Self-efficacy is an important factor that affects the realization of students’ potential. Self-efficacy affects students’ behavior choice and persistence, students’ effort and attitude in face of difficulties and students’ mode of thinking and emotional response. Self-efficacy is one of the predictive factors that affect whether students can achieve the corresponding expected results or not. It affects the final result by affecting students’ motivation, emotion, thinking and behavior. This paper mainly discusses the role of students’ self-efficacy and its influencing factors in the process of education and teaching, as well as effective strategies to enhance students’ self-efficacy in the process of teaching.

The activities of establishing rules and regulations of the CPC have always been closely related to the development of the party, and the inner-party rules and regulations system has been steadily advancing around politics. To improve the inner-party rules and regulations system, the CPC has made great efforts: the initial establishment of the new democratic revolution period, the tortuous development of the socialist revolution period, the restoration and development in the reform and opening up and the socialist modernization construction in the new period, and the overall reinforcement in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. With democratic centralism at the core and party constitution as the basis, the inner-party rules and regulations system is an organic unity composed of the self-construction regulations, the inner-party leading rules and regulations, and other inner-party rules and regulations at various fields and levels. At this point, it has generally formed an ‘one-unitary, two-dimensional, multi-level and multi-branch’ inner-party rules and regulations system structure mode. The construction of the inner-party rules and regulations system needs to implement the party’s guiding ideology, adhere to the party’s overall leadership, serve for the general situation of the party and the state; maintain the flesh-and-blood ties between the party and the people, and promote the overall strict governance of the party to deepen development; adhere to and improve the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. The construction of the inner-party rules and regulations system is always on the way, and it needs to resonate and develop steadily with the party construction and the party’s cause in the future.

Green total factor productivity emphasizes the progress of technology and the improvement of factor input efficiency. The western region is an important ecological barrier in China, and more attention should be paid to green development. Firstly, the paper selects the panel data of 12 provinces in western China from 2007 to 2020, and measures their green total factor productivity and its decomposition factors using the EBM model and GML index. Based on this, the paper selects control variables such as industrial structure, government behavior, economic development level, foreign investment and scientific research investment, and uses the spatial Durbin model to study the spillover effect of green total factor productivity in western China, it was found that the driving force of green total factor productivity in the western region to promote the economy mainly comes from the efficiency of green technology. Foreign investment has a positive effect on it, while government behavior is opposite to the level of economic development, and the industrial structure has a positive spillover effect on it, while the level of economic development is opposite. Therefore, suggestions have been put forward to improve the level of green technology, promote industrial structure upgrading, and focus on the quality of foreign investment introduction, in order to provide reference for the development of green total factor productivity in the western region.

This study tackled the issues with service robots in hospitality industry and how to leverage robotic technology effectively. The implementation of robots in the hospitality industry was pushed to the boundary; however, customer satisfaction did not improve much as people still complain about the lengthy check-in process, the confusing communication, and other common complaints; there are more associated issues, such as underwhelming welcome, robots do not understand a specific accent, robots run out of battery, robots struggle to understand guests’ requests. Another issue was that some guests were uncomfortable with being served by service robots. The study aimed to determine the relevant degree of robotic staff implementation in the hospitality industry to improve customer satisfaction. For the empirical analysis, the data are coming from the given-out survey, including people who work at the hotel and people who do not work at the hotel, to gather comprehensive opinions from people with diversified occupancy. The study conducted a multiple-choice survey and a short answer question to leave them blank for people who want to express their feelings for service robots.

Currently available research on dehumanization suggests that the antecedents of dehumanization can be attributed to two intrinsic causes at the cognitive and emotional levels, and three extrinsic causes at the level of power of others, external threats, and social relations. Such behavior of dehumanization and objectification of others, where we spend some attention to discover the common ground, may eventually lead us in one direction: Fear. When a person feels weak and threatened, he/she tends to do things that don’t see others as human beings to vent their aggression. In modern civilization, all human behavior stems from only two different, most fundamental motives, one of which is motivated by love and one by fear. Love is a product of the evolution of the human mind and consciousness, while fear governs the most basic physiological and survival needs of human beings.

In order to test the impact of the communication of new media on the evaluation of academic journals, this paper carries out the evaluation indicator analysis of academic journals based on the background of digital communication. Firstly, taking Chinese science and technology journals as the research object, the WeChat official account is selected as an example of new media platforms, and the authoritative indicators are selected from the citation report and WeChat platform to represent the evaluation of journals and the influence of the WeChat official account respectively. Then, the journals were grouped according to whether they had opened a WeChat public account. And the most representative evaluation indicator of the journal, impact factor was selected as the explained variable. Regression analysis of the impact factors was carried out through other indicators. Finally, this paper obtained the impact factor regression analysis results based on the opened WeChat, not opened WeChat, and the full sample journals. It is proven that digital media has a significant effect on the promotion of the influence of journals. Under the environment of new media communication, the function of the historical scale variables of journals has been weakened to a certain extent.

Innovation is the foundation of business survival. The two primary factors that impede enterprise innovation are funding limitations and technology spillover. China’s continuous qualification recognition of high-tech enterprises provides financial subsidies to supported enterprises, thereby resolving a portion of the problem of financing constraints. This paper establishes the duopoly Cournot competition model and incorporates technology spillover into the research process of government subsidies and enterprise innovation R&D. It has been discovered that government subsidies can increase the innovation input of enterprises in proportion to the magnitude of the technology spillover effect and the marginal technology efficiency. In addition, utilizing China’s A-share listed companies in Shandong Province from 2015 to 2021 as the research object, this paper develops a fixed-effect model to conduct an empirical test of the specific impact of high-tech enterprise qualification recognition in Shandong Province on enterprise innovation. The test results indicate that recognizing the qualifications of high-tech businesses is advantageous for boosting the innovation level of businesses. Nevertheless, this type of industrial policy has a more evident stimulative effect on catering innovation.
