In this paper a Pt Archimedean-spiral interdigitated microelectrode with containing trenches was put forward, fabricated and characterized. Pt film with thickness 300nm was deposited by radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering on a Ti deposited n(100) Si substrate. On this Pt coated Si substrate a passivation layer of Si3N4 film with thickness 350nm was coated by plasma-enhanced chemical deposition (PECVD). The conventional photolithographic technique was used to pattern the Archimedean-spiral interdigitated microelectrodes with containing trenches, the contact tracks and the bond pads. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images along with filtration, line edge detection and fit operators of Mat-Lab software were employed to characterize the quality of Pt interdigitated microelectrodes. Cyclic voltammetry was performed on a CHI660D electrochemical workstation and the results indicated the critical dimension (CD) of Pt Archime-dean-spiral interdigitated microelectrode with containing trenches was within sub-micrometer range and the microelectrode can be used as the key sensing device in electrochemistry, biology, medicine and environmental monitoring.

In order to manage increasing numbers of product variants, tools that can reduce or manage production complexity are vital. The paper describes CompleXity Index (CXI), an index-based method and tool that assess the complexity at an industrial workstation. CXI was validated at three Swedish manufacturing companies investigating how different roles affect the index calculation and if the method measures what was intended. In all three cases, CXI was seen as a useful tool that provided a holistic view of the problems seen at a station. In addition it was indicated that complexity and unbalanced work was connected and that the method could be used to predict problem areas on new stations.

In the traditional cockpit display-control system, pilots have to face more and more instruments and response to the complex information simultaneously. In order to study the change characteristics of the mental workload under such multi-task condition, take the virtual instruments for design objects to set up a series of tasks. With the increase of information quantity and frequency of m instruments, the task becomes more difficult. Then the QN-MHP is established to evaluate mental workload according to the information characteristic of above tasks and information processing manner of human. At the same time, carry out the corresponding EEG verification experiments with Neuro scan SCAN-40 equipment, and uses EEG energy ratio as validation standard. The EEG experiment result verifies that this model is feasible and efficient. This method can't only avoid experimental dependence of traditional subjective and objective tests, or the instability of the mental workload process, but also refrain the subjective error in the NASA-TXL test, so that the evaluation results get more accurate.

Due to their technological and economical advantage, laser machines are rapidly developed all over the world. Based on the theory of multi-body system (MBS), the error model of a five-axis multi-function laser machine including three slide and two rotating table was discussed. for the purpose of verification of above works, the double frequency laser interface detecting instrument of RENISHAW is used to measure the error of the 5-axis Multi-Function laser machine tools. Use the above mentioned error compensation method respectively. The simulation and experiment results show that the volumetric error modelling method is effective and the effect of the error compensation is remarkable.

Precision metal parts for directly fabricating are often with overhanging structures. The two forming defects, warping and sinking will damage the overhanging structure, so how to ensure its fabrication is one of the key issues of Selective Laser Melting. In this study, by using self-developed SLM equipment and 500 mesh spherical 316L stainless steel powder, from the perspective of laser energy input, the overhanging structure fabricating characteristics of selective laser melting were experimented and summarized. Based on the fabricating limitation and controlling process, for several different types of parts, the pre-optimization methods of directly rapid fabricating technology for precision metal parts with overhanging structure were summarized: improving the overhanging structure or modifying the part's placement orientation according to the actual fabricating conditions, so that to avoid overhanging structures cannot be built; designing supports under the fabricating process limitation to ensure the overhanging structure's fabrication. Based on the process limits, this study discussed the overhanging structure optimization methods from the perspective of the SLM model preprocessing and obtained a good application effect.

In order to improve the R&D efficiency and promote economic benefits for companies, facing to various customer requirements, the overall scheme design of machine tools can be divided into process field and method field. In the process field, assembly skeleton modeling method was studied based on top-down design in which design datum, shape, geometric features, physical characteristics were considered for the whole design process. In the method field, similarity based retrieval mechanism and overall scheme layout were discussed for machine tool modular design. According to these studies, the overall scheme modular design software was developed, and the design efficiency was improved by using this software.

For the need of sustainable development, the importance of the reverse collection and remanufacturing has been widely recognized in the literature and in practice. In this paper, we analyzed three reverse channels extensively used in the remanufacturing practice, i.e. retailer collection, manufacturer collection and third party collection. The results address that the choice of single one reverse channel can hardly satisfy the demand of the construction machinery remanufacturing companies with complex market demand and the necessity of establishing multi-dimensional reverse channels which combine the application of multiple reverse channels. Specifically, considering that one remanufacturer already has an excellent forward supply chain network and suitable reverse channels to choose, we proposed a special reverse model and applied it to an actual case. According to the analysis, the conclusions can be summarized as: (1) for the remanufacturer, the third party collection is extensively necessary to him for the reduction of the expenses on establishing unnecessary reverse network, (2) the remanufacturer should make a balance between the retailer collection and third party collection to maximize the profit, while the fee paid to the third party is relatively low and the collection cost he made to the retailer collection is relatively high, the rate of the investment in third party collection could be increased in corresponding, and vice versa.

The finite element method is used to analyze the nature frequency changing with the structure sizes of MEMS quartz tuning fork. Through the analysis, it can be found that the length and the width of tuning fork arms influence the nature frequency in a large extent. However, the nature frequency has a little influence by changing the gap between the tuning fork arms. So, when using the second order nature frequency, these influencing factors should be taken into consideration. By analyzing the relationship between the nature frequency and structure sizes, the range of tuning fork structure sizes can be acquired, it can ensure the second order nature frequency without disturb by first or third order nature frequency.

This paper proposed a shared control method of articulated manipulator based on electrooculography (EOG). Firstly, a wearable EOG acquisition system was designed, which could translate the EOG signal to a computer by Wi-Fi. Secondly, the mapping relationship between the angle of eye movement and the characteristics of EOG was researched by experiments, and then the relative position decoding model based on the EOG signal of saccade were established. Finally, the shared control strategy integrating the direction recognition of saccade and the manipulator motion was proposed. As a result, the relative coordinates of targets which extracted from EOG signal can effectively guide the manipulator to reach the target and complete the control of manipulator. The research provides a new method for human-robot control.
