Este estudio cualitativo de Investigación-Acción Participativa tiene como objetivo analizar la influencia de las mejores prácticas y actividades innovadoras en el aula virtual, incluyendo planes de acción específicos para asignaturas que permitan, como resultado, un aumento sustancial de la respuesta cognitiva del alumnado. Esto se refleja a través del compromiso y el interés genuino que genera un espacio para enriquecer la comunicación educativa virtual. Algunas de las principales premisas o aplicaciones que resultaron como hallazgos muestran que los profesores curiosos estimulan y alientan a los estudiantes curiosos, este es un círculo que comienza conscientemente desde el maestro; Una educación integral centrada en el aprendizaje colaborativo está directamente relacionada con el crecimiento de las habilidades socio-profesionales y las habilidades humano-intelectuales; y, un profesor que es consciente de que hay una Zona de Aprendizaje también para él, donde reflexiona, practica y estudia. Se concluye que la didáctica es eficiente si está directamente relacionada con la actitud y el entusiasmo que el profesor muestra hacia el contenido de la asignatura y en consecuencia hacia sus alumnos Acting Zone.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought tremendous change to everyone's lifestyle as well as the social, political, and economic landscape. This novel global health crisis has challenged every state's healthcare system regardless of being a highly developed, newly developed, or developing economy. The southeast Asian region has been one of the heavily hit regions in the world because of its proximity to China, where the virus originated and the vulnerability of their lesser developed healthcare systems. However, despite these challenges to public health governance, these South East Asian countries were able to come up with innovative, inclusive, and effective public health policies, programs, and strategies to address the pandemic. Using the Global Health Governance theory, the study looked into four (4) thematic areas: Actions of the Government, Actions of the Private Sector, Criticisms of the People, and the Effects on the Economy to further gauge the landscape of the effects of the pandemic to the region. The researcher concluded from these responses to mitigate the effects of the pandemic and their continuing efforts to balance public health and socio-economic development agenda.

This study probes on the potentials of Virtual Reality Therapy (VRT) to overcome glossophobia in the context of online classes. To achieve the objective, this study employs experimental design in which students who are enrolled in an online public speaking course were grouped into two: Experimental and control group. The experimental group experienced three sessions of VRT throughout the semester whereas the control group did not. After the end of the course, the descriptive analysis findings suggest that the rate of change for the experimental group was -17% in comparison with the control group -4%. This indicates that the experimental group had decreased their public speaking anxiety four times more than the control group; hence suggesting that VRT has helped to reduce the anxiety in public speaking. All in all, this study foreshadows the great potential of VRT in the education and communication field.

This research analyses the factors that affect people’s preferences in their political decisions. In Indonesia, the people of Java Island account for 56.10% of the total population and lead to changing the contemporary political structure. Researchers held focus group discussions at several cities across Java Island to identify citizen knowledge of socio-political conditions and trace out characteristics of future leaders. One of the significant findings of this paper is that the ability to understand public interest in political issues is an essential factor for Javanese people to consider when selecting leaders in the future.

Children living in incomplete families have to suffer from more hardships than others including psychological trauma that could never be cured without safe approaches. In this paper, we used the Children Behavior Checklist (CBCL test) by Achenbach to initially filter the incidence of children in incomplete families with psychological trauma, the extent of childhood trauma, and the signs of trauma. Moreover, the Self-esteem scale of Toulouse was also utilized to investigate children's self-esteem and determine the impact of psychological trauma on the self-assessment of children. Based on these tools, the research conducted a correlation analysis of psychological trauma of children in incomplete families through indicators of awareness of, emotions with, and behaviors towards family and social life (self-evaluated by children). The results showed that there are differences in psychological trauma of children in terms of awareness, emotions, and behaviors. The differences allow for a better definition of children's causes, influences, and degrees of psychological trauma. This is the basis for proposing timely filtering solutions and effective psychological support measures for these children.

This study combines literature review with personal experience from individuals within the industry. We are going to discuss the key characteristics of successful biotechnology company leaders. Continuous learning and adaption are the key characteristics of a successful biopharmaceutical company leader. In addition, the leaders should be able to consistently communicate his or her vision to all levels of the organization, be a strategic decision maker, and be flexible so that their vision can adjust to the culture and environment. Moreover, effective communication and the ability to build a communication friendly organization are also critical. Successful biopharmaceutical company leaders do not underestimate cultural differences between different departments and individuals within the company, but rather they should facilitate the communication between those groups. This results in diversity of thinking that improves strategic decision-making and creates effective cooperation within the organization.

The purpose of this research is to discover the consumers’ buying behavior influence of information symbols in print advertisements, and also added the brand awareness and price range of the products as the interference, and to find out whether to increase or decrease the information symbols and page layout on purchasing behavior influence. A 3C electrical appliance retail channel in Taiwan has been applied as the research object, concentrating on the advertisement DM during the four promotions in 2013 and the sales volume. There were 1,196 product information and 136 3C electrical appliance brands. According to the variance analysis, the results indicated: First, some information symbols included the positive and negative effects on purchasing behavior; Second, overall, the interference effects only influenced low to medium brand awareness and low price range. In sum, the research generated both theoretical and practical implications and also provided future research advice.

El gobierno mexicano ha convocado a las diferentes universidades del país para reflexionar sobre la necesidad de implementar acciones que permitan la construcción de un proyecto para la cultura de paz, los Clubes UNESCO han elaborado una reflexión trabajada por la Red de Escuelas Asociadas en diferentes países, la cual se centra en un modelo didáctico denominado aprendizaje experiencial, integrado en las aulas a las cuales se les nombra laboratorios creativos. Se realiza una descripción de la fundación de los Clubes UNESCO, las aportaciones realizadas por uno de los Clubes de la UNESCO en México; se menciona la evolución del concepto de paz negativa y paz positiva para resaltar la importancia del trabajo de los docentes como líderes e impulsar en las aulas universitarias una metodología que permita construir la paz en la mente de los estudiantes y ser promotores de los derechos humanos y constructores de una cultura de paz, contribuyendo con la creación de las condiciones que apunten a una convivencia armoniosa y pacífica.
