Research on MSME internationalization strategies is interesting and important in increasing global scale business growth. This study aims to analyze the five dimensions of internationalization strategy including market entry, target market strategy, time strategy, allocation strategy, and coordination strategy that supports MSME business growth in Indonesia. There have been no studies that have reviewed this topic using bibliometric analysis. Our analysis includes 180 journal articles published in Scopus, Google Scholar, and Crossref between 2018 – 2023. Researchers use VOSviewer software to classify and visualize research results. Research findings show that Indonesian MSME players combine several internationalization strategies such as market entry strategies, target market strategies, allocation strategies, and coordination strategies synergistically through e-commerce development so that they can help exploit existing competitive advantages or create new competitive advantages in the international market. Research on time strategies and allocation strategies has not been explored much, therefore this can be raised as a further research topic. The implications of this research present a bibliometric analysis of the dimensions of Indonesia's MSME internationalization strategy and propose future research directions.

The visual beauty of entertainment actors is the main attraction for Korean popular culture products, especially beauty trends. Korean wave through beauty products offers a new discourse that beauty is not only absolute for the female but also represented through the male body. This is interesting to research because the preference for consumption patterns of aesthetic culture among Korean fans is not only for women, male fans are also objects of the Korean beauty product market. Interviews were conducted with Korean fans in Bandung, who are members of the Hansamo community and members of the cover dance by face-to-face. The results showed that South Korea successfully marketed beauty products through the perfect visual quality of Korean celebrities, instant branding, pop-up stores with attractive themes, and the provision of free testers. Korean Wave succeeded in utilizing the desire of Korean fans to consume Korean beauty products to fulfill their prestige in achieving the perfect face, fashion (style), and appearance like their idol.

The participation of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) is one of the elements that can either contribute to or detract from the rate of economic growth in Indonesia. This study incorporates responses from 194 small and medium-sized businesses located within the province as its sample. This study made use of the purposive random sample approach for its data collection, and primary data was the type of data that was analyzed over the course of the study. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), along with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach, is the technique for doing data analysis. According to the findings, a person's level of self-efficacy and self-confidence had a constructive and important bearing on their creative output. Furthermore, the findings indicate that self-confidence is able to operate as a mediator between the influence of self-efficacy and the creative output of MSME actors in East Java.

Indonesia has geographic, demographic, and sociological conditions that cause Indonesia to have a relatively high percentage and risk of natural disasters. The Ministry of Finance noted that every year losses due to natural disasters reach Rp. 20 trillion. In addition, the impact of natural disasters on society is also negatively affected by economic conditions. This condition creates a real urgency for the role of all levels of society in making social contracts to help each other during emergencies. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program is a form of corporate responsibility in paying attention to the welfare of the community as a form of corporate social and economic responsibility in carrying out its operations. Currently, the awareness of business entities in preventing natural disasters is still not optimal and the role of CSR is still limited to charity. This journal will review the role of companies through Corporate Social Responsibility (CRR) in reducing the risk of natural disasters in Indonesia.

The Endowment Development Strategy paradigm is one of the keys to success in carrying out development in our country. In the principles of the Endowment Development Strategy, one way to market the regional economic power is by opening up investment opportunities. However, the reality that has occurred regarding the development of investment in various regions (especially in Garut Regency) is still very far from expectations, where investment interest with investment realization is still far from the targeted figure. As for the purpose of this research is to find objective facts in the hope that the results of the research can be accepted as the truth. The research method used is a qualitative approach method with the object of institutional research, as well as the unit of analysis in this research is the DPMPT and other related Technical Services. The data analysis technique uses the triangulation method by synchronizing the data obtained among one informant and other informants. The results of the study show that existing SOPs at other Technical Services have not been integrated into the DPMPT so that they are still implemented partially. Based on field results there are still problems related to delays in issuing permits, this shows that the principle of excellent service, service that is fast, precise, certain, efficient and effective in accordance with the principles of good governance have not been maximized. The characteristics of implementing organizations in Garut Regency are still relatively weak, this is indicated by the unpreparedness of the human resources of the policy implementer, this is proved by the lack of understanding of the main tasks and functions (TUPOKSI) as well as Standards and the objectives of the policy itself. Based on this research, it is suggested that the implementing apparatus in the field should be involved in technical meetings in the context of integrated licensing services in order to understand the real purpose of the integrated licensing services policy. Building good and effective communication so that policy implementers have the courage to ask superiors about things they do not understand, especially about the objectives of the policies being implemented, the leaders must display a more responsive attitude, not arrogant and not authoritarian.
