Der vorliegende Artikel befasst sich mit der Frage der strukturellen, semantischen, funktionalen und stilistischen Parameter der verbalen Innovationen aus der deutschsprachigen Publizistik. Der Artikel betrachtet die neuen Verben vom Standpunkt der Neuigkeit ihrer Form und Inhalt aus. Die Untersuchung erortert alle wortbildenden Mittel, die an der Erscheinung von den neuen Verben beteiligt sind. Auf der Grundlage von der durchgefuhrten Analyse werden die produktivsten wortbildenden Einheiten erwahnt. Von groser Bedeutung ist die Frage der lexikalisierten Verben, die in die Worterbucher ubergegangen sind. Das Funktionieren der neuen Verben in dem publizistischen Stil beschrankt sich auf die Untersuchung der wertenden Bedeutungen der einzelnen Bestandteilen der Worter und selbst der verbalen Innovationen im Grosen und Ganzen, auf das metaphorische Gebrauch der Verben und auf die Fehler im Gebrauch der grammatischen Kategorien des Verbs wie Person, Numerus, Tempus, Genus und Modus. Hier sei noch betont werden, dass die bewertenden Konnotationen der Verben rein subjektiven Charakter haben und stark von dem Kontext abhangen.

Summary The article is devoted to reflecting the importance of a handwritten Ukrainian-language textbook for primary education, created by Boris Grinchenko, in order to form educated and cultured Ukrainians in their non-state life in the Russian Empire (last third of the XIX century – the beginning of the XX century). It is substantiated that B. Grinchenko (1863–1910) argued for the urgent need to teach Ukrainian children in their native language in a textbook that contains educational material close to them, because it corresponds to their mentality, nature and life experience. He used Ukrainian folklore in his textbook, which he began to collect in the villages at a young age: fables, stories, proverbs, riddles, jokes, proverbs, songs, fairy tales. The activist believed that didactic material, which is accessible in content and important for their nationally oriented upbringing, is rooted in the moral and spiritual traditions of the Ukrainian people, corresponds to the Ukrainian archetype, and therefore has a positive effect on the socially important forma-tion of pupils' national identity. B. Grinchenko's didactic approaches to the implementation of nationally oriented education of peasants and their children by means of a Ukrainian-language textbook created on the basis of samples of folklore material are revealed.

Summary The present paper aims at discussing the role of interactive methods in modern approach towards continuous professional development of medical students. Inner and outer reasons for switching from a traditional model of education to an innovative one caused popularuty of blended education among teachers. Pandemic situation as well as change of education focus from simple acquiring knowledge to getting real life and professional competencies prompt teachers to use new approaches to realization of their students’ potential. We consider interactive methods to be the most effective and valuable for the modern specialist education due to their potential in terms of accessebility and engagement. To succeed in achieving aims of modern education teachers should ensure that methods they choose are activity and personality-ori-ented, systematic and complex, synergetic and competence-oriented. The research highlights merits of interactive approach and suggests possibile ways of usage on the example of a topic from the course of Internal Diseases for medical students.

Summary The article analyzes the factors influencing the formation of a healthy lifestyle of school children in institution of general secondary education ZZSO. The role of the health of the conservation environment is noted. Regulatory documents and research on the culture of health and psychological health of the individual are analyzed. The state of the organization of the health of the conservation environment in ZZSO and the factors that negatively affect the psy chological health of students in ZZSO: the shift of landmarks from moral family values to the material and social situation in society; uncontrolled use of media and Internet resources by students and adolescents; limited motor activity of students (hypodynamics); lack of systematic and purposeful work on the prevention of unhealthy habits (smoking, alcohol, drugs, gambling and Internet addiction and other deviations). Solving the problem of maintaining the health of children and adolescents, teaching a healthy lifestyle, taking into account the factors of a healthy lifestyle of schoolchildren and pupils requires joint attention: teachers, doctors, parents, members of the public. A special place and responsibility for health activities is given to the domestic modern educational system, which should make the educational process healthy. ten key competencies, namely, communication using official state language (and native lan -guage, if different); communication in foreign languages; mathematical literacy; competence in natural sciences and technologies; information and digital competence; ability to learn throughout life; social and civic competencies; entrepreneurship; cultural literacy; environmen-tal living.

Summary The article deals with the problem of legal meaning-making which is quite important, as the development of law is generally carried out through the creation of legal meanings by the subjects of law. Law must be meaningful, reasonable and has some sense . Legal existence is the real embodied and existing perfectly legal meanings. Emphasis is placed on the danger of large-scale de-legalization of public relations in modern Ukraine, which is manifested in numerous violations of the current Constitution of Ukraine by government officials, human rights violations that have become widespread, very significant politicization of the judiciary, including the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, violations of legal standards by various branches of government. On the way to a democratic state governed by the rule of law, the law itself, forms and ways of its manifestation, in contrast to arbitrariness, must increase in the country, not decrease. The semantic right of creation should be intensified, not narrowed. It is emphasized that the implementation of the rule of law is the basic basis for legal meaning. Concern for the law is a concern for the development of its meanings, their assertion and protection must be a common cause of each and everyone. It is on the basis of the rule of law that real Ukrainian European integration is possible.
