Evaluation of Water Quality for Mangrove Ecosystem Using Artificial Neural Networks 基于人工神经网络的红树林生态系统水质评价

With the rapid urbanization and socioeconomic development, mangrove ecosystem, especially the water quality in the coastal environment is getting increasingly vulnerable. In our work, the model of back-propagation (BP) neural network was established based on the national standards of surface water (GB3838-2002). The resulting model was used to classify water quality of mangrove. Then the relationship between water quality and diseases and insect pests was analyzed. The results show that water quality of 1, 2 and 3 monitoring sites is the worst, and the water quality in August is significantly better than that in the other two months, which would be useful for recognizing the polluted areas and determining the priority preservation areas. Additionally, it is found that there is relevance between water quality and diseases and insect pests, which could provide basis for subsequent study on diseases and insect pests.

Design and Simulation of an Adaptive Networked Tracking Control System 自适应网络跟踪控制系统的设计与仿真

A novel Adaptive Networked Tracking Control System (ANTCS) has been proposed in this paper. The system first uses a data-based modeling technology named fuzzy cluster modeling to obtain the T-S fuzzy model of the process. Then, an equivalent fuzzy singleton model is built which satisfies the invertibiity conditions. Thus, the future control actions can be obtained by prediction, iteration and inversion of the fuzzy singleton model. To improve the control performance of the proposed method, an adaptation strategy is implemented by updating the consequent parameters of the fuzzy singleton model and the corresponding inverse model with least-squares algorithm. Radom time delay in the forward channel can be easily compensated by selecting appropriate control actions from the candidate ones which are generated from the networked controller and transmitted from the controller side to the plant side Simulative results demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.

ELM combined with hybrid feature selection for classification ELM结合混合特征选择进行分类

The purpose of data classification is to assign new data objects to a correct category based on their attributes. But the complexity of data, high dimensional feature space and low quality of feature selection become the main problem for data classification process. In order to improve the classification performance and reduce the data dimension, effective feature selection is becoming increasingly important. In this paper, an improved F -score and heuristic search strategy are used as feature selection methods, extreme learning machine (ELM) is used to evaluate the selected feature subsets and used to achieve effective feature selection. Five-fold cross-validation is used in experiments, and experimental data sets are taken from the UCI machine learning repository. The experimental results show that the feature selection method based on improved F -score and heuristic search not only make the input of classifier have fewer features, but also lead the classifier to have a higher classification accuracy, less time consuming, and a good generalization performance.

Comparison of Connection Methods of One-axis Tracking Filters and Implementation for Pneumatic Anti-Vibration Apparatus 气动减振装置中单轴跟踪滤波器连接方法的比较与实现

Repetitive compensators which are based on the internal model principle are utilized to suppress periodical disturbance. These are connected in series with other compensators and controlled objects. However, PI compensator is the parallel connection of proportional and integral compensators. Therefore, this paper shows comparisons between series and parallel connection of one-axis tracking filters considering both frequency response of PI compensator and period of disturbance.

Adaptive Research of Lower Limb Rehabilitation Robot Based on Human Gait 基于人体步态的下肢康复机器人自适应研究

For patients with dyskinesia caused by central nervous system diseases such as stroke, the lower limb rehabilitation robot is required to provide passive rehabilitation training during the initial rehabilitation training, and a trajectory for healthy human body is used as a reference trajectory, this paper designs an adaptive controller to help patients with rehabilitation training methods. First, the gait trajectory of a healthy human body is obtained using an optical motion capture system and used as a reference trajectory for rehabilitation training. Then, the unilateral oscillating leg of the lower limb rehabilitation robot is modeled by dynamics. Based on this, an adaptive controller is designed to enable the lower limb rehabilitation robot to quickly track the desired trajectory, and a similarity function for evaluating the follow ability of the lower limb rehabilitation robot is proposed. Finally, experiments on the prototype of MATLAB simulation and lower limb rehabilitation robot demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed method.

Improved duty-ratio stator-flux eighteen-sector SVM-DTC system for new type TFPM 新型TFPM的改进占空比定子磁通十八扇区SVM-DTC系统

On the basis of space vector modulation and direct torque control, the double six-phase transverse flux permanent magnet motor is taken as the research object. The eighteen-sector stator-flux subdivision method is proposed to reduce current harmonics and improve the characteristic of direct torque control. Control strategy of duty ratio is improved to decrease the torque ripple made by voltage vector mutation. The algorithm combination of the eighteen-sector stator-flux subdivision method and the improved duty ratio algorithm is built as the core of space-vector modulation direct-torque control. The static and dynamic characteristics of control system are simulated. The results show that the new control system can effectively improve the circular flux curve, stable rotate speed, suppress the torque ripple, and enhance the output characteristics of motor torque and rotate speed.

Research on sequencing of mixed-model assembly line and logistics system modeling in automobile composite assembly distribution center 汽车复合材料装配配送中心混合模型装配线排序及物流系统建模研究

In order to break through the current situation of final vehicle logistics industry's meager profit, we proposed a new service mode for final vehicle assembly and logistics. In the mode, a composite Assembly Distribution Center (ADC) was set up, which achieved the parts transportation and terminal distribution of final assembly vehicle and solved the problem of high damage rate and high cost caused by the long haul final vehicle transportation. Taking AnJi automobile logistics as an example, the internal layout of the ADC in Tianjin was designed. It included the location of the production line, the specifications of the storage area and the range of the sorting area. Using goal chasing method, the production sequence of mixed-model assembly line in ADC was determined. The solving process showed that the time performance is better than other methods’. The group technical theory defined the layout of the parts inventory. The logistics system modeling and simulation of mixed model assembly line were performed with Flexsim. It showed the process from the parts arrival, the first sorting of the parts and the forklift shelf storage, to the second sorting and on-line production. It was only an illustration of the whole operation in ADC without simulation experiment. The paper put forward a new mode to solve the problem of final vehicle logistics in China, and formulated the sequence and layout simulation of the mixed-model assembly line of the core node ADC in the mode.

Modeling and force analysis of train curve movement 列车曲线运动建模及受力分析

The turning movement of the train is made through friction of the wheels and rails, while the lubrication should be done on the side of the wheels in order to enhance efficiency of rail lubrication and reduce pollution along the rail line. The modeling and analysis of train curve motion are presented based on the traditional lubrication. The abrasion simulation of the value is built. The experimental results show the force relationship between different velocity and radius of the curve motion, which forms the basis to build a lubricated system.

Research on additional loss of line and transformer in low voltage distribution network under the disturbance of power quality 电能质量扰动下低压配电网线路和变压器附加损耗的研究

There is a growing demand for electricity recently. With the advances of technology, many impact and nonlinear loads are widely used in the distribution network and the increase of the number of single-phase power users will inevitably cause the power quality problems such as harmonics and three-phase unbalance. Therefore, the loss of the low-voltage distribution network is also increased rapidly, so it is of great significance to consider the loss of low-voltage distribution network under the disturbance of composite power quality. In this paper, firstly the calculation formula of additional losses caused by power transmission line and transformer in harmonic and three-phase unbalance is deduced, then the extra loss produced by the key equipment when two kinds of power quality problems exist at the same time is gotten. The accuracy of theoretical formula is verified in MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation platform. Secondly, the simulation data of the additional loss generated by the key equipment when the harmonics and the three-phase imbalance exist at the same time and the additional loss when they exist alone are comprehensively analyzed. The results show that the additional losses caused by the simultaneous existence of the two are less than those caused by the single existence of the two. The sum of the additional losses does not satisfy the simple superposition principle.

A Novel Prediction Model of Expressway Electromechanical Equipment Life 一种新的高速公路机电设备寿命预测模型

Expressway electromechanical equipment operation status is related to many factors, it exists a lot of uncertainty and randomness. First, the relation among the transition probabilities, the limit probabilities and the equipment state of the time rolling window is calculated by using the Markov chain theory to master the variation of equipment failure. Then, according to the bathtub curve theory and combining with the method of Markov chain, the transfer probabilities and the probabilities limit are analysed to determine the effective life of the equipment. Based on the Markov chain, a new life prediction model is established to study the fault probability trend and the historical fault data are analysed to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the prediction model.
高速公路机电设备运行状态与诸多因素有关,存在着很大的不确定性和随机性。首先,利用马尔可夫链理论计算时间滚动窗的转移概率、极限概率与设备状态之间的关系,掌握设备故障的变化;然后,根据浴盆曲线理论,结合马尔可夫链方法,分析了设备的传递概率和概率极限,确定了设备的有效寿命。基于马尔可夫链,建立了一种新的寿命预测模型,研究了故障概率趋势,并对历史故障数据进行了分析,验证了预测模型的有效性和实用性。
