The purpose of this writing work is for children to develop gross and fine motor skills, strengthen muscles and bones, improve balance, coordination, and flexibility of the body. In addition, playing can also increase heart and lung strength, and help boost a child's immune system. Play activities also provide important social experiences for children. Through play, children can learn to interact with others, share and work together in teams. This can help improve a child's social and emotional skills. In addition, play activities can also help reduce the risk of obesity in children. This writing method uses a review study method about the fitness condition of children during the online game period. Data analysis in this study used several literature reviews which were then analyzed qualitatively. The conclusion of this writing is that in the increasingly advanced technological era, children tend to spend more time in front of gadget screens and move less. By playing, children can reduce their screen time and increase physical activity. Overall, play activity is very important for the physical fitness and health of children. Parents and caregivers must provide opportunities and support for their children to play and move actively. Keywords: Children's Fitness, Play Activities, Physical Fitness

The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in the effect of high-intensity interval training and fartlek on the VO2max of players u15 and u23 at the Pamoso football school in Majene Regency, to analyze the differences in VO2max of players U15 and U23 in high-intensity interval training and fartlek, to analyze the interaction between high-intensity interval training exercises and fartlek with age against the vo2max football player Pamoso Majene District football school. This study used an experimental method with a factorial experimental design research design. This study totaled 38 people, 18 players U15 and 20 players U23 and formed into four groups: high-intensity interval training U15 and U23 with fartlek U15 and U23. The results showed an increase in VO2Max in high-intensity interval training for U15 players with an average of 12.167. At the same time, U23 obtained an average pre-test of 36.820 and a post-test of 47.840, with a difference of 11.02. the U15 fartlek group, on the study's results, obtained 37,533 pre-tests and 49,467 post-test with a distinction of 11,943. Fartlek U23 received an average pre-test of 37.140 and post-test of 47.810 with a difference of 10.67, and there was no interaction between training and age on the increase in VO2Max of Pamoso soccer school players. Based on the study's results, there is no difference in growth between training high intensity and fartlek, and both increase the player's VO2 max. There is a difference in the rise in VO2Max for U15 and U23 players; U15 players experienced a 32% higher VO2Max increase than U23 players, who increased 29%. And there was no interaction between high-intensity interval training and fartlek exercises with the age of the players on the increase in vo2max of the Pamoso football school players, Majene Regency.

This study aims to determine the ability of footwork in badminton games for children aged 10-12 years at the Yanti Jaya Badminton Club. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. Quantitative descriptive analysis is used to collect, summarize and interpret the data obtained, which is then reprocessed so that it is expected to produce a clear, holistic picture of the problem that is the object of research. The population in this study were 20 members of the Yanti Jaya badminton club. The sample used was 20 people using a sampling technique, namely Saturated Sampling (census). The results of the study obtained the proportion of the effects of the ability to walk from 20 people or (100%); the results of the excellent category were four people or (20%); the moderate type was 14 people or (70%), and the poor class was two people or (10 % ). Thus, the ability to footwork in badminton games for children aged 10-12 years at the Yanti Jaya badminton club is in the moderate category with a proportion of 70%. This proves that the analysis of footwork ability at the Yanti Jaya badminton club is already good and needs to be improved again to achieve more on the badminton sports field.

This study aimed to determine the influence of the level of motor education on movement skills in floor gymnastics courses. The story of motor education is significant because it will affect a person's ability to learn better motion skills. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research design with an experimental approach. The research instrument used in this study is a test of motor educability and observation of motion skills with a sample of 30 students selected by random sampling. Correlation data were processed using SPSS Version 21. The results showed that the level of motor educability positively affects movement skills in floor exercise courses because a high level of motor educability will improve movement skills in floor exercise courses and improve the ability to coordinate movements. Overall, students have a good level of motor educability and motor skills. Further studies are needed to determine factors beyond motor educability and Motion Skills.

This study aims to produce a test instrument for the quality of motion for physical fitness activities and to determine the feasibility of a test instrument for the quality of movement for physical fitness activities in junior high school students. This type of research is research and development (research & development) of the Borg and Gall model, which is simplified by Puslitjaknov involving five steps, namely: 1) analysis of the product being developed, 2) product development, 3) expert validation and revision, 4) group trials small scale and revision, 5) final product. The results of the research are in the form of a test instrument for the quality of movement for physical fitness activities, suitable for use and has been validated by experts for valid and reliable criteria, where the validity criteria are high, namely 0.80, with moderate expert consistency, namely 0.562, and based on the results of product trials of motion quality test instruments obtained valid and reliable criteria, where the results of the product Cobe test received an average value of r count 0.78 > 0.70, the validity was classified as high, and the reliability test received a score of 0.943 from 12 students the data is valid thus the instrument is in the high criteria. So the resulting motion quality test instrument is suitable for a learning evaluation tool on physical fitness activity material.

This type of research is research and development (research & development) of the Borg and Gall model, which is simplified by Puslitjaknov involving five steps, namely: 1) analysis of the product being developed, 2) product development, 3) expert validation and revision, 4) group trials small scale and revision, 5) final product.
