Comparative Analysis of Different Control Schemes in Delta Domain Using Time Moments 基于时间矩的Delta域不同控制方案的比较分析

Traditionally, discrete-data sampled data systems are represented using shift-operator parameterization. Such parameterization was not suitable at high sampling rates. An alternative parameterization using the so-called delta operator maintains the close correspondence to its continues-time counterpart at fast sampling rates. This paper deals with the application of time moment estimation and adaptive control schemes. In the fast sampling limit, the delta operator model tends to the analog dynamic system model. This intrinsic property of the delta operator model unifies continues and discrete time control engineering. Comparative analysis results are showed the usefulness of the scheme.

This paper traces the foundations, growth and expansion, and future scope of the fast fashion brand, Mango. First launched in 1984, Mango today is the second-largest exporter in the Spanish textiles sector behind Inditex. With their Concept, Team and Logistics System the three pillars on which they have built this successful retail brand, their history and evolution is examined. The Mango store and the Franchise system are integral to the Barcelona based retailer, and their metamorphosis into the Megastore, with almost 50 percent own stores has been studied. Mango‟s global growth and expansion into various emerging and developed economies is examined while its entry into the US market is closely looked at. Mango‟s various lines and collections, its two new brands H.E. and Violeta, and its alliances with various international designers is also touched upon. The „What should I wear?‟ ad campaign in the UK, its first major global branded content initiative, is a novel concept to target 30 something women, promoting Mango clothing as stylish work wear. How Mango survived the 2012 recession and managed to increase its turnover is examined and the Rana Plaza tragedy, considered the industry‟s worst ever, is also discussed.

Design, Development and Fabrication of a Go-Kart 卡丁车的设计、开发和制造

Go-Karts are widely used across the world for recreational or professional racing purposes. The following paper includes the whole designing methodology of the various components of a go kart, designed and manufactured by students of Delhi Technological University. The go-kart was designed conforming with standard principles and considering all major factors and arameters for design and simulation, developing a fully failure analyzed ergonomic go-kart, powered by an internal combustion engine of capacity 125cc. Detailed calculations were done for all the components and 3-d modelling and simulation were performed on professional softwares. The go kart was fabricated following the industrial norms

Recent advances in mobile computing and multimedia applications demand high - performance and low - power VLSI digital signal processing (DSP) systems. One of the most widely used operations in DSP is finite - impulse response (FIR) filtering. In the existing method FIR filter is designed using array multiplier, which is having higher delay and power dissipation. The proposed method presents a programmable digital finite impulse response (FIR) filter for high - performance applications. The FIR filter performs the weighted summations of input sequences and is widely used in video convolution functions, signal preconditioning, and various communication applications. Recently, due to the high - performance requirement and increasing complexity of DSP and multimedia communication application. In this work, , FIR filter multipliers are extensively characterized with power simulations, providing a methodology for the perturbation of the coefficients of baseline filters at the algorithm level to trade-off reduced power consumption for filter quality. The proposed optimization technique does not require any hardware overhead and it enables the possibility of scaling the power consumption of the filter at runtime.

Due to the lockdown in the present business environment amid the COVID-19 epidemic, employee engagement has become one of the most significant concerns for human resource managers and practitioners in enterprises. In light of the recent coronavirus pandemic, this essay will analyse the many ways in which businesses kept their staffs active. In order to keep their employees motivated during these trying times, businesses are always coming up with new and interesting methods to do so. This is an exploratory study based on the literature found in academic journals, internet media outlets, and the World Health Organization. Organizations are developing a wide variety of ways to get people involved in the midst of the pandemic. These include: online family engagement practises; virtual learning and development; online team building activities; webinars with industry experts; online conducting weekly alignment sessions; online conducting team meetups over video conference for lunch; online conducting short online game sessions; virtual challenges and competitions; online courses; online appreciation sessions; online courses; online communications exercises; and live sessions for news. Employers and employees alike may reap several benefits from instituting regular engagement activities into the work-from-home schedule. Staff members that participate in such events help their companies grow and develop. Despite the spread of the deadly COVID-19 virus, the company's employees have remained committed to their jobs.

Soft Switching of Phase Shifted Full Bridge DC-DC Converter 移相全桥DC-DC变换器的软开关

Phase shifted full bridge dc-dc converter circuit is presented in this paper. The circuit used for soft switching. Auxiliary cell is connected parallel to the full bridge converter part to achieve softness. The auxiliary cell consist of an active switches, a resonant inductor, a resonant capacitors and coupled winding derived from centre tapped transformer. The auxiliary switches are activated in proper interval to ensure the zero voltage switching to the main switches of converter. The auxiliary circuit create zero voltage switching without any change in voltage/current rating of main switches.

Study on Some Advanced Techniques to Produce Biodiesel from Non-edible Oils 非食用油制备生物柴油的几种先进技术研究

This paper reviews various technologies that have been used for biodiesel production till date, with a view to comparing commercial suitability of these methods on the basis of available feed stocks and associated challenges. Homogenously catalyzed processes are the conventional technologies. However, their large-scale applicability is compromised due to their characteristic challenges. Batch processes and continuous processes are used for industrial purposes and heterogeneous catalysis may be sustainable for the continuous processes. Heterogeneous catalysts from renewable sources may be both environmentally and economically viable. Reactive distillation has the major advantage of combining the reaction and separation stages in a single unit, thereby significantly reducing capital costs and increasing opportunities for heat integration. This paper is a comprehensive overview of current technologies and appropriate options for scale-up development, providing the basis for a proposal for the exploitation of heterogeneous catalysts from natural sources to optimize biodiesel production.

Reactive distillation has the major advantage of combining the reaction and separation stages in a single unit, thereby significantly reducing capital costs and increasing opportunities for heat integration. Experimental Analysis and Modeling of MRR in Electrical Discharge Machining 电火花加工MRR的实验分析与建模

The selection of machining parameters is one of the most important aspects in the electrical discharge machining operation as these conditions has important effect on material removal rate (MRR). In this paper the experiments were conducted on the machining of EN 31 die steel with graphite electrode with electrical discharge machining (EDM). The EDM oil commercial grade has been used as dielectric fluid. The effect of various EDM parameters such as discharge current, Ton and Toff has been investigated to yield the response in terms of MRR. In this work mathematical models have been developed for relating the MRR with machining parameters like discharge current, Ton, and Toff. The optimum value has been determined with the help of main effect plot and ANOVA table.

Performance Study of Diesel Engine Using Nanofuel 使用纳米燃料的柴油机性能研究

Experimental investigation was carried out to study the engine performance and emission parameters of a single-cylinder Compression Ignition (CI) engine using nanofuels which were formulated by sonicating nanoparticles of aluminium in base diesel. Study of engine performance at higher loads revealed drop in peak cylinder pressures and reduction of 7% in specific fuel consumption for aluminium as compared to diesel. Improved combustion rates raised exhaust gas temperatures by 8% leading to increased brake thermal efficiency by 9%, as compared to diesel at maximum loading conditions. Volumetric reduction of 25–40% in CO emission, 8% in hydrocarbon emission was measured when the engine was fuelled with aluminium as compared to emissions from diesel. However, elevated temperatures resulted into marginal rise in NOx emission.
