Students are one component of education. Students have the potential to be developed to become established. While the factors that can develop students' self potential are themselves and their additional factors relating to parents, environment and education. Islamic education has the task of creating students to understand the purpose of attracting and understanding their work on earth. Because the education received is not only theoretical and dogmatic, but also recognition of the conceptual. Especially things related to life ethics must be owned by these students. Can be considered about ethics that can be done easily, then comes the ethical concepts of students as outlined in the discussion or ideas about matters related to the ethics of students expressed by many Muslims, one of which is the author of the book Ta'lim al-Muta ' allim Tariq al-Ta'allum, Burhanuddin al-Zarnuji. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the type of literature study, with primary data sources Ta'lim al-Muta'allim Tariq al-Ta'allum by al-Zarnuji, and supported by secondary data sources such as journals, magazines and data discussed about the theme written in this article. The results of this study are expected to be able to arouse Muslim awareness and adjust the appropriateness of Islamic education leaders and inspire more complex and integral research on learner ethics.

The use of ICT as a medium of learning and teaching needed to realize the effectiveness and optimization of learning. But be aware that regardless of the medium used learning principles are upheld. And that is also the problem is the low level of use of ICT in schools (digital divide) whereas ICT can support the optimization of the school, because of the potential of ICT is quite large. Creativity is the ability to create new ones and can be applied in problem solving. Strategies in developing children's creativity need to review four aspects of creativity, namely "personal, push, process and product." Learning that can lead to motivation and can improve student learning achievement that makes a learning process more meaningful, so students will be able to understand the material taught and be able to convert playing energy into a light of intelligence called quantum games learning. To express this side this research formulates the problem as follows: First, How is the implementation of the Quantum Games model in Early Childhood Learning at Raudhatul Athfal Ibn Sina; Second, how the creativity of Early Childhood in Raudhatul Athfal Ibn Sina; Third, how to increase the creativity of students after the implementation of Quantum Games Learning at Raudhatul Athfal Ibn Sina. This study uses a qualitative field approach that is descriptive qualitative, its analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research results in the field have been found: First, the development of the implementation of the Quantum Games model in early childhood learning at Ibn Sina Palembang's Raudhatul Athfal still refers to the National curriculum, the language of instruction is Indonesian and the point is children are taught to play with the aim of changing children's energy smarter in thinking. Second, Early Childhood Creativity in Raudhatul Athfal Ibnu Sina Palembang, with this learning can be seen that children are more active in learning, and with this learning the child looks very excited in playing and learning among his friends trying to invite students to participate more in the teaching and learning process, is not limited to being a passive listener, but also seeing, discussing it, practicing it, and teaching it to other children. Third, the effect of the implementation of the Quantum Games Learning model on the creativity of early childhood at Raudhatul Athfal Ibnu Sina Palembang, that children appear to experience gradual changes which is certainly more than before because before applying qauntum games to children the learning spirit is lacking, qauntum learning is implemented children's games change in learning as they look very enthusiastic and ask questions and are fun for children.

Society (society) is a group of people who form a semi-closed (or semi-open) system, where most interactions are between individuals in the group. The variety of education received by students in this community is very much. These include the formation of habits, formation of knowledge, attitudes and interests, as well as moral and religious formation. Education in community education can be said to be indirect education, education carried out unconsciously by the community. And the students themselves consciously or not, they have educated themselves, strengthening their faith and self-confidence in the values of morality and religion in society. That is, the community environment influences the development of students. The influence given by the environment is intentional and accidental. That is, the environment has no specific intentions in influencing the development of students. And the community environment is very influential for children's character development. If the child is in a good community environment, it will also have a good influence on the development of the child's character. Likewise, on the other hand a bad environment can also have a bad influence on children's character development. As parents, they must be smart and smart to choose a good environment for their children, because it will determine the child's character development. Character education as an effort to develop character is an effort made by the world of education to help students understand, care and act in accordance with ethical values. The media must be controlled by the state. The state has an obligation to control all media activities, so that they are in accordance with the goals of the country itself. In Indonesia in general the community began to lead to a materialistic and hedonic attitude. They make material a measure of success and happiness. As a result, people often lose control. The more visible humans justify any means to achieve goals. In fact, true happiness and peace of mind cannot be obtained from material, position, long life and freedom. For those who do not find happiness and peace of mind with their glamor, the world seeks tranquility or happiness in its soul by reciting and following the tarekat. The practicing people believe, feel, and declare that through the practice of the teachings and practices of the tarekat this inner peace and essential happiness can be achieved. Of course, this was achieved not apart from the role of murshid who consistently guided and nurtured the spiritual practitioners through their practices and teachings. This means that spiritual education in the form of internalizing religious spiritual values instilled by the murshid to the practitioners of the tarekat Qa> diriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah in Riba> t Taz kiyat al-Nafs South Bengkulu has a tremendous impact on changes in both psychological and mental and spiritually the practicers who in the end are able to change the behavior of the practicing person into a commendable person.

Muhammadiyah education (Muhammadiyah school) is currently entering the era of competition. Muhammadiyah education must modernize education management. Modernization in the development of Muhammadiyah school management can be done on aspects of curriculum management, management of educators and education, student management and management of facilities and infrastructure. But on the other hand, Muhammadiyah schools are not enough to just develop in the field of school management. Muhammadiyah schools must maintain the existence of Ahmad Dahlan's noble values as spirits from Muhammadiyah schools. Do not let Muhammadiyah schools only have the Muhammadiyah "Brand Board" but precisely the values of Kemuhammadiyahan from the school are nil. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the existence of Ahmad Dahlan's teachings and the modernization of education management at Muhammadiyah schools in South Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to find out the existence of Ahmad Dahlan's teachings and the modernization of education management at Muhammadiyah schools in South Bengkulu and the dynamics of its development from the beginning to the present. This type of research is qualitative research. The results of the study are; First, Ahmad Dahlan's teachings at the South Bengkulu Muhammadiyah school still exist at both the Elementary and High School levels. The existence of Ahmad Dahlan's teachings can be seen from the subjects of Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan taught at school. So is the existence of Ahmad Dahlan's teachings in terms of worship and moral formation of students. Secondly, Muhammadiyah as a renewal education institution always modernizes education management, both curriculum management, student affairs, teaching staff, and facilities and infrastructure. Third, Muhammadiyah South Bengkulu schools always experience dynamics in their development. The Muhammadiyah school was first established in South Bengkulu in 1930. The Muhammadiyah educational institution experienced a phase of development from time to time, there were schools that changed the status of the madrasa ibtidaiyah to primary school. There are also Muhammadiyah schools that are unable to compete so they have to be closed but there are also Muhammadiyah schools that have survived and developed to this day. The research of this dissertation was entitled Tarekat As a System of Sufism Education (The Moral Study of the Education System of the Qodiriyah Wa Naqsabandiyah Congregation in Ogan Komering Ilir District). This is motivated by the growth and development of a desire for spiritualism or Sufism in society in the form of tarekat teachings. The teachings of Sufism which were once exclusive and individual can only be learned by special people. In its development the tarekat underwent a shift so that it was inclusive and communal / group that could be learned by all Muslims. The growth of Sufism Majlis became the embryo of the formation of non-formal institutions of Sufism namely tarekat. Qadiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah (TQN) is one of the Sufism educational institutions which consists of educational components that work systemically. So the formulation of the problem is how morality in the spiritual education system of the Qadiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah Order includes aspects; Educational Objectives, Educators, Students, Educational Processes, Curriculum and evaluation. This research is a type of field research (Field Research), while the research approach that I use is the Phenomenological approach. This research includes descriptive qualitative research. In collecting data, the authors used primary and secondary data sources, namely murshid tarekat, students, provincial and district JATMAN administrators, and tarekat guidebooks. Data collection techniques are interview techniques, observation, and documentation. After the data is obtained, then it is analyzed using the descriptive-qualitative method with the technical data collection, data selection process (data reduction), data assessment, and conclusion drawing. This study found that in the Qadiriah Wa Naqsyabandiyah Ogan Komering Ilir Congregation, there are educational components that work systemically, including: Educational Objectives that have a moral characteristically Effective Ritualist, become an Al'Abid al Kamil, a moral educator (Teacher Centered) being the main controller in education, students who have the morality of Resignation Religion, namely surrender fully/have a strong belief in spiritual guidance given by murshid (Rabithah and Wasilah). The Education Process that has an Akhlakistik Religious Internalisation, namely internalizing religious values through Dhikrullah (Dzikir Darajah and Khasanah), and with the method of Mujahadah, Muraqabah, and Musyahadah. The curriculum which has the morality of the subject of Eksperiance Oriented is oriented towards the spiritual experiences of students through the Amaliah and the teachings of the TQN (Aurad Dhikr, Tawajjuhan, Khataman, Shalawat, Istighasah and Manaqiban). Evaluation that has an akhlaqic Collegial Personal in the sense of institutional evaluation and individual (personal) evaluation in terms of the spiritual/inner condition of the student through isyarah murshid. The background of the research concerns with the existence of some phenomenon about teenagers morality decreasing that happen nowadays. It can be shown from the light violation like cheating, ditching, ignoring the prayer, or using clothes that do not cover their bodies, to the heavy violation like drinking alcohol, taking drugs, promiscuity, abortion, or involved in crimes such as brawl, motorcycle gang, robbery or rape. The scope of this study is morals and the factors that influence it. The factors are limited to religiosity factors as internal factors as well as parenting factors, peers, and mass media as external factors. This research data were taken through questionnaire, psychology scale and observation. The data were obtained and analyzed by using the statistical package for social science program (spss) for windows version 20.0. The Techniques that were used to analyze in this study include: descriptive analysis and inferential analysis.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the contribution of leadership of structural official and organizational climate to employee productivity at Educational Department of Subang District. The method used in this research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. Population of this research amount 116 employee, and determination of respondents using proportional random sampling which amount 54 employee. Data were collected using a questionnaire instruments that was developed in the form of Likert scale. Data processing techniques using path analysis. The results showed that leadership of structural official contribute to employee productivity amount 38,99%, organizational climate contribute to employee productivity amount 21,11%, and simultaneously leadership of structural official and organizational climate significantly contribute to employee productivity amount 60,11%. These results implies that organizational leader should have a good leadership behavior that develop conducive and pleasurable organizational climate. So that employee bring about high job productivity.
