In today's business world, business is growing rapidly to enter the international world from year to year. In doing business, the thing that is always the center of attention of business people is the loyalty of customers in buying products that are traded. In the following article there are several discussants related to matters that affect customer loyalty in customer satisfaction. Some of these variables include product quality, price and service. The following research uses a quantitative method, the sample of this study is the Millennial generation in Batam City, with a total sample of 271 data collected via Google Forms and data processing using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The following research findings indicate that product quality, price and service have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Test data shows that product quality and service have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, while price and customer satisfaction have no positive effect on customer loyalty.

This research was conducted at Transportation and Logistics Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2022. This study uses secondary data. The purpose of this study is to see whether asset management moderates leverage and firm value on profitability. The number of samples used in this study were 16 manufacturing companies that met the criteria, namely issuing consecutive financial reports from 2018 to 2023. The results showed that 1) Leverage had a negative and insignificant effect on profitability, 2) Firm value had a positive effect and significant to profitability. 3) Asset management has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability. 4) The interaction of leverage with asset management has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability. 5) The interaction between firm value and asset management has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability

Improved employee performance can contribute to the advancement of quality human resources. Many factors influence this. CV Ony Sarmanih, in their observations, concluded that the phenomenon that often occurs among employees is dissatisfaction with bonuses, benefits, and incentives received. The employees felt that the salary they received was unfair because the workload they were bearing was not proportional to the compensation they got. As a result, the work performance and discipline of the employees are negatively affected. Many employees often skip classes or only work half a day. To investigate this issue, this study used quantitative methods by collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. The study sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using a saturated sample technique. Populasi yang terdapat dalam objek penelitian sebanyak 63 perusahaan.Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh setelah diseleksi sebanyak 30 perusahaan dengan periode pengamatan tahun 2017 – 2020, jumlah sampel keseluruhan sebanyak 120 sampel. The aim of this study is to confirm and re-examine the effect of organizational culture and lecturer competence on lecturer performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were 61 lecturers. Samples were selected by purposive sampling and a total of 45 people were obtained. Research hypotheses were tested using path analysis with the SmartPLS version 3.2.9 application. The research results showed that organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment and lecturer performance. Lecturer competence has a significant effect on organizational commitment but does not have a significant effect on lecturer performance. Likewise, organizational commitment has no significant effect on lecturer performance and organizational commitment has not been able to mediate organizational culture and lecturer competency on lecturer performance.
