Abstrak: Pengabdian ini mendeskripsikan potensi perempuan di desa Pulungdowo Kabupaten Malang Jawa Timur. Karena desa ini mencanangkan gerakan ‘perempuan produktif.’ Tujuan yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan potensi lokal melalui batik, sungguhpun desa ini tidak potensial sebagai sentra batik. Namun, lingkungan desa ini dekat dengan situs kesejarahan, candi Kidal dan Jago serta salah satu sentra wayang topeng. Batik bagi perempuan desa memiliki psikologis sosial, dan dimungkinkan juga akan menjadi nilai tambah ekonomi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari observasi awal, perencaaan, dan proses kegiatan, serta evaluasi hasil. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menghasilkan produk batik etnik berciri ornamen relief candi, serta terfokus pada karakteristik bentuk topeng Malang. Pengembangan potensi perempuan dari aspek pemasaran produk, serta presentasi tampilan fashion show. Abstrak: Petani belimbing terkendala harga produknya yang fluktuatif atau cenderung rendah. Harga produk ditentukan oleh tengkulak, petani tidak mempunyai nilai tawar untuk menentukan harga jual belimbing. Rendahnya ketramiplan untuk membuat diversifikasi produk menjadi permasalahan petani. Pada era pasar global sekarang pemberdayaaan industri kecil sangat penting, karena industri kecil merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian. Tujuan kegiatan ini memberikan ketrampilan untuk membuat diversifikasi produk belimbing sehingga dapat menjadi produk unggulan desa dari produk lokal. Tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan mengembangkan alat penggoreng buah vakum, sosialisasi warga masyarakat, workshop pembuatan kripik buah dengan penggoreng vakum. Berdasarkan kegiatan dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan: 1). Telah dikembangkan penggoreng vakum kapasitas 2 kg dengan demensi 50x60x130 cm3 bahan stainless steel, sebagai set alat untuk pembuatan kripik buah belimbing , 2). Masyarakat pedesaan memiliki motivasi kuat dalam pelatihan membuat diversifikasi produk lokal menjadi produk unggulan desa seperti kripik buah, dengan teknologi penggorengan vakum. Saran saran yang diberikan: 1) Perlu penyempurnaan vakum penggoreng belimbing sehingga pemvakuman lebih optimum, 2) Perlu dilakukan peningkatan kualitas dan viriasi kripik belimbing yang telah dibuat. Abstrak: Desa Wonorejo Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang merupakan salah satu desa produsen kopi dengan kopi khas yang disebut Kopi Tulup. Kopi dengan ciri khas lokal tersebut apabila dikelola dengan baik maka akan menjadi usaha bisnis kopi yang bisa memberikan nilai tambah bagi masyarakat desa. Terdapat ada 7 produsen kopi yang terdapat di Desa Wonorejo dengan produk kopi jenis arabika. Meski demikian masih ada masyarakat yang salah dalam mengolah kopi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengedukasi masyarakat tentang cara pengolahan kopi sehingga produksi kopi semakin maksimal baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas serta meningkatkan tingkat perekonomian masyraakat setempat. Tahap pelaksanaan pengabdian mencakup tahap observasi, perencanaan, penyusunan produk karya pengabdian dan pelaksanaan. Hasilnya diperoleh luaran berupa buku panduan, video edukasi dan brosur iklan kopi tulup. Pada buku panduan dan video edukasi tercantum tata cara pengolahan kopi yang benar sedangkan dalam brosur berisi penawaran produk kopi tulup. Setelah luaran selesai disusun dan telah melewati tahap finalisasi kemudian diserahkan ke Desa Wonorejo oleh perwakilan Tim Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Desa Wonorejo 2020. Abstrak: Sebagian besar Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) menghadapi permasalahan dalam mengelola keuangan dan berperilaku konsumtif. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari tingginya persentase PMI untuk kembali memperpanjang kontrak kerja setelah purna tugas. Kemiskinan yang dialami oleh PMI saat di Indonesia membentuk karakter poor society. Poor society ditandai dengan kesulitan untuk beradaptasi kembali dengan daerah asal pasca kembali ke kampung halaman, pergeseran nilai budaya, muncul perilaku konsumtif dan keterbatasan kemampuan manajerial keuangan. PMI meyakini bahwa berwirausaha memerlukan kemampuan (skill) dalam berbisnis, pengetahuan budaya dan ekonomi, relasi sosial yang kuat, dan tentu saja biaya usaha (modal) yang tidak sedikit. Hal tersebut mendorong tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk mengadakan pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi para PMI aktif agar termotivasi untuk merintis, menjalankan, dan mengembangkan sebuah bentuk usaha yang potensial, memiliki target market, dan resilien. Tahapan kegiatan ini meliputi: (1) Analisis kebutuhan; (2) Kerjasama dengan mitra; (3) Koordinasi dengan pemateri; (4) Pembuatan video best-practice dengan pemateri; (5) Persiapan dan pelaksanaan seminar dalam jaringan (sedaring); (6) Pendampingan penyusunan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh total 46 PMI, yang berasal dari Taiwan (50%), Hongkong (13%), Singapura (13%), Indonesia (9%), Malaysia (7%), Korea Selatan (4%), Brunai Darussalam (2%), dan Arab Saudi (2%). Untuk dapat merancang dan menganalisis model usaha, setiap peserta diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk menyusun BMC sesuai dengan jenis usaha yang diminati. BMC tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu PMI dalam memvisualisasi dan memahami model usaha yang akan dikembangkan nantinya. Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan potensi wisata sekaligus perkembangannya di Desa Senggreng. Potensi wisata ini mulai dirintis oleh warga desa bersama pemerintah desa sebagai “Desa Wisata Air” agar dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat luas guna menambah referensi wisata air serta kaitannya dengan pengembangan wilayah dan objek wisata di area Malang Raya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini terdiri atas tiga tahap meliputi; survei lokasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah diperolehnya “Local Branding Video” sebagai video pengenalan Desa Senggreng sebagai desa wisata air dan “Peta Potensi Wisata” sebagai peta petunjuk menuju lokasi wisata air. Hasil pengabdian ini merupakan bentuk visualisasi melalui media online berupa Web desa, Youtube, dan Instagram serta media cetak untuk menunjukkan dan mempromosikan bahwa Desa Senggreng, bahwa desa tersebut mempunyai potensi alam dan buatan yang dapat dikembangkan, utamanya berfokus dalam sektor pariwisata antara lain Cafe Apung Rowoklampok, Sumber Duren, dan Rajut Indah. Abstrak: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan perangkat Desa Mojoruntut dalam bidang administrasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah: (1) memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya tata kelola administrasi yang baik dan benar, (2) memberikan pemahaman tentang teknik surat menurat yang benar berdasarkan tata bahasa yang baik, dan (3) melakukan simulasi pembuatan program tata kelola administrasi mulai dari perencanaan sampai evaluasi serta cara menginput data, pembuatan surat menyurat, dan sertifikat melalui Microsoft Office. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh dua belas orang dari perangkat desa. Sejumlah sebelas orang memahami cara menginput data dengan baik dan benar, sejumlah sembilan orang memahami persuratan melalui Microsoft Excel dengan baik dan benar, dan sejumlah dua belas orang memahami pembuatan sertifikat melalui Microsoft Word dengan baik dan benar. The activities carried out are: (1) providing an understanding of the importance of good and correct administrative governance, (2) providing an understanding of correct correspondence techniques based on good grammar, and (3) conducting a simulation of making administrative governance programs starting from planning to evaluation and how to input data, making correspondence, and certificates through Microsoft Office. This activity was attended by twelve people from the village administration. Eleven people understand how to input data properly and correctly, nine people understand correspondence through Microsoft Excel properly, and a total of twelve people understand how to make certificates through Microsoft Word properly.

Abstrak: Desa Sumberejo berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi Kampung Batik dengan dibentuknya UMKM Batik Sujo sejak tahun 2019. Keterampilan membatik sudah dimiliki oleh ibu-ibu pekerja batik, sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Sumberejo adalah mengembangkan keterampilan tersebut dengan mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan batik dengan teknik colet gradasi. Tahapan-tahapan pelaksanaan program meliputi tahap perencanaan, tahap survei dan pengadaan kebutuhan, tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan ditutup dengan tahap evaluasi. Program pengabdian ini diikuti oleh 9 orang ibu-ibu dari UMKM Batik Sujo dan berlokasi di Balai Dusun Tlekung, Desa Sumberejo. Keberhasilan program dapat dilihat dari hasil pelatihan membatik yang berupa variasi produk baru pada Batik Sujo yang dapat dijual ke pasaran dengan harga tinggi serta wawasan dan keterampilan baru bagi ibu-ibu pembatik. Abstrak: Desa Gajahrejo, Kecamatan Gedangan, Kabupaten Malang merupakan lokasi pengabdian masyarakat yang memiliki potensi produk kopi bubuk yang cukup baik. Namun, dalam produksi bubuk kopi masyarakat menghadapi permasalahan yaitu proses produksi yang kurang efisien karena masih manual, pengemasan yang kurang menarik bagi konsumen, ketidaktahuan mengenai prosedur memperoleh ijin edar produk dari Dinas Kesehatan. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka ditawarkan beberapa solusi kepada petani kopi berupa kemasan sachet dengan filter drip bag dan pengurusan perijinan edar produk sebagai solusi yang ditawarkan dengan harap dapat membantu masyarakat desa Gajahrejo dalam mengembangkan usaha kopi bubuk “Ndarungan”. Abstrak: Sebagai desa yang sebagian besar penduduknya petani, Gogodeso kaya akan sayur-sayuran, antara lain kacang panjang. Akan tetapi karena ragam olahan kacang panjang yang relatif sedikit, kacang panjang memiliki nilai jual yang relatif rendah. Sementara kacang panjang merupakan sumber vit A, mineral kalsium dan fosfor, dan lain-lain yang diperlukan tubuh. Artinya kacang panjang memiliki banyak manfaat bagi tubuh kita. Berdasarkan data lapangan tersebut tim Kegiatan Pengabdian Gogodeso berinisiatif untuk membuat karya pengabdian berupa video edukasi pembuatan nugget kacang panjang dalam bentuk nugget, diharapkan kacang panjang dapat dinikmati mulai anak-anak hingga orang dewasa. Karya pengabdian tersebut terdiri atas serangkaian tahap mulai dari observasi, pengolahan, uji coba varian rasa, evaluasi hingga tahap akhir yakni edukasi ke warga desa. Dampak yang diharapkan dari karya pengabdian tersebut adalah meningkatnya pemahaman warga desa terhadap ragam olahan kacang panjang terutama nugget kacang panjang dan manfaatnya. Abstract: As a village with many of its population works as a farmer, Gogodeso is rich in vegetables such as asparagus bean. However, due to the relatively low variety of asparagus bean's product, asparagus bean has relatively low selling value. Based on that data, we took initiative to carry out a social service program that aims to educate the villagers to produce a nugget variety from asparagus bean. In doing so, we use video as a medium of education. The program consists of several steps such as observation, experimentation, trials, evaluation and the final step of education to the villagers. We expect the program to raise villagers’ awareness of the varieties of product from asparagus beans especially asparagus bean nuggets.

Abstrak: Desa prigi Kecamatan Watulimo Kabupaten Trenggalek, jumlah penduduk Berdasarkan data Administrasi Pemerintahan Desa tahun 2016, jenis pekerjaan warga Desa Prigi sector Nelayan/Perikanan menyumbang 9.83% lapangan pekerjaan masyarakat Desa Prigi, yang perlu dibina guna meningkatkan kualitas maupun kualitas pekerjaan nelayan/perikanan termasuk pedagang ikan dalam meningkatkan ekonom. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas ini salah satunya adalah memberikan teknologi tepat guna kepada para pedagang ikan dalam pengelolaan hasil tangkapan ikan dengan jalan mengeringkan ikan yang higinis dan sesuai standar nasional Indonesia (SNI). Guna mencapai tujuan dalam kegiatan ini, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan sekalian praktek langsung bersama masyarakat sasaran, yaitu karangtaruna dan pedagang ikan. Pendekatan pelatihan dipilih karena lebih efektif untuk membekali keterampilan bagi masyarakat sasaran. Hasil yang diperoleh sistem pengering ikan otomatis ini mampu mengeringkan ikan tanpa perlu terhalang oleh cuaca sekitar. Ikan yang dikeringkan akan memiliki kadar air berkisar antara 30 – 40% dalam waktu 3 hari dengan ukuran sedang. Elemen pemanas dan kipas adalah sumber panas utama pada malam hari sistem ini, dan sinar matahari akan menjadi sumber panas dalam ruang pengering juga sumber arus listrik untuk disimpan pada accu/aki. Sistem ini mampu mengendalikan suhu di dalam berkisar antara 300C - 50ºC, dan kapasitas alat pengering ikan ini 5 Kg ukuran ikan sedang. One of the ways to improve this quality is to provide appropriate technology to fish traders in managing fish catches by drying fish that are hygienic and according to Indonesian national standards (SNI). In order to achieve the objectives of this activity, the approach used is training as well as direct practice with the target community, namely Karang Taruna and fish traders. The training approach was chosen because it is more effective in providing skills for the target community.Results obtainedThis automatic fish drying system is able to dry fish without being hindered by the surrounding weather. Dried fish will have a moisture content ranging from 30-40% within 3 days with medium size. The heating element and fan are the main heat source at night for this system, and sunlight will be a source of heat in the drying chamber as well as a source of electric current to be stored in the battery. This system is able to control the temperature inside in the range of 300C - 50ºC, and the capacity of this fish dryer is 5 Kg of medium size fish.
