PERAN KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL KEPALA SMP NEGERI 1 BATIPUH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU SEKOLAH 在一所学校的环境下,第一个国家一号BATIPUH SMP的制造业竞争计划

This study was aimed at finding out the role of managerial competence of the Principal of State Junior High School 1 Batipuh in improving the school’s quality as mandated in Minister’s Rule of National Education No. 13/2007. This study was categorized as case study of qualitative research. The sources of the data were the principal, teachers, and school employees. The data collection technique used in this research were observation, interview, and documentary study. To ensure the validity of this research, author used data triangulation of source, methods and time. The technique of data analysis was interactive model as stated by Miles and Huberman. This study showed that the role of the Principal's managerial competencies at in improving the quality of the school has been working very well, so that it brings the significant impact on the changing of  the quality of the school. As the top leader in this school, he is able to perform his functions and roles. As a manager, he is able to influence and manage the school in order to give changes to the school as guided by Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional no. 3 tahun 2007, about the standard of the Principal of school/Madrasah, in which one of the competencies that must be mastered is managerial competence. The role of managerial competence of the Head Master of the school  in improving the School quality, namely in designing school plan by creating cooperative relationship with the stakeholders of the school, namely  the school teachers, school staffs, school committees, parents and the community. Moreover, he leaded the school by giving encouragement or motivation to the people in that school. He created conducive culture and comfortable situation for students in learning process, developed the curriculum, and provided services to develop the learners. Those things were closely linked with the role of the Principal to manage the facilities and infrastructures of the school, school finance, and to utilize advancees in technology and to establish a relationship with the community, as well as to monitor and to evaluate the quality of the school.

MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS PADA SMAN 3 BATUSANGKAR ssman 3的英语学习管理

The problem of this research was that the English instructional management at SMAN 3 Batusangkar has unrevealed yet. The purpose of this research was to describe the English instructional management at SMAN 3 Batusangkar. The researcher used case study of qualitative research. In analyzing the data, researcher used Miles and Huberman steps, they are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. In checking data trustworthyness, the researcher used data triangualtion technique. Based on the result of this study, it can be concluded that concluded that English instructional management at SMAN 3 Batusangkar is in compliance as mandated in the regulation. It can be seen through intracurricular aspects,  such as  in planning, using method, conducting learning activities, and doing evaluation, and at extracurricular aspects,  such as motivating student, rebuilding emotional relationship, practicing English, and channeling the students’ English talent, in spite of  weaknesses  in implementing innovative learning methodologies by the teachers.
本研究的问题是SMAN3Batusangkar的英语教学管理尚未得到揭示。本研究的目的是描述SMAN3Batusangkar的英语教学管理。研究人员采用了定性研究的案例研究。在分析数据时,研究人员使用了Miles和Huberman步骤,它们是数据约简、数据显示和结论绘制/验证。在检查数据的可信度时,研究人员使用了数据三角测量技术。根据这项研究的结果,可以得出结论,SMAN 3 Batusangkar的英语教学管理符合法规要求。它可以从课程内的计划、使用方法、开展学习活动、进行评估等方面看出,也可以从课外的激励学生、重建情感关系、练习英语、引导学生的英语天赋等方面看出。

This paper contributes a lot to the establishment of education in student learning, especially in improving students' active thinking ability. This is due to the lack of qualified sources of educators and hali is focused on educators, because the ability to manage the class become one of the characteristics of a professional teacher. Professional teachers not only have the ability to manage the class well but also skilled in organizing learners to always play an active role and able to improve achievement in learning. The main task of the teacher is to create an atmosphere in the classroom so that the interaction of teaching and learning can motivate the students to learn well and earnestly. For this reason the teacher should have the ability to do good teaching and learning interactions. One capability that is very important is the ability to manage classes. Teachers with all their abilities, students with all backgrounds and individual traits, curriculum with all its components, and materials and learning resources with all its subjects meet and chime and interact in the classroom. In fact, activities that occur in the classroom determine the outcome of an education and learning. Therefore, good classroom management is needed, effective and efficient for teaching and learning activities to run well and educational objectives can be achieved.
本文对学生学习教育的建立,特别是对提高学生的主动思维能力有很大的帮助。这是由于缺乏合格的教育工作者,而hali专注于教育工作者,因为管理课堂的能力成为专业教师的特征之一。专业教师不仅具有良好的课堂管理能力,而且善于组织学习者始终发挥积极作用,提高学习成绩。教师的主要任务是在课堂上营造一种氛围,使教与学的互动能够激励学生认真学习。因此,教师应该有能力进行良好的教学和学习互动。一个非常重要的功能是管理类的能力。具有各种能力的教师、具有各种背景和个人特征的学生、具有所有组成部分的课程、具有所有科目的材料和学习资源在课堂上相遇、交流和互动。事实上,课堂上发生的活动决定了教育和学习的结果。因此,需要良好的课堂管理,有效、高效地开展教学活动,实现教育目标。

PENGARUH TUNJANGAN PROFESI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI (MTsN) SUB RAYON I KABUPATEN AGAM 专业代表的参考和伟大的动机

This research used a quantitative method thart described the real condition in the field by looking at the various issues that arise nowadays. The hypotheses  of the research were: (1) There was an  influence of the professional allowance on teachers` performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency. (2) There was an  influence of the teachers'  job motivation on their performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency. (3) There was an   influence of the professional allowance and job motivation on the teachers’ performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency. The population of this research was 150 teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency. Tne total sample of this research was 72 teachers. This research used Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. The results of this research revealed that: (1) The professional allowance influenced positively and significantly on teachers` performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency, in which  the teachers` performance was determined by the professional allowance, namely  28.8%. (2) Job motivation influenced positively and significantly on the teachers’ performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency, in which teachers’ performance was determined by job motivation, namely 33.5%. (3) The professional allowance and job motivation influenced positively and significantly on teachers` performance In Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency, namely 28.8%.

So far, various performance measurements have been done by IAIN Batusangkar, for example,  through Annual Working Report, which illustrates the achievement of targets that have been planned. The development of one of the performance measurements that focuses on measuring the performance of non-financial IAIN is from the consumer view-point namely the students and alumni. It is expected to be able to provide comprehensive improvement on the satisfaction of students and alumni on the quality of service that has been given IAIN, good quality of administration services, quality of service teaching and learning process and all academic processes that have been experienced. This research is a field research i.e.,  descriptive quantitative, that is explaining satisfaction and loyalty of the  students and alumni to the quality of academic and administrative services in the transition period  from State College for Islamic Studies (STAIN) to become State Institute for  Islamic Studies (IAIN) Batusangkar. Based on the calculation of the students' and the alumni's satisfaction, it was found that the obtained total satisfaction was 67.96%, and 76.84%. It means that the consumers' satisfaction (in this case students' and alumni's) on the performance of IAIN Batusangkar has not satisfactory.

The background of the research was the poor performance of the elementary school headmasters so that their main tasks and functions had not been fulfilled yet. It was researched based on elementary schools teachers’ perceptions in Padang Panjang. The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of schools headmasters’ managerial supervision and working motivations towards their performance. The results of the research found that: (1) the schools Headmasters’ managerial supervisions had positive and significant influence  towards their  professionalism,   namely 17.70 %;  (2) their working motivations had positive and significant influence on  their  professionalism  namely 14.40%; and  (3) their managerial supervision (X1) and working motivation (X 2 ) had positive and significant influences towards  the Headmasters’ performances,   namely 39.50%.

This study aims to determine the extracurricular management and its contribution to the students' intelligence in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri of Sawahlunto. The method used in this research is field research with qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are by observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that extracurricular activities contribute to the formation of the characters and intelligence of the students in MTsN Sawahlunto, in which every extracurricular activity gives positive effect to the students. The students are able to show the good characters in everyday social process both at school and community.
本研究旨在确定萨纳维耶内格里伊斯兰学校的课外管理及其对学生智力的贡献。本研究采用定性描述法进行实地调查。使用的数据收集技术是观察、访谈和记录。结果表明,课外活动有助于学校学生性格和智力的形成,每一次课外活动都对学生产生了积极的影响。学生能够在学校和社区的日常社会过程中表现出良好的品质。

Abstract. This research is aimed to describe human resource management in Shuffah Hisbullah Natar, South Lampung. This research uses qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction measures, data display and conclucion. From the results of this study, 1) Analysis and design of the work has been done, 2) Recruitment process at Shuffah Hizbullah Pondok Pesantren started when the boarding school felt new additional needs, 3) Selection is done on prospective employees by looking at their competence, 4) Orientation or introduction in the cottage pesantren has been started in the last few years, 5) Human resources training held in boarding school and outside boarding school, 6) Planning and career development in Shuffah Hizbullah Pesantren has not been so planned. This research begins of MTsN Batusangkar ranked champion always gets the best madrasah in Tanah Datar, both in terms of teacher quality, student quality and performance improvement headmaster, this is evidenced by the many accomplishments achieved by the madrasah. Both at the distric until province. This research is a qualitative research. Sources of primary data in this study is the head master of MTsN Batusangkar. Secondary data sources in this research is the Deputy Head Master, Head of Administration, teachers and students MTsN Batusangkar Tanah Datar District. Data collected by observation, interview and and document. The Data collection is done by the following steps, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display that has been analyzed and conclusions. The results of this study were, Planning of Head Master MTsN Batusangkar as a supervisor in improving the quality of learning is to plan the preparation of the program in one semester or yearly. The program is not overly rigid, depending on the number of teachers who need to be supervised. And also make a list of useful checklist sheet to check the completeness of the administration of learning tools for teachers. The Head Master of MTsN implementation Batusangkar as a supervisor in improving the quality of learning is to conduct supervision of the implementation of education, that there are three forms of the implementation of educational supervision conducted by the Head MTsN Batusangkar namely planning, classroom observation and evaluation as individual talks, and a teachers' meeting. The evaluation forms of the Head MTsN Batusangkar as a supervisor in improving the quality of teaching is that through the stages of individual talks and a teachers' meeting .

This study aims to examine the contribution of Inter-Personal Communication and Self- Concept to Teachers' Performance of Integrated Boarding School of Serambi Mekkah  of Padang Panjang. The studied variables are Interpersonal Communication and Self Concept as the  independent variables and Teachers'  Performance  as  the dependent variable. The respondents  of the  research are  54 teachers of Integrated Boarding School of Serambi Mekkah  of Padang Panjang. The specified sample is 48 people. Sampling is done by using Proportional Sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire, then analyzed by using Correlation Analysis and Regression technique to find out its contribution by using partial analysis. The results of the  data analysis revealed that: 1) Interpersonal Communication significantly influences the performance of teachers, 2) Self-Concept significantly influences the performance of teachers, and 3) interpersonal communication and self-concept simultaneously , and significantly influences the performance of teachers. From the above findings,  it can be concluded that the teachers' interpersonal communication and self-concept are  two important factors that can affect the performance of the  teacher, despite other factors contribution. Finally, it is  recommended to all parties in Integrated Boarding School of Serambi Mekkah  of Padang Panjang to give serious attention to both factors above.
本研究旨在探讨巴东班让市西兰比麦卡综合寄宿学校的人际沟通与自我概念对教师绩效的贡献。研究变量以人际交往和自我概念为自变量,教师绩效为因变量。调查对象为巴东班让市Serambi Mekkah综合寄宿学校的54名教师。指定的样本是48人。采用比例采样技术进行采样。采用问卷调查法收集数据,运用相关分析和回归分析技术对数据进行分析,通过偏分析找出数据的贡献。数据分析结果显示:1)人际交往显著影响教师绩效,2)自我概念显著影响教师绩效,3)人际交往和自我概念同时显著影响教师绩效。从以上研究结果可以看出,除了其他因素的影响外,教师的人际交往和自我概念是影响教师绩效的两个重要因素。最后,建议巴东班让的Serambi Mekkah综合寄宿学校的各方认真关注上述两个因素。
