The research is based on the increasing interest in swimming in the community and trying to provide an understanding that there are methods that can be used to increase the swimmers’ leg strength, especially freestyle swimming, by training methods using fins tools. Fins are one of the tools commonly used in diving. Fins consist of various types, including kaki kayak. Kaki kayaks or fins are made of rubber with widened shapes at the ends of the feet. Fins are swimming tools with many benefits, such as increasing propulsion speed for swimming practice. By using fins, swimmers can train leg muscle strength and produce swimming speed rates on freestyle legs; these fins can optimally increase the power of the legs and flex freestyle leg swings. Fins can also train flexibility in the ankles. The research used is quantitative research using experimental methods and the Discovery Learning approach. Discovery Learning is a method that aims to guide students to gain concepts from various data found through observation and experimentation. The research design used in this study is a one-group pretest-posttest design to compare conditions before and after treatment. Subjects from This research is a beginner swimmer at Garuda Laut Palopo, and this practice is carried out in the Wae Kambass swimming pool. The sample in this study were novice swimmers at the Palopo Sea Garuda. The population of this study is all beginner swimmers who are members of the Palopo Laut Garuda Club, totaling 15 people. Samples were taken by setting the age criteria of 9-21 years; novice swimmers included in this criterion counted ten people. The results of the research and discussion of the data obtained using a statistical approach concluded that there was a "significant effect of training using fins aids on the strength of the 50-meter freestyle leg swimming for beginner swimmers, Garuda Laut Palopo. From the conclusions above, several suggestions can be conveyed, namely to generate strength in freestyle swimming, especially in the legs.

Traditional games are part of the nation's rich and varied cultural heritage, including the conventional games of Tana Luwu. However, with the development of technology and modern lifestyles, traditional games among millennials in Tana Luwu are being threatened. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the Tana Luwu traditional game among millennials as a national cultural heritage. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The results show that the level of recognition of traditional games is still quite good; some are even known by 90% of the respondents. At the same time, the frequency of young people playing these traditional games is the highest played by young people at 54%. Therefore, more severe and sustainable efforts are still needed to strengthen the Tana Luwu traditional game among millennials as part of the nation's cultural heritage. This can be done through education, development, and appropriate technology to facilitate access and promote the traditional game of Tana Luwu to millennials. This study aims to determine the effect of Squat Exercises using resistance bands on leg strength in swimming athletes at the Garuda Laut Palopo Club. The method used in this study is a one-group pretest-posttest experiment design with a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been done, The number of research subjects is 12. With an average (mean) pre-test value of 66.25 and a post-test value of 81.08. Std deviation pre-test 2,864 and post-test 3,232. The minimum value of the pre-test is 60, and the post-test is 75. Moreover, the normality test shows that the pre-test and post-test data have a value of ρ (Sig.) > 0.05, so the variables are normally distributed. Because the data is normally distributed, it can be continued. Then a t-test was conducted with the results obtained, namely sig, 0.000 <0.05. This can be seen from the sig value, 0.000 <0.05, which means Ho is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that squat training using resistance bands significantly affects leg strength in beginner swimming.

This experimental research was implemented in two elementary schools, namely SDN Kaduronyo 1 as the experimental class and SDN Palembang 2 as the control class. Before carrying out the research, the conditions must be met: the population and sample must be homogeneous or the same. When the two groups are homogeneous or the same, then normality can be measured by carrying out the normality test. The normality test results showed that the initial questionnaire data for experimental learning outcomes was 0.094> 0.05, the final questionnaire for experimental learning outcomes was 0.088> 5, the significance of the experimental group pretest was 0.034> 0.05, and the post-test experiment was 0.19. Meanwhile, from the results of the normality test for the control class, it was found that the initial questionnaire data for control learning outcomes was 0.200> 0.05, the initial questionnaire for control learning outcomes was 0.200> 0.05, the post-test for the control group 0.200> 0.05 and post-test 0.200> 0.05. So the data from the experimental group are normally distributed. So, the data from the control group are normally distributed. The results of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) learning methods on high Physical Fitness can be seen from the calculation of increased student learning outcomes, from 13.3% to 17.8%. There is a significant influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) learning methods on Physical Fitness; this can be seen from the results of the independent sample t-test calculation on learning outcomes it can be seen that the price is sig = 0.001 with a significance level of 0.05. Thus the probability is smaller than 0.05. This fact shows that the variance of learning outcomes between the experimental and control classes has a significant effect.
