language, and improve the dissemination effect of the propaganda language.

Influence of College Students' Use of Social Networking Sites on Self-Concept Clarity: Mediating Role of Social Comparison 大学生社交网站使用对自我概念清晰度的影响:社会比较的中介作用

To explore the effect of college students' use of social networking sites and social comparison on self-concept clarity and its mechanism of action, the researchers used social networking websites use strength questionnaire, social comparison tendency questionnaire and selfconcept clear questionnaire and investigated 697 college students. The results showed that: (1) social networking sites use strength and social comparison was significantly positively related, and the intensity of social networking sites use and social comparison tendency and self-concept clarity has a significant negative correlation. (2) the use of social networking sites not only has a significant direct predictive effect on self-concept clarity but also has an indirect effect on self-concept clarity through the social comparison tendency.

Talent Attraction Evaluation Model based on Data from Shenzhen City 基于深圳市数据的人才吸引力评价模型

What this topic needs to solve is the evaluation of the level of attraction of urban talents. According to the needs of talents, the level of urban talent attraction can be measured from the four dimensions of urban development prospects, income consumption level, living environment and government influence. The Analytic Hierarchy Process and The Entropy Method are used to combine the weights of the comprehensive decision-making indicators to ensure an objective evaluation of the level of talent attraction. In the analytic hierarchy model, each element is sorted according to importance, and a pairwise comparison matrix is constructed. Then, through the consistency pairwise comparison matrix, the weight of each element can be obtained according to the sum method. In the entropy model, the objective weights are made more objective and accurate. Finally, the combination weights, taking the comprehensive value of its weight as the comprehensive weight of the index, reducing the subjective randomness in the process of determining the weight of the index, making the evaluation result more objective and reliable.

Action behaviors are important components of the physical activities of human beings. People know the world and themselves through the body, the creativity of which is the basis of the survival and development of them, while the expression of the body will is realized through the action behavior. The creation of action behavior is the combination of physical instinct behavior and rational behavior. Through the regulation and rationalization of physical activity, as an indispensable and irreplaceable cognition method of the body, the necessity of sports to the study on the creation of action behavior of the body becomes even more prominent. In addition to identifying individual athletic abilities, the study on individual action behavior can also provide effective methods and approaches to improve athletic skills, which shall promote to develop a teaching system that is compatible with it as well.

Effect of the Cultivation of Intercultural Communicative Competence on Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language 跨文化交际能力培养对对外汉语教学的影响

In the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, under the influence of national culture, there will inevitably be cultural misunderstandings and conflicts. In order to promote the smooth development of Chinese as a foreign language teaching activity, it is necessary to do a good job in cultivating students' awareness of intercultural communication. This paper analyzes the problems existing in intercultural communication, puts forward the cultivation strategies of intercultural communication ability in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and then analyzes the significance of intercultural communication consciousness to teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
在对外汉语教学过程中,在民族文化的影响下,难免会出现文化上的误解和冲突。为了促进对外汉语教学活动的顺利开展,有必要做好学生跨文化交际意识的培养。本文分析了跨文化交际中存在的问题,提出了对外汉语教学中跨文化交际能力的培养策略,进而分析了跨文化交际意识对对外汉语教学的意义。

Promotion of cross-cultural and construction theory to the interactive English teaching in higher vocational colleges is analyzed in the paper. To cultivate student intercultural communication skills, teachers should first have the level of the intercultural communication. They can analyze and study the cultural differences in the foreign introduced textbooks from the perspective of the intercultural communication, resolve conflicts and problems, and guide and enrich the students' cross-cultural communication with awareness. The paper gives the novel perspectives of dealing with the related issues which will promote the further development of the related subjects.
本文分析了跨文化建构理论对高职英语互动式教学的促进作用。培养学生的跨文化交际能力,教师首先要具备跨文化交际的水平。他们可以从跨文化交际的角度分析和研究国外引进教材中的文化差异,解决冲突和问题,用意识引导和丰富学生的跨文化交际。本文提出了处理相关问题的新视角,将促进相关学科的进一步发展。
