A systematic review on the fourth industrial revolution: African basic schools' readiness 第四次工业革命的系统回顾:非洲基础学校的准备

This systematic review's primary goal is to determine how prepared African basic schools are for implementing 4IR tools and how well-versed in 4IR the teachers in African basic schools are. A systematic review approach was adopted. Data base such as Johannesburg e-library, ProQuest, and Google scholar was used to search for relevant study used.  It was determined that the findings were valid and rigourous through the use of PRISMA. Out 106,859 resource generated, the review included 18 studies that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The study highlights the necessity for African basic schools to enhance their preparedness for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). Funding is crucial to provide the necessary 4IR infrastructures, suggesting the allocation of resources by the African government for procurement and deployment of 4IR tools. Additionally, implementing a program to train teachers and school leaders in 4IR technologies is recommended to enhance their capabilities.

Application of the STAD model assisted by media share board to improve the numerical literacy of grade II students at SD Negeri 3 Jambangan Malang 媒体共享板辅助STAD模型在提高SD Negeri 3 Jambangan Malang二年级学生数字素养中的应用

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the STAD model assisted by Shard Board media to improve students' numeracy literacy in class III fraction material at SD Negeri 3 Jambangan, Dampit District. The research used was classroom action research, the research was carried out through two cycles with steps namely Planning, Implementation, Observation, Reflection. Collecting data using research instruments required includes interviews, pretest, test, posttest, observation sheets, documentation. The results showed that the application of the STAD model assisted by Shard Board media was proven to increase students' numeracy literacy. This can be seen through cycle I getting an average of 67.5 and cycle II getting an average of 81.78. Therefore it is necessary to apply the STAD model assisted by Shard Board media when learning in class, so that it can provide variations in the learning process and can improve students' numeracy literacy.

Repositioning technical and vocational education and training in Africa for global competitiveness: a bilingual model 为全球竞争力重新定位非洲的技术和职业教育和培训:双语模式

This paper aims to reposition technical and vocational education and training in Africa by modelling the Chinese and Asian Tigers’ bilingual approach. This study used inductive content analysis cum transformative paradigm to identify relevant points constituting the major component of this conceptual paper. In addition, thematic method was also used to organize the identified points into categories and sub-categories. The introduction of the bilingualism approach to TVET programs following eight key stages will be actualised. Researchers are encouraged to conduct experimental empirical studies on Bilingualism in African TVET institutions, and its programs exploring the six stages conceptualised. Adding bilingualism to the TVET program will increase enrollment, make the program easier to get into, and help African countries’ economies grow. A bilingual policy will help many local talents who cannot speak other languages.

Policy analysis of independent curriculum in elementary schools 小学独立课程的政策分析

The purpose of this study is to analyze the policy of implementing the independent curriculum at the elementary school level. This type of research is qualitative with a literature study approach, using a descriptive method in presenting data collection from the keywords Independent Curriculum and Elementary School which was carried out in various online journal sources through Google Scholar. The results of the selection using 50 articles from national journals related to the independent curriculum in elementary school’s state that the essence of the Independent Curriculum is to set goals to provide space for each individual to grow and develop according to their unique nature, the implementation uses a differentiation approach to facilitate students so that their learning needs are met. Implementation of the Independent Curriculum according to the level of school or madrasah readiness through the willingness of the principal and teachers is the key to success.

Survey of learning motivation of elementary school students starting face-to-face learning after the covid 19 pandemic in Bangli regency 新冠肺炎19大流行后开始面对面学习的孟加拉国小学生学习动机调查

This study aims to determine the level of learning motivation of elementary school students when starting face-to-face learning. This type of research is quantitative research, using survey methods. This research on students' learning motivation in elementary schools took Bangli Regency. Data collection is done by distributing surveys using Google Forms. The results showed that the dimension of persistence in learning was in the very good category with an average of 82.59%, the dimension of achievement in learning was included in the good category with an average of 76.55%, the independent dimension in learning was included in the very good category with an average percentage of 83.66%. Meanwhile, the dimensions of rewards and punishments in learning are included in the good category with an average percentage of 71.73%. The average percentage of the four dimensions is 78.63%, this result is included in the category of good learning motivation.
本研究旨在确定小学生在开始面对面学习时的学习动机水平。这种类型的研究是定量研究,使用调查方法。本研究以孟加拉为研究对象,对小学学生的学习动机进行研究。数据收集是通过使用谷歌表格分发调查来完成的。结果表明,学习坚持维度平均为82.59%,学习成就维度平均为76.55%,学习独立维度平均为83.66%,学习中的奖惩维度被纳入良好类别,平均百分比为71.73%。四个维度的平均百分比为78.63%,这一结果被纳入良好学习动机类别。

Implementation of RME-based student worksheets on plane figure area material for students of phase b elementary school 为b期小学学生实施基于RME的平面图形区域材料学生工作表

The purpose of this research is to find out the activities of students in determining the area of ​​​​flat shapes through drawing and constructing knowledge on student worksheets and to find out the effectiveness of the RME based student worksheets used. Qualitative descriptive method with design research was chosen in this study. This method is carried out by collecting data to obtain factual information that will be used to explain the process and information obtained in depth. The results showed that the RME approach based on local wisdom could be used to understand students material about the area of ​​plane figure and the RME-based student worksheets was considered effective for use in learning. So that educators can apply the RME approach with student worksheets to teach students about the area of ​​plane figures.

This study discusses the independent curriculum which has begun to be implemented in elementary schools, but there are still several schools that have difficulty implementing P5 activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the Project for Strengthening “Profil Pelajar Pancasila” (P5) implemented in elementary schools for reading literacy in other schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, FGDs, and documentation. The object of this research was carried out at SDN Merjosari 4 Malang City in May. The results of this study are that through P5 activities students get provision for character education in accordance with the 6 P5 Dimensions, namely Faith, Fear of God Almighty, Global Diversity, Mutual Cooperation, Critical Reasoning, Independent, Creative.

One of the reasons for the low achievement of learning Indonesian in SDN 2 Tlogosari is the lack of attractiveness of students during learning. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in the main idea material through differentiated learning with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The research subjects were grade 4 students at SDN 2 Tlogosari, Ayah District, Kebumen Regency. Data collection techniques using the methods of observation, interviews, and tests. The data obtained is then analyzed. The results of the research show that the implementation of differentiated learning in the PBL model can improve student learning outcomes in the main idea material.

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in the main idea material through differentiated learning with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The research subjects were grade 4 students at SDN 2 Tlogosari, Ayah District, Kebumen Regency. Data collection techniques using the methods of observation, interviews, and tests. The data obtained is then analyzed. Implementation of the STEAM model in mathematics subjects to improve learning outcomes 在数学科目中实施STEAM模式,以改善学习成果

The purpose of this research is to implement the STEAM learning model to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students. The method used is classroom action research with research procedures including implementation, among others, preparing action plans, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The results obtained in cycle 1 of the student's average score were only 58.5 with an incomplete scale and the need for improvement/reflection. After the action in cycle 1, cycle 2 found a significant increase in learning completeness, namely reaching 85.75. So it can be concluded that the STEAM learning model can be implemented in class IV in mathematics.
本研究的目的是运用STEAM学习模式来改善小学四年级学生的数学学习成果。使用的方法是课堂行动研究,研究程序包括实施,其中包括准备行动计划,实施行动,观察和反思。学生在第一周期的平均成绩仅为58.5分,量表不完整,需要改进/反思。经过第1周期的动作后,第2周期的学习完整性显著提高,达到85.75。因此,可以得出结论,STEAM学习模式可以在数学四班实施。

The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes and reading skills through the PBL learning model for grade 1 students at SDN 02 Girimoyo. The research method used is PTK (Classroom Action Research) based on Lesson Study using 2 research cycles. Each cycle consists of plan, do, see. The research subjects were all 30 students in class 1-A at SDN 02 Girimoyo (13 girls and 17 boys). The results of the study explain that the average percentage of cycle 1 is 73.96%, the classical learning completeness is 43.33% and there is an increase in learning outcomes and reading skills in cycle II with an average percentage of 85% and the classical learning mastery is 86.67%. From these results, it can be concluded that the application of the PBL learning model.
本研究的目的是通过SDN 02 Girimoyo一年级学生的PBL学习模式来提高学习成果和阅读技能。所使用的研究方法是基于两个研究周期的课堂行动研究。每个周期包括计划、做、看。研究对象均为SDN 02 Girimoyo 1-A班的30名学生(13名女孩和17名男孩)。研究结果表明,第一周期的平均百分比为73.96%,经典学习完成率为43.33%,第二周期的学习成果和阅读技能平均百分比为85%,经典学习掌握率为86.67%。
