This research aims to elucidate the intricate relationship between personality dimensions, organizational culture, and their cumulative effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at Al-Madani Majalengka Islamic Boarding School. Our study designates personality dimensions as the independent variable and organizational citizenship behavior as the dependent variable, with organizational culture serving as a control variable. We adopted a stratified random sampling method, culminating in a sample size of 178 respondents. Data were collected via questionnaires and subsequently analyzed through bivariate correlation techniques and partial correlation methods using SPSS version 26 software. Our bivariate correlation analysis revealed a significant, positive correlation between personality dimensions and organizational citizenship behavior. Simultaneously, partial analysis indicated that organizational culture could mediate the impact of personality dimensions on OCB. Therefore, we concluded that personality dimensions indeed significantly and positively impact OCB. However, to realize the potential of an individual's personality, it is paramount that a conducive organizational culture, encapsulating guidelines, values, and rules, is present to foster OCB at Al-Madani Islamic Boarding School Cikalong Majalengka.

This study aims to describe the implementation of independent learning curriculum in higher institutions. The independent learning curriculum is newly implemented to respond to the needs of industry 4.0. The Independent learning curriculum is implemented by applying student-centered learning. Students are free to choose the field of science they are interested in even though they are cross-departmental. The method used is a systematic review using the prism method by analyzing research manuscripts. The steps in a systematic review using the Prisma model include; defining eligibility criteria, defining sources of information, selecting literature, collecting data, and selecting data items. Based on the results of the review, it was found that the independent learning curriculum can answer the challenges of industry 4.0. The implementation of the independent learning curriculum is carried out through three aspects, namely, 1) collaboration of the campus curriculum with the independent learning curriculum, 2) the availability of learning facilities, and 3) the development of learning tools. The fulfillment of these three aspects will positively impact the multidisciplinary competence of students.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and develop a theory (predictive orientation) of the effect of talent management and competence on performance mediated by organizational commitment at Madrasa Aliyah (MA) Ma'arif Udanawu Blitar. The research approach uses an explanative survey approach. The questionnaire was prepared based on talent management, competence, performance, and organizational commitment. The research data was taken from 30 respondents. Data collection was carried out by using a random sampling technique. In this study, data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using Smart PLS software. PLS is a component or (variance) based structural equation model (SEM). The study shows that talent and competency management affect a person's performance. The better the management of talent and competency, the better the performance will be. When the performance improves, the higher the organizational commitment you have. In addition, the better one's talent management, the higher the organizational commitment.

This article examines related learning methods that can attract learners to learn the subjects of the Curriculum with a brain-based learning approach or brain-based Learning. This method uses field research at Muhammadiyah 1 Prambanan Junior High School by interviewing several respondents, namely representatives of 7th-grade students, field observation, and documentation analysis using data in the form of documents and related data sources needed. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman methods is by data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions or data verification. The research results show that the learning process with a brain-based learning approach with mind mapping methods significantly impacts learners' learning interest in the subjects of The Islamic Civilization (Tarikh) in Grade 7. The trial results showed that almost all pupils' grade scores increased, affecting average grades in each class. The learners' enthusiasm is also seen when they do mind mapping with great earnestness. However, in this learning model with mind mapping, some shortcomings exist. Namely, it will be difficult for students who are not interested to understand the material quickly.

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of academic services and learning management on the quality of modern pesantren graduates. The quality of academic services is seen by five leading indicators: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Meanwhile, the quality of graduates is seen by three indicators: attitude, knowledge, and skills. The study was conducted at the Modern Al-Ikhlash Putri Islamic Boarding School, Kuningan Regency. The number of respondents is 61 with the calculation of the slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by testing the validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests assisted by the SPSS application. The research results show that the quality of academic services and learning management simultaneously influence the quality of modern pesantren graduates. It means that pesantren must improve their academic quality to have qualified graduates. Learning management should be used to develop new learning theories.

Quality issues always have implications for the selling value of an educational institution. This research aims to analyze the quality development strategy in The Private Madrasah Aliyah Manba'ul Hikam Sidoarjo educational institutions. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of results from observations, interviews, filling out questionnaires, and documentations. Data sources in this study came from school residents such as the headmaster, vice principal, administrator, teachers, and students. The data validity technique uses data triangulation. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive qualitative by Miles and Huberman, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and research conclusion. The results obtained in the study explain that the steps for developing quality standards for The Private Madrasah Aliyah Manba'ul Hikam are in the form of (1) developing the governance of teaching and educational staff; (2) development of student governance; and (3) strategies for madrasa heads that are following the quality of the National Education Standards (SNP) which serve as the basis for planning, implementing and supervising education to create quality of education. Placing students in classes that are not following their competencies has caused many problems, such us in the process of learning activities will be hampered. Ability grouping is one solution for grouping classes that are differentiated according to students' abilities. Thus, this research aims to determine how to implement ability grouping at Madrasa Diniyyah Raudhatul Mubtadiin Krapyak Yogyakarta. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The informants consisted of 10 people: the head of the madrasa, three teachers, three guardians of students, and three students. The data obtained were analyzed through the transcript, coding, comparing and contrasting processes, and data interpretation. In achieving the validity of the data, triangulation of methods and sources is used. The results showed that 1) Ability grouping in Madrasah Diniyyah was carried out with three stages of tests, reading test, writing test and memorization test. 2) The positive impacts are high self-confidence, feeling more comfortable, a spirit of competition, and making it easier for teachers to deliver the material. Then, the negative impact is feeling inferior when in elementary class. 3) Supporting factors include support for the guardians of students, for students, and adequate infrastructure.
