Given the nature of social capital, the foundations of its formation, and the important role it plays in economic development, a hypothesis of a possible correlation between social capital and income distribution can be put forward. This research is an attempt to enrich the small number of analyzes related to the testing of this hypothesis by discussing the issue in the context of the interaction between social capital and income distribution in Armenia and in general. To address the research problem, the tools of correlation and panel regression analysis are used and compared with the results of the expert survey dedicated to the assessment of public social capital in the Republic of Armenia. As a result of the analysis of both the Republic of Armenia and the panel data of different countries, a statistically significant relationship is reported between the social capital, its elements, and income distribution, which is also in line with the opinions of participant experts on the same issue. Obtained results are summarized by causal inference terminology and a causal graph of relationships is proposed.

One component of the health insurance system is drug insurance, which provides full or partial reimbursement for the cost of prescription drugs. Expenditures on pharmaceuticals account for a large proportion of total health care costs. The regular distribution of drugs to people in adequate quantities and with guaranteed quality presents one of the largest challenges for the government of every country. Both developed and developing countries have an extensive experience with the primary insurance based on drug reimbursement programs, making it crucial to evaluate the key characteristics of these programs. The required medical insurance system and its essential component, the drug reimbursement program, have not yet been implemented in the Republic of Armenia, making it a significant and pertinent issue for study. The authors studied and compared the drug reimbursement schemes in selected countries, discussed the criteria for drug reimbursement, the features of the compilation of reimbursement lists, and presented the main approaches to the price policy development in the field of drug reimbursement. The study also analyses the main mechanisms of reimbursement of medicines operating in the RA, population groups and diseases included in the framework of reimbursement. The research examines the primary mechanisms of drug reimbursement in the RA, as well as population groups and diseases covered by the framework of reimbursement. The findings of the study demonstrate the lack of a universal model for drug reimbursement. Instead, developed nations and those with similar economies develop their own public health protection models. These models, while differ in organizational aspects, contain common components including population categories, reimbursement lists, reimbursement rates, price regulation systems, and other components that should serve as a guide when creating the drug insurance model in the RA.

The concepts of “information influence” and “psychological influence” in the light of the history of philosophy allow us to record that their formation was greatly influenced by the sociocultural transformations that influenced the formation of a new philosophical image of the world, gradually preparing the consideration of such influences as information influence and psychological influence. The supremacy of information technology has created a new reality with new rules. Information warfare between countries and an “information” economy is based on a number of views. Both information and psychological influences play a key role in the above mentioned. Each information influence implies a psychological influence and vice versa: the psychological influence, in turn, becomes the basis for an information influence. In this research, the authors have attempted to make a “3D” observation of the issue. First, the authors highlighted the philosophical foundations of information and psychological influences. Second, they showed the mechanisms that cause information and psychological influences. Third, the issue of information security was brought forward, and the issue of dealing with various means of manipulation was raised. The authors considered the information influence from the point of view of its turning into psychological influence, considering the issue in a new light.

In the Republic of Armenia, production based on the principle of circular economy (CC) or closed-loop economy is not widely used. Meanwhile, especially in the last decade, the principles of the circular economy are widely applied in several countries of the world and practical steps are being taken towards the transition from a linear economy to a closed-loop economy. The scientific community together with the progressive representatives of the business sphere claim that the future is with the development of the circular economy. It is quite convincing, because the circular economy's resource-efficient approaches, environmental and social advantages are fully in line with the UN Sustainable Development Challenges and the requirements of a smart economy. As a starting point, we prefer to study the international experience of the circular economy, legal and economic regulation structures and legislative foundations by comparing them with the Armenian reality, so as to identify the existing prerequisites and the problems that require solutions.

The paper is devoted to the study of methods and mechanisms for the formation and development of innovative logistics infrastructures in the Republic of Armenia, the factors that determine the effective application of these methods and mechanisms, as well as the state policy of stimulating innovation and investment. Under current economic conditions, it is especially important for the Republic of Armenia to stimulate innovation and investment activities. The latter requires the formation of the institutional foundations of innovation activity, as well as the intensification of interaction between science, business and the state. The issue of stimulating the activities of companies in the IT sector deserves special attention. In this context, it is especially important to study the possibilities and international experience in creating effective innovative logistics infrastructures in the Republic of Armenia. The paper also presents the mechanisms for the development of an innovative economy. Based on them the concept of creating effective innovative logistics infrastructures is proposed. To apply the concept, a set of appropriate actions has been developed and justified, which will significantly stimulate the creation of an effective innovation system.

The main purpose of the paper is to assess the migration processes in Artsakh in a demographic context. The main objective of the research is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the migration situation in Artsakh as a result of studying and analyzing the de jure population of Artsakh and Armenia, as well as the annual population growth rate, natural and mechanical growth, the number of people arriving and leaving Artsakh. In this context, through the methods of analyzing historical series, comparative analysis, the authors presented the migration processes in Artsakh, combining them with the processes taking place in the demographic situation. The movement of the population of Artsakh and Armenia has shown that the rate of annual de jure population growth in Artsakh is higher than in Armenia. Moreover, the same can be recorded for both natural and mechanical growth indicators. In general, the analysis of the migration situation in Artsakh shows that the causes and consequences of migration have changed over the years. The last, most significant factor is the 44-day war unleashed by Azerbaijan on September 27, 2020, the influence of which on the migration propensity of the Artsakh people continues to this day.
