galegoEste artigo presenta as actividades desenvolvidas polo grupo de innovacion educativa en Sistemas de Acceso a Informacion durante o curso 2017/2018. Este grupo, con docencia na Facultade de Informatica da Universidade da Coruna, realizou accions en tres linas de actuacion diferentes. A primeira delas, dirixida a mellora da calidade nos metodos de avaliacion, consiste no emprego dun protocolo para a deteccion de plaxios en practicas de programacion. A segunda actividade pretende mellorar a empregabilidade do alumnado e consiste en utilizar unha metodoloxia de aprendizaxe baseada en proxectos xunto cunha serie de ferramentas avanzadas para desenvolvemento software, permitindo recrear a actividade que deberan levar a cabo cando se incorporen ao mundo laboral. Por ultimo, e de cara a aumentar o conecemento das alternativas profesionais do alumnado, organizaronse unha serie de seminarios e charlas impartidas por profesionais dunha empresa internacional, unha empresa local multidisciplinar e un investigador da contorna academica. A experiencia obtida das diferentes actividades foi satisfactoria e enriquecedora tanto para o alumnado como para o profesorado, que xa baralla melloras de cara aos vindeiros cursos academicos. EnglishThis paper presents the activities performed by the educative innovation group in Information Access Systems during the academic year 2017/2018. This group, with teaching at the Faculty of Informatics of the University of A Coruna, carried out actions addressing three different topics. The first action was designed to improve the quality of the evaluation methods, and consisted in following a protocol for detecting plagiarism in programming exercises. The second activity aimed to improve the employability of the students and consisted in using a methodology based on project-based learning along with a series of advanced tools for software development, which recreated the activity that the students will carry out when they obtain their first job. Lastly, heading towards a better knowledge about the available professional alternatives, a series of seminars and talks were organized, which were performed by professionals from an international company, a local interdisciplinary company, and a researcher from an academic institution. The experience obtained from the different activities was satisfactory for both students and teachers, who are already considering improvements for the next academic years.

espanolEn el contexto europeo actual, el diseno de planes de estudio conlleva una formacion plural en la que convergen competencias especificas de cada titulo con otras de caracter general, y por tanto comunes y transferibles. El documento analiza el concepto de competencia y las clasificaciones del mismo mas extendidas en la literatura, con especial atencion al tratamiento que reciben en el marco de la Universidade da Coruna. A continuacion, describe sucintamente diversas iniciativas metodologicas desarrolladas en el marco de una materia tecnologica incluida en la actual titulacion de Arquitectura, con el fin de fomentar la adquisicion de determinadas destrezas genericas: aprendizaje permanente, autonomia, trabajo en equipo, capacidades de analisis y sintesis, y utilizacion de recursos tecnologicos diversos. Los resultados apuntan a que dichas iniciativas son novedosas en su contexto, al menos de forma general, y que producen consecuencias muy positivas en el alumnado. Con todo, tambien se intuye la necesidad de articular nuevos mecanismos de coordinacion, trascendiendo la propia materia, para lograr una mayor efectividad en terminos de resultados de aprendizaje EnglishIn the current European context, the design of study plans involves a plural formation in which specific competences of each degree converge with others of a general nature, and therefore common and transferable. The document analyzes the concept of competence and the most widespread classifications in the literature, with special attention to the treatment they receive at the University of A Coruna. Next, it briefly describes various methodological initiatives developed in a technological subject included in the current Architecture degree, in order to encourage the acquisition of certain generic skills: lifelong learning, autonomy, teamwork, analysis and synthesis skills, and use of various technological resources. The results suggest that these initiatives are novel in their context, at least in a general way, and that they produce very positive consequences in the students. However, we also intuit the need to articulate new coordination mechanisms, transcending the subject itself, to achieve greater effectiveness in terms of learning outcomes.

A partir da experiencia do Grao de Comunicacion Audiovisual da Universidade da Coruna, afondase nas melloras do uso desta APP – Asana- para todo o proceso. The weighting of employability criteria in the definition of these competences was projected in a greater attention to external practices in degrees. The diversity of professional profiles and the cohabitation of curricular and extracurricular practices gives great complexity to the coordination of practices. Coordinators and tutors have to dedicate an important part of their time to the organization and management of the whole process to the detriment of a support and follow-up of quality of students and tutors of the company during the internship stay. In this line the object of this text is to make an approximation to the potentialities of the use of a project management application in the Coordination of Practices. Based on the experience of the Degree in Audiovisual Communication of the University of A Coruna, the improvements in the use of this APP - Asana- for the whole process are deepened.

espanolLa asignatura de Derecho del Grado de Turismo de la Universidad de A Coruna es una materia de primer curso de carrera con seis creditos que constituye la unica aproximacion al ambito juridico civil y mercantil de todo el grado a diferencia de lo que ocurre en su entorno universitario mas proximo donde o bien existen mas asignaturas del mismo campo de conocimiento o bien su contenido se amplia hasta los 9 creditos. Esto provoca que la enorme densidad del contenido docente, que incluye una parte general civil y una parte especial contractual, hace de la asignatura una materia arida y de muy dificil seguimiento por parte del alumnado, que se ve inmerso en una dinamica frenetica de un tema cada semana y media. La experiencia puesta en marcha en los ultimos anos mediante la reconversion del contenido docente en temas de debate en el aula a traves de ejemplos practicos del dia a dia del alumnado, ha permitido una mayor implicacion de este y una mejora en el rendimiento de los alumnos. galegoNeste traballo recollense duas experiencias ApS realizadas no curso 2017/2018 co alumnado da materia Fundamentos de Fisica (1ocurso) do Grado en Enxenaria de Deseno Industrial e Desenvolvemento do Produto. O servicio realizouse a dous colectivos; persoas con Alzheimer e persoas con sindrome de Down. O obxectivo era dobre; por unha banda os estudantes debian adquirir as competencias correspondentes a parte practica da materia e pola outra banda debian tomar conciencia das necesidades de adaptacion de materiais ou contornas que poden precisar estes colectivos para que o tenan en conta no seu futuro traballo como profesionais. No caso do colectivo de persoas con Alzheimer os estudantes prepararon un taller no que se traballou o uso da memoria e a psicomotricidade mediante experiencias de reciclaxe e reutilizacion. No caso das persoas con Sindrome de Down os estudantes prepararon unha feira cientifica con dous eixos: “A Fisica para a vida diaria” e “Reciclaxe, reducion e reutilizacion” na que se fomentaron as relacions sociais, o consumo responsable e a aprendizaxe a traves da experiencia. A actividade facilitou a adquisicion de competencias (academicas e profesionais) e contribuiu a fomentar a responsabilidade social nos estudantes. EnglishThis works includes two service-learning experiences carried out in the 2017/2018 course with students of Engineering Degree in Industrial Design. The subject involved in the experience was Fundamentals of Physics (1st year). Two groups were involved in the activity; Alzheimer’patients and Down syndrome people. There was a twofold objective; on the one hand, the students have to achieve practical skills of the subject and, on the other hand, to be more aware about the adaptation needs in materials and environments that these people have, in order to take into account in their professional future work. EnglishThis works includes two service-learning experiences carried out in the 2017/2018 course with students of Engineering Degree in Industrial Design. The subject involved in the experience was Fundamentals of Physics (1st year). Two groups were involved in the activity; Alzheimer’patients and Down syndrome people. Los docentes deben aprovechar las herramientas que les ofrece la sociedad para poder crear un clima calido en el aula, que favorezca el aprendizaje de los contenidos y la adquisicion de multiples competencias de cada materia. Se presentan tres experiencias didacticas realizadas con alumnado universitario basadas en la adaptacion del formato de tres famosos programas de television con fines educativos y didacticos. Se utilizaron versiones adaptadas del programa First Dates, MasterChef y Pekin Express a fin de poder trabajar competencias y contenidos establecidos en las guias docentes de las tres materias. Para medir el impacto que produjeron estas actividades didacticas sobre la satisfaccion del alumnado y su motivacion hacia el estudio de los contenidos, se paso un cuestionario anonimo una vez finalizada la experiencia. Los resultados confirman una gran satisfaccion del alumnado mostrandose muy de acuerdo con las actividades y senalando que mejoraron su motivacion para el estudio de la materia y aprendizaje de los contenidos. Teachers must take the opportunity to take advantage of the tools offered by society to enrich and create a warm atmosphere in the classroom, which favours the learning of contents and the acquisition of multiple skills in each subject. It presents a didactic experience with university students based on the adaptation of the format of three famous television programmes for educational and didactic purposes. Adapted versions of the First Dates, MasterChef and Beijing Express programmes were used in order to work with the contents established in the teaching guides for the three subjects. In order to measure the impact of these teaching activities on student satisfaction and their motivation to study the contents, an anonymous questionnaire was passed on after the experience was completed. During the oral presentations, the students account for a rubric in which they have to evaluate the work of their peers (peer review) and their own work. Finally, the teacher also evaluates the presentation. The final mark is calculated from the three types of assessment and students who do not perform a rigorous assessment will be penalized. Appropriated assessment criteria that the students know from the beginning of the activity are required. Peer evaluation encourages students to make an effort to convey the message to their peers. On the other hand, they are indirectly obliged to pay attention to the presentations of their colleagues and, therefore, learn about contents of the subject. espanolEn los ultimos tres anos ha aumentado considerablemente el numero de estudiantes del Grado en Sociologia al mismo tiempo que ha variado la composicion de la plantilla de personal docente e investigador del centro. Esta nueva coyuntura afecta tanto a las labores de gestion de la facultad, como al desarrollo del plan de estudios y la tutorizacion del alumnado, identificandose la necesidad de un trabajo conjunto entre el Plan de Accion Tutorial y la Coordinacion del Grado en un sistema de gestion integrado. Con esta iniciativa se persigue la consolidacion de una nueva cultura tutorial que evite el solapamiento de las acciones docentes y de tutorizacion realizadas desde el centro, al tiempo que se garantice una mayor implicacion y participacion activa de todos los actores que forman parte de la comunidad universitaria: equipo de direccion, personal docente e investigador, personal de administracion y servicios, alumnado y servicios centrales. Es por este motivo que desde la Coordinacion del Plan de Accion Tutorial y del Grado, se propone un proyecto piloto que se inicia en el presente curso 2018-19, que denominamos “Coordinacion Tutorial”, que confia en una ensenanza centrada en el aprendizaje participativo y la adquisicion de competencias propias y transversales, asumiendo la docencia, la gestion y la tutorizacion como una responsabilidad compartida. espanolLos Proyectos de Aprendizaje y Servicio (ApS) se caracterizan por ser propuestas educativas que combinan procesos de aprendizaje y de servicio comunitario en un proyecto bien articulado, donde los participantes aprenden a trabajar en necesidades reales del entorno, con el fin de mejorarlo. En este contexto, y con la finalidad de incrementar la empatia y compromiso de los estudiantes universitarios con la economia social y colaborativa y el consumo consciente y responsable, se ha desarrollado un Proyecto ApS en la asignatura troncal Analisis Economico de las Organizaciones del grado en Economia, grado en Administracion y Direccion de Empresas (ADE) y doble grado de ADE y Derecho de la Universidade da Coruna. En este sentido, el Proyecto ApS se desarrollo con la cooperativa de consumo responsable Zocaminoca, de tal forma que los estudiantes elaboraron informes que respondian a sus problemas organizativos, lo que les permitio la adquisicion de competencias relacionadas con el desempeno de labores de gestion, asesoramiento y evaluacion de empresas, la aplicacion de conocimientos a su trabajo de forma profesional y el respeto de los derechos fundamentales, la promocion de los Derechos Humanos y principios de igualdad (accion de aprendizaje). EnglishThe Service-Learning Projects are characterised by being educational proposals that combine learning processes and community service. Students learn how to work in the real needs of the environment with the aim of improving it. In this context, and with the objective of increasing students´ empathy and commitment to social problems, a Service-Learning Project was developed in the subject Organisations Economic Analysis. It is a core subject in the grade of Business and Economics, as well as, in the double degree in Business-Law of the University of A Coruna. This project was developed with the responsible consumption cooperative Zocaminoca. Students wrote reports that solved organizational problems that allowed them to acquire competences related to organization management and consulting, the application of knowledge to their professional life and the respect for fundamental rights, the promotion of human rights and principles of equality (learning action).
