The development and competition of the business world in the current era of globalization is getting higher. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of basic food traders. The method used is qualitative based on observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed, (a). The marketing strategy of this basic food business has implemented a sharia marketing strategy that is honest, trustworthy, and communicative. (b). business development strategy of basic food sellers in improving the welfare of the community by providing affordable and competitive prices, as well as providing maximum service to consumers, establishing harmonious relationships with internal and external parties of the company, and trying hard and earnestly.Keywords: Management Strategy, Basic Food Business, Islamic Economy.

This research aims to explore the achievement of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in the first year implemented business combination. Data are penetrated from several information and quarterly financial statements that published through website of BSI. The results of this research show that business combination that executed by BSI is a merger where a company that become a survivor is PT BRI Syariah, Tbk., while Bank Syariah Mandiri and BNI Syariah become merging companies. So, BSI is a subsidiary company of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. The products and services that offered by BSI to its customers are multi-enough and also accommodate the needs of customers both have sophisticate and naive of technology. Beside of that, the financial performance of BSI also works out positively trend during three quarters respectively. The limitations of this research are only to capture operationally one year of BSI and just take three aspects namely portion of ownership, products & services and financial performance, so relatively lack to show the comprehensive condition. The suggestion for next research is to develop or take other aspects that not studied in this research.

The canteen is a place in the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Sukorejo Situbondo that provides the basic needs of students, in the form of food and drinks every day, so that every day there must be buying and selling interactions carried out by students and canteen employees. There are several products offered by the canteen in providing facilities for the basic needs of the students, namely rice, ice, cakes, young coconut, herbal herbs and instant noodles. In increasing the sales volume of the canteen, do the best possible service so that consumers can feel satisfied. One of the management applied by the canteen in increasing sales volume is by facilitating all the basic needs of students. In addition, the canteen also provides excellent service by building the best possible chemistry in order to create comfort and compatibility so that sales volume also increases. In this paper it is concluded that the application of sharia business management to increase sales volume aims to satisfy santri consumers as consumers, so that the canteen gives students flexibility in choosing food. This can attract consumers to make repeat purchases at the canteen

Employee recruitment is carried out with the main goal of a company or organization being to find and determine employees who match the company's criteria so that later they are able to make changes to the company because quality employees will certainly increase the company's quality as well. And every company has a different way of recruiting employees. The results of this study indicate that CV. AL Mubarakah combines external and internal sources in recruiting employees. The method used is a closed method and various recruitment processes carried out by CV. Al Mubarakah is starting from the preparation of a recruiting strategy, searching for job applicants, making a pool of applicants, and interviews to select prospective new employees. Supporting factors in the recruitment are easier search for applicants, vacant vacancies are filled faster, employees work more flexibly and relaxed. The inhibiting factors for recruitment are the closed implementation method, it is more difficult to get qualified employees, compensation policies and external environmental conditions.

Strategic management is a series of processes to organize and manage strategies that will be carried out in a business with certain goals and long-term goals through the processes of planning, organizing, actuating and organizing. Meanwhile, Islamic strategic management is managing a business that is run by remaining in the pleasure of Allah and free from the prohibition of usury. The management strategy referred to here is seen as necessary to apply in public markets as well as to maintain the existence of traditional markets in the midst of the rise of modern markets. The strategy taken at the Asembagus public market is in addition to making voices, rearranging the stalls and stalls, and preparing trolleys and baskets at the market door to make it easier for buyers. In addition, an Islamic market management system is also applied, namely by holding prayers and reciting the Koran together regularly every month every Maghrib prayer and every Legi Thursday night. The results of this study prove that by using strategic management in an Islamic way, it will further launch a business and the business that is run will be free from usury so that the results obtained are more blessed and beneficial.

This study was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of time budget pressure and locus of control on the auditor's performance. The study was conducted by conducting a literature review involving several previous studies which also examined time budget pressure and locus of control on auditor performance in various different objects. Based on the literature review conducted, it can be concluded that time budget pressure has a significant effect on the performance of the auditor, meaning that the level of time pressure given to the auditor works has an effect on his performance. Likewise, the locus of control variable has a positive and significant effect on the auditor's performance, because it tends to make an auditor work more thoroughly, and can also be the causes of success or failure in carrying out his work.

Implementasi manajemen pendidikan merupakan salah satu bagian integral dari proses pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk menumbuh kembangkan kualitas pendidikan dan pondok pesantren harus berperan sehingga mutu pendidikanpun dapat terwujud dengan sempurna, sementara masih banyak pondok peantren di kabupaten Tanggamus yang belum mengimplementasikan manajemen dengan baik sehingga berimbas pada mutu pesantren itu sendiri dan belum menjadi sorotan pemerintah setempat, dibukti kan dari data pra survei bahwa kabupaten Tangamus memiliki sarana dari 20 PAUD/TK, 434 SD/MI, 58 SMP/MTs, 17 SMA/MA, 5 SMK/MK hingga Perguruan Tinggi dan terdapat 30 pondok pesantren yang terdaftar di Kemenag Kabupaten Tanggamus (Kemenag, 2018). Dengan demikian terdapat 534 sekolah dan hanya 30 pondok pesantren yang diantaranya, ada yang juga bersinergi dengan sekolah dan ada yang hanya pesantren saja. Berdasarkan fakta ini dan menjawab berbagai permasalahan yang ada di pesantren, yaitu diperlukan implementasi manajemen pendidikan. dan peneliti berusaha mengeksplorasi manajemen pendidikan melalui penelitian pada pondok pesantren di Kabupaten Tanggamus. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang Implementasi manajemen pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Se kabupaten Tanggamus. Serta diharapkan dapat: 1) Menghasilkan informasi terkait dengan pelaksanaan manajemen pendidikan di pondok pesantren se Kabupaten Tanggamus. 2) Untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai manajerial yang baik bagi pondok pesantren se kabupaten Tanggamus.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana perencanaan, pengadaan, pengaturan dan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MA Raudlatul Huda Al Islamy. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena dan konteks dalam manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Perencanaan dimulai dengan mengadakan rapat terkait dengan analisis kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana apa saja yang akan diadakan. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan melalui rapat selanjutnya disampaikan kepada pihak yayasan. 2) Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana dengan anggaran tersendiri yang berasal dari dana BOS dan komite. Proses pengadaan sarana dan prasarana ditetapkan oleh kepala madrasah koordinasi dengan bendahara dan wakil kepala madrasah bidang sarana dan prasarana dalam menyediakan barang apa saja yang dibutuhan. 3) Pengaturan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di MA Raudlatul Huda Al Islamy dengan cara mencatat seluruh barang yang dimiliki oleh madrasah. 4) Penggunaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan dengan penjadwalan serta menunjuk guru yang bertanggung jawab dengan sarana atau prasarana seperti sarana olahraga.

{"title":"MANAJEMEN SARANA PRASARANA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN","authors":"Basirun, Feska Ajepri, Khoirul Anwar","doi":"10.54892/jmpialidarah.v7i01.172","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.54892/jmpialidarah.v7i01.172","url":null,"abstract":"Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana perencanaan, pengadaan, pengaturan dan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MA Raudlatul Huda Al Islamy. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena dan konteks dalam manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Perencanaan dimulai dengan mengadakan rapat terkait dengan analisis kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana apa saja yang akan diadakan. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan melalui rapat selanjutnya disampaikan kepada pihak yayasan. 2) Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana dengan anggaran tersendiri yang berasal dari dana BOS dan komite. Proses pengadaan sarana dan prasarana ditetapkan oleh kepala madrasah koordinasi dengan bendahara dan wakil kepala madrasah bidang sarana dan prasarana dalam menyediakan barang apa saja yang dibutuhan. 3) Pengaturan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di MA Raudlatul Huda Al Islamy dengan cara mencatat seluruh barang yang dimiliki oleh madrasah. 4) Penggunaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan dengan penjadwalan serta menunjuk guru yang bertanggung jawab dengan sarana atau prasarana seperti sarana olahraga.","PeriodicalId":32950,"journal":{"name":"AlIdarah Jurnal Manajemen dan Administrasi Islam","volume":"4 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82119122","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Abstrak:Fokus penenelitian ini tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SDN 2 Perumnas Waykandis Bandar Lampung . Tujuan diadakannya peneitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SDN 2 Perumnas Waykandis. Seperti sudah diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang dimiliki oleh setiap kepala sekolah ialah berbeda-beda. Tidak ada gaya yag dikatakan paling tepat untuk diterakan mengingat beragamnya karakter masing-masing kepala sekolah hingga berbedanya tingkat kematangan atau maturity tiap-tiap bawahan. Sehingga sangat diperlukan kemampuan kepala sekolah untuk dapat mengetahui karakter atau kematangan masing-masing bawahan serta untuk memahami situasi agar kepala sekolah dapat memilih gaya kepemimpinan seperti apa yang tepat untuk diterapkan.Penelitian ini digali berdasarkan rumusan masalah meliputi: Bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah SDN 2 Perumnas Waykandisterhadap tingkat kematangan teaga pendidik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research). Subjek dalam penellitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan tenaga pendidik, dan objek penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah SDN 2 Perumnas Waykandis Bandar Lampung. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepalasekolah SDN 2 Perumnas Waykandis dalam menghhadapi tingkat kematangan tenaga pendidik ialah menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan intruksional, untuk menghadapi tingkat kematangan kepala sekolah menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan konsultasi, untuk menghadapi tingkat kematangan kepala sekolah menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan partisipasi, dan untuk menghadapi pendidik tingkat kematangan kepala sekolah menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan delegasi. Semua gaya yang digunakan kepala sekolah dalam menghadapi tenaga pendidik mulai dari tingkat hingga sesuai dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang ada pada teori kepemimpinan situasional. Kepala sekolah juga menekankan pentinngnya pengawasan atau kontrol dalam menghadapi semua tingkat kematangan pendidik.

Human resources that are kineja a person includes the mind and physical power that become animportant element in an organization. In other words, the success of an organization depends largelyon the performance of its employees, but in reality in schools employee performance is still relativelylow, this can be seen from the less effective working hours (not on time), and responsibility for tasksthat are still lacking. Therefore, the principal and researchers are trying to find out what most affectsthe motivation and discipline of employees, so that employee performance problems that often occurin the organization or institution in the school can be solved, if it can not be resolved at least thereis an improvement in performance. This study aims to find out the influence of improving humanresource performance through motivation and discipline in the work environment and to find outwhether there are inhibitory factors and support the improvement of human resource performancethrough motivation and discipline in the work environment. Respondents in this study were selectedusing the proposiv sample method by distributing questionnaires to as many as 53 employees. It canbe explained that the influence is caused by the work environment, discipline and work motivation.There is a significant positive influence of the work environment, discipline, and work motivationtogether on the performance of Human Resources.
