The article is devoted to psychological and pedagogical analysis of 5-6-year-old children’s perception of the tempo-rhythmic structure of movements when reflecting the musical image of modern dances. Musical perception of the tempo-rhythmic structure of movements determines the development of interests and aesthetic feelings in children, forms their musical culture. It has been established that a holistic musical image of a dance composition is formed when the child, through understanding and feeling the image, comes to the conclusion that music and movements are closely related and determine the form and content of the latter. The harmonious perception of basic and background components - music and motor actions allows children to reveal the musical image of movement composition in dance. As a result of the experimental study, the difficulties of musical perception and its reflection in movements were determined, the conditions for the formation of the tempo-rhythmic structure of movements on the basis of the development of a musical image providing musical diversity of movements were identified. The revealed correlation, cluster, factor organization of characteristics of performance of dance composition by children of 5-6 years of age make it possible to assert the importance of the investigated components and determines the development of the content of training sessions focused on the consistent and continuous formation of relevant abilities that provide children with the quality of implementation of dance activities.

This article deals with the features of borrowings and their causes in the gastronomic discourse. Gastronomic topics reflect a wide range of features of the language and culture in general, so it is interesting when studying the features of intercultural communication as well. Currently, thanks to the processes of globalization and internetization, the promotion of consumer products in different countries has become available to people from completely different segments of the population. Therefore, this topic is up-to-date in the study of intercultural communication. By means of the analysis aimed at the determination the ethnosemantic components, the corpus of lexical units in gastronomic discourse was divided into groups according to the following parameters: territorial; culturally-labeled (according to the shape of a product), culturally-labeled (according to the method of preparation), culturally-labeled (according to the country of origin), culturally-labeled (according to the nomination of proper names).

The article analyzes the problems of studying patriotic and military-patriotic education in the Russian Federation. The authors found that in most pedagogical studies, the emphasis is on the patriotic education of schoolchildren and the preparation of future teachers for this activity. The patriotic education of future defenders of the Fatherland is studied by scientists on the basis of specific educational institutions. In the historical aspect, the features of military-patriotic education are presented in works devoted to a specific period of history and a separate region. It was revealed that the features of the organization of patriotic education in the 1980s are manifested in the activation of the military-patriotic work of the pioneer and Komsomol organizations and in teaching different school subjects. In the 1990s there was a decrease in the level of militarypatriotic education, its importance in the theory and practice of education ceases to be relevant. Since the early 2000s the issues of patriotic education get more attention at the state level, there was an awareness of its importance for the development of the country and increase of its defence capability, the number of scientific research works on this problem increased. Military-patriotic education in the policy of the state faded into the background, family and civic education became a priority.

The article considers the concepts of such educational principles as “humanization” and “humanitarization” which are closely related. Humanization is filling the entire educational process with humanistic ideas and meanings in any educational institution. The principle of humanization is realized through the humanitarization of education which aims to educate a freely and creatively thinking and harmoniously developing personality. To implement these principles, first of all, humanitarian-based teaching of academic disciplines is necessary. This process is not conceivable without a teacher who needs a humanitarian vector in personal and professional development. On the example of the academic discipline “Foreign Language”, the process of humanitarian-based teaching at the university is shown and its criteria are developed. The results of this study can be applied by teachers and teachers of various academic disciplines.

The paper deals with the notions of “vocabulary of emotions”, “emotional vocabulary”, “emotionality”, “emotivity”, “evaluativeness” and “expressiveness”. It highlights the criteria and functions of the emotional vocabulary in the text and gives the classification of lexical means of expressing emotions. The authors conducted the quantitative analysis of the selected lexical items according to their type. The authors conclude that stylistically highlighted vocabulary is the most common type of lexical means of expressing emotions in French. The results of this research are conducive to the development of the theory of lexicology and can be used when selecting lexical units to be included in the content of the course in French at schools and higher educational institutions.

The relevance of the problem under consideration is due to the fact that in modern pedagogy the focus is on the child and their preparation for active independent activity. An important place in the formation of a child’s personality is occupied by moral education, issues of discipline, praise and punishment. An analysis of the evolution of the mentioned problems in foreign pedagogy showed those features that developed under the influence of social and economic conditions. The article deals with the early historical period when, with the advent of schools and schooling, the problem of discipline, praise and punishment arises. In modern pedagogy, this problem remains insufficiently studied, especially the experience of historical and pedagogical heritage in foreign pedagogy

The article deals with the problem of developing the skill of semantic reading in the fourth-graders in the process of making annotations to works of art. The need to develop the skill of semantic reading is confirmed by the requirements of the federal state educational standard of primary general education. The question of the selection of methodological techniques, exercises, forms and means aimed at developing the semantic reading skills of younger schoolchildren remains relevant. The article analyzes the research of domestic scientists and individual teachers-practitioners on the formation of semantic reading skills and on teaching younger students to make annotations in primary school. The authors found that in these studies, there is no relationship between learning to annotate and the development of semantic reading skills. The purpose of the article is to determine the conditions for the development of semantic reading skills in fourth-graders in the process of writing annotations to works of art. To achieve this goal, a pedagogical study was conducted. As a result of the research, a step-by-step program for teaching children to make annotations to read works and a workbook “Learning to make annotations” were developed and experimentally tested. The theoretical significance of the study is to expand the known ideas about the development of the semantic reading skill of primary school students in the process of purposeful teaching them to compose annotations to works of art.
