The situation after the entry of covid-19 into Indonesia in early Q2 2020 reduced people's purchasing power and resulted in a decrease in the number of bank lending. The decrease in people's income due to restrictions imposed by the government has increased the ratio of bad loans. The spread which is the mainstay of the bank's income must be increased to ensure the health of the bank. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of bank-specific variables covering liquidity, debt ratios and credit risk on the price earnings ratio which is an indicator of investor perceptions of banking companies by using mediating variables, namely stock returns and bank performance. In this study, the research population is 81 sub-sector companies listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period, a number of seven banking companies and using purposive sampling technique using sampling criteria, obtained five companies (BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, BBTN and BMRI). The data used is secondary data obtained from the IDX, OJK and TICMI sites with multiple regression analysis techniques using panel data with a time series of four years semiannually. It is recommended for further researchers to add bank-specific variables such as CAMELS (capital, asset quality, management, earnings, liquidity, sensitivity to market risk).

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a decrease in the number of formal workforce participation at the Denpasar branch of BPJamsostek. This study aims to reveal the causes of the decline in the number of BPJamsostek participation in formal workers at the Denpasar Branch during the Covid-19 period. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results showed that the factors causing the decline in the number of formal workforce participation at the Denpasar branch office of BPJamsostek during the covid-19 period were due to: a) human factors, namely lack of knowledge of the company and formal workers, b) machine factors, namely not knowing the BPJamsostek application, c) the method factor, namely the socialization that was carried out was still lacking, d) the material factor, namely the company and formal workers did not know the program and benefits of participating in BPJamsostek, e) the money factor, namely the existence of covid-19 which burdened the company and workers whose work contracts had been terminated to pay membership fee, f) marketing factor, namely the lack of socialization carried out by the Denpasar branch of BPJamsostek. The government and BPJamsostek Denpasar need to work together to find a strategy to overcome the decline in the number of formal workforce participation during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kedai kopi menjadi salah satu peluang bisnis yang dapat memberikan keuntungan. Kopi Kenangan sebagai salah satu pemain di bidang kedai kopi lokal percaya akan tumbuh sebagai unicorn dengan melebarkan sayap penjualan melalui aplikasi digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Perceived Value terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Kopi Kenangan Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif. Nonprobability sampling dan purposive sampling adalah teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan data sebanyak 385 responden yang didapatkan dari kuisioner. Analisis data dibantu dengan bantuan software SMARTPLS 3.0 Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut: terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Perceived Value dan Kepuasan Konsumen, Perceived Value dan Loyalitas Konsumen, Loyalitas Konsumen dan Loyalitas Konsumen serta hubungan tidak langsung antara Perceived Value terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen melalui Kepuasan Konsumen. Dengan begitu, peran variabel Kepuasan Konsumen sebagai variabel intervening memiliki efek Partial Mediation yang mana tidak merubah hasil pengaruh antara Perceived Value.Kata kunci: Perceived Value, Kepuasan Konsumen dan Loyalitas Konsumen

“The Sandals” membangun kepercayaan konsumennya dengan terus berinovasi dan terus mengeluarkan produk yang unik dan berkualitas serta dengan harga yang terjangkau agar konsumen mengambil keputusan pembelian produknya. Konsumen memiliki banyak alasan yang dijadikan sebagai faktor penentu sebelum mengambil keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk The Sandals. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli produk ”The Sandal” selama April 2020 – Maret 2021 sebanyak 2.217 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 96 orang yang melakukan pembelian produk ”The Sandals” di gerai ITC Kuningan Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, kualitas produk dan citra merek baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk The Sandals (PT. Razer Brothers) di Jakarta 2021. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan besarnya pengaruh harga, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah 44,6%, sedangkan variable diluar yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini sebesar 55.4%. Variabel – variable ini misalnya Design, Promosi, Tempat dan lainnya. Perusahan diharapkan dapat memberikan harga dan kualitas produk yang terjangkau dan sesuai dari waktu ke waktu. Perusahaan hendaknya menjaga dan mempertahankan citra merek dengan menjaga keunikan dan tetap memberikan keuntungan lebih bagi penggunanya. Konsumen hendaknya tidak selalu terpaku kepada harga yang murah dan tidak mudah terpengaruh oleh merek yang terkenal, sehingga melupakan kualitas produknya.

This study is a qualitative research which is sourced from existing theories and relevant empirical research journals. The results of this study showed that motivation has a positive effect on employee performance and carrier development has a positive effect on employee performance. Sistem Pengendalian Internal merupakan sebuah sistem yang perlu dikembangkan oleh setiap organisasi, agar tujuan dapat dicapai secara efektif dan efisien. Penerapan sistem pengendalian dengan menciptakan lingkungan pengendalian, melakukan aktifitas pengendalian, pengelolaan risiko, informasi dan komunikasi, serta pemantauan kegiatan secara berkesinambungan merupakan serangkaian aktifitas yang sangat berguna untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan aset usaha. BUMDes Bantal Mandiri adalah badan usaha milik desa Bantal Asembagus Situbondo, yang mengembangkan usaha di bidang jasa, pengembangan obyek wisata, peternakan, pengelolaan sumber air, dan pertanian. Dalam menjalankan aktifitas operasional usaha, BUMDes Bantal telah memiliki struktur organisasi yang terdiri dari dewan pengawas, komisaris, direktur, ketua unit usaha, bendahara, dan beberapa karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian lapangan yang dilaksanakan di BUMDes Bantal, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa BUMDes Bantal telah menerapkan sistem pengendalian internal sesuai konsep komponen COSO. Hal ini dibuktikan dari adanya pembagian tugas dan kewenangan yang jelas antar pengurus BUMDes, adanya otorisasi dari setiap aktifitas bisnis, serta dilakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi secara periodik. Kelemahan yang masih dijumpai yaitu belum adanya dokumen standar operasional prosedur dalam penerimaan dan pengeluaran keuangan.

Penerapan sistem pengendalian dengan menciptakan lingkungan pengendalian, melakukan aktifitas pengendalian, pengelolaan risiko, informasi dan komunikasi, serta pemantauan kegiatan secara berkesinambungan merupakan serangkaian aktifitas yang sangat berguna untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan aset usaha. \u0000BUMDes Bantal Mandiri adalah badan usaha milik desa Bantal Asembagus Situbondo, yang mengembangkan usaha di bidang jasa, pengembangan obyek wisata, peternakan, pengelolaan sumber air, dan pertanian. Dalam menjalankan aktifitas operasional usaha, BUMDes Bantal telah memiliki struktur organisasi yang terdiri dari dewan pengawas, komisaris, direktur, ketua unit usaha, bendahara, dan beberapa karyawan. \u0000Berdasarkan hasil penelitian lapangan yang dilaksanakan di BUMDes Bantal, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa BUMDes Bantal telah menerapkan sistem pengendalian internal sesuai konsep komponen COSO. Hal ini dibuktikan dari adanya pembagian tugas dan kewenangan yang jelas antar pengurus BUMDes, adanya otorisasi dari setiap aktifitas bisnis, serta dilakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi secara periodik. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance. This study is a qualitative research which is sourced from the existing theories and relevant empirical research journals.
