EFEKTIVITAS PEMANFAATAN SISTEM RESIRKULASI AKUAKULTUR (RAS) TERHADAP KUALITAS AIR DALAM BUDIDAYA IKAN KOI (Cyprinus rubrofuscus) 水循环系统的利用功效对锦鲤养殖(种族)水循环系统的水质的影响(赛prinus rubrofuscus)

Ikan koi adalah salah satu jenis ikan hias yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Budidaya ikan koi dipengaruhi oleh kualitas air yang berkualitas sebagai media hidup. Permasalahan dalam budidaya ikan koi adalah kualitas air yang cepat menurun yang disebabkan oleh pencemaran aktivitas lingkungan dan hasil metabolisme ikan koi. Metode kerja yang dilakukan adalah persiapan bak pemeliharaan ikan koi, pembuatan rangkaian RAS, penebaran benih ikan koi, dan pengukuran kualitas air. Rangkaian teknologi RAS terdiri dari pipa sebagai saluran air dari wadah pemeliharaan ke bak filter dan sebaliknya, pompa untuk mengalirkan air, dan bak filter yang terdiri dari susunan arang, bioball, zeolit, dan pasir. Selama satu bulan pemeliharaan ikan koi menggunakan teknologi RAS memberikan hasil yang baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan kualitas air budidaya. Benih ikan koi sebelum pemeliharaan berukuran 5-6 cm mengalami pertambahan panjang tubuh menjadi 8,5-10,5 cm. Hasil pengukuran suhu, pH, dan DO air rata-rata budidaya ikan koi sebelum resirkulasi masing-masing adalah 31,2°C; 7,6; dan 4,8 mg/L. Setelah dilakukan proses resirkulasi didapatkan hasil pengukuran rata-rata suhu, pH, dan DO adalah menjadi 29,7°C; 7,1; dan 6,0 mg/L. Hal ini menunjukkan teknologi RAS mampu membuat suhu, pH, dan DO air budidaya ikan koi menjadi optimal. Kualitas air yang optimal akan menyebabkan pertumbuhan ikan koi yang baik.

KEMUNDURAN MUTU IKAN BARONANG (Siganus javus) PADA PENYIMPANAN SUHU CHILLING (Siganus javus)与儿童月游戏

Ikan baronang hidup di perairan mangrove hingga terumbu karang dengan kedalaman mencapai 6 meter. Biasanya ikan baronang dijual dalam kondisi yang segar. Teknik penanganan ikan yang paling umum dilakukan untuk menjaga kesegaran ikan adalah penggunaan suhu rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kemunduran mutu ikan baronang dari Kepulauan Seribu yang disimpan dengan menggunakan es. Perbandingan ikan dan es yang dipergunakan adalah 1:1 (b/b). Penentuan kesegaran ikan baronang pada penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan pengujian pH, TVB, dan TPC. Pengamatan dilakukan setiap 24 jam sekali selama 3 hari. Nilai pH mengalami penurunan yang tidak signifikan pada penyimpanan hari ke-2 dan hari ke-3. Nilai TVB ikan baronang pada hari pertama yaitu 10,57 mg N/100 g. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan ikan pada awal penyimpanan masih dalam keadaan segar. Jumlah total mikroba setelah penyimpanan 3 hari mengalami peningkatan menjadi 7,48 log CFU/g. Ikan baronang setelah penyimpanan 3 hari masih layak untuk dikonsumsi berdasarkan nilai pH dan TVB.

Characteristics of Salted Catfish (Pangasius hypophthalmus) with the Addition of Green Tea and Lemongrass 添加绿茶和柠檬草的盐鲶鱼的特性研究

This study aims to determine the characteristics of salted catfish after the addition of green tea and lemongrass. This research method used a randomized block design (RAK) with one treatment factor and was carried out with 3 repetitions. The treatments used were the addition of 1% green tea and 0,15% lemongrass. The results showed that the treatment had no significant effect on the yield value, water content, ash content, lipid content and protein content of the salted catfish produced. The results of sensory analysis showed that the treatment had a significant effect on appearance, while for aroma, taste and texture it had no significant effect. The best product is with the addition of 0,15% lemongrass which produces a yield value of 57,25%, water content 2.21%, ash content 24,42%, lipid content 29,53%, and protein content 42,96%. Sensory analysis scores for appearance were 7,33 (whole, clean, lusterless), aroma 6,54 (neutral, little additional odor), taste 6,62 (good, species specific, little taste addition), and texture 6,93 (dense, no brittle).

Screening and Determination of Potential Cellulolytic Bacteria from Mangrove Ecosystem 红树林生态系统中潜在纤维素降解菌的筛选与测定

The mangrove ecosystem is a coastal wetland resource that has a diversity of biodiversities such as flora, fauna, and microorganisms. Microbes are an important component in the mangrove environment not only play a role in creating and maintaining boosters but also work as a source of biotechnology products. Cellulolytic bacteria are a group of cellulase-producing bacteria capable of breaking down cellulose into glucose monomers, and cellulose as a source of carbon and energy. This study aims to screen and determine the diversity of cellulolytic bacteria from the mangrove ecosystem. The research method was experimentally by exploring the diversity of cellulolytic bacteria from soil and sediment from the mangrove ecosystem. Three sampling locations were selected, such as litter soil, soil in the root area, and soil in the tidal area. Screening of potential bacteria producing cellulase enzymes was carried out by growing bacteria on Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) agar medium which was cultured for 48 hours at 37°C. The bacteria that produced the greatest cellulolytic activity were characterized by their morphological and physiological characteristics. The results of bacterial characterization were then adjusted according to Bergey's Manual of Determinative Bacteriology. Based on the analysis showed three bacterial isolates were obtained that had the largest cellulolytic activity index, namely MS06 (9.73), MS08 (5.41), and MS02 (5.07). The results showed that three isolates had the same characteristics as the bacterial genera Bacillus, Cellulomonas, and Micrococcus.

Based on the analysis showed three bacterial isolates were obtained that had the largest cellulolytic activity index, namely MS06 (9.73), MS08 (5.41), and MS02 (5.07).
