Sejak tahun 2015 peta baru satuan pendidikan formal secara nasional telah bertambah dengan munculnya Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF) sebagai unit pendidikan di pondok pesantren di Indonesia. Lahirnya PDF berawal dari fakta bahwa keberadaan sekolah dan madrasah dianggap belum cukup mampu mengakomodir dan belum mampu merekognisi para lulusan pesantren. Padahal di sisi lain, para santri di pesantren diharapkan mampu menjawab tantangan dunia dengan paradigma Islam dan dalam menyelesaikan berbagai problem dalam agama Islam yang muncul di tengah-tengah umat. Pada faktanya sekolah hanya mengajarkan mata pelajaran Agama 2-3 jam pelajaran/Minggu. Sedangkan PDF dalam kurikulumnya yang telah ditetapkan dalam PMA, 70% adalah pelajaran agama Islam dan 30% pelajaran umum. Terdapat kurikulum PDF sebagai acuan terlaksananya Pendidikan Diniyah Formal yang diatur dalam Keputusan Direktur Jendral Pendidikan Islam nomor 6036 tahun 2015. Yang dipadukan dengan kurikulum lokal Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fithrah Surabaya dengan segala ciri khasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berikut. 1) Kurikulum pada PDF Wustha Al Fithrah terdiri atas tiga komponen: kurikulum Pendidikan keagamaan, kurikulum Pendidikan Umum, dan kurikulum Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fithrah yang diintegrasikan dengan perbandingan 70% muatan agama dan 30% muatan umum . 2) Integrasi kurikulum PDF Wustha Al Fithrah adalah dengan mengintegrasikan sebagian pelajaran kurikulum PDF dengan pelajaran khas Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fithrah.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen pengembangan mutu guru yang ada di SDN Sarirogo, Sidoarjo. Tempat penelitian berlokasi di Jl Raya Sarirogo No 2, Desa Sarirogo, Kecamatan Sidoarjo, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumen dengan melibatkan tiga orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Selanjutnya data yang telah dikumpulkan akan dianalisis dengan melalui tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelola SDN Sarirogo, Sidoarjo telah menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dengan baik pada manajemen pengembangan mutu guru yang dipimpinnya. Pada aspek perencanaan program pengembangan mutu guru disusun pada rencana yang bersifat jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Pada fungsi perencanan yang dilakukan mengacu pada jenis pengembangan yang dibutuhkan, sumber daya serta biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk realisasi program. Terkait fungsi pengorganisasian, kepala sekolah melibatkan seluruh komponen guru untuk ikut mensukseskan dan bertanggung jawab dalam optimalisasi program pengembangan mutu yang dicanangkan. Pada fungsi pelaksaanaan, kepala sekolah berusaha melakukan sebagaimana perencanaan yang telah disusun sedemikan rupa. Dan pada fungsi pengawasan, hasil capaian akan digunakan sebagai masukan dan perbaiakn dalam penyusunan rencana pengembangan mutu berikutnya.
本研究的目的是描述和分析存在于Sidoarjo SDN Sarirogo的教师质量发展管理。该研究地点位于Sidoarjo区的Sarirogo 2村Sarirogo村。本研究采用案例研究的方法,是一种定性研究。至于通过深入采访、观察和文件提取技术进行的数据提取,涉及三名采样挑选人员。收集的进一步数据将通过数据的冷凝、数据演示和提取步骤进行分析。研究结果表明,SDN Sarirogo, Sidoarjo的管理职能已在其指导的教师质量发展管理中得到很好的应用。在计划方面,教师质量发展计划是根据短期和长期计划进行的。在规划职能上,我们指的是项目实现所需的开发类型、资源和成本。在组织职能方面,校长让教师组成的所有组成部分都发挥了作用,并对提出的质量改进计划负上责任。在大学职能上,校长试图按照预先规划的方式行事。在监督功能中,进展将用于下一个质量发展计划的输入和改进。

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi menjadi bagian penting dari pendidikan. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi yang kini sudah digunakan adalah aplikasi rapor digital. Dilapangan diketahui masih kurangnya wawasan pemahaman guru mengenai teknologi informasi, masih kurangnya pengalaman guru dalam melakukan input data berbasis digital, jaringan internet server error tidak connect, harus terhubung dengan wifi atau jaringan yang terinstall dengan aplikasi rapor digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: manajemen penggunaan aplikasi rapor digital, kompetensi profesional guru, hubungan manajemen penggunaan aplikasi rapor digital dengan kompetensi profesional guru MTsN dan MAN di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode deskriptif korelasional. Data diperoleh angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis parsial perindikator, uji normalitas, penafsiran variabel, analisis korelasi dan pengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen penggunaan aplikasi rapor digital MTsN dan MAN di Kota Bandung berkategori sedang yaitu 3,47. Kompetensi profesional guru berkategori tinggi yaitu 3,97. Hubungan manajemen penggunaan aplikasi rapor digital dengan kompetensi profesional guru memiliki korelasi positif signifikan, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,522 berada pada rentang interval 0,40-0,59 termasuk kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis diketahui sebesar 3,405 > 2,0395 ditolak dan diterima. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi sebesar 27,3%.

This article aims to reveal how Ibn Khaldun thinks about education, which indirectly gives an idea of the ideal Islamic education system according to him. Not only that, the researcher will try to describe how much his thoughts have implications for the current style of Islamic education in Indonesia. The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative analysis, through a literature study of previous research documents and texts, it was found that the ideal education system according to Ibn Khaldun has enormous implications for the current style of Islamic education, as can be seen from his thoughts on the original language, curriculum, educator criteria, and other things that have a lot of conformity with the implementation and the Islamic Education Law in Indonesia. Citra baik Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam di Indonesia terkadang mmendapat stigma buruk akibat tindakan negatif oleh oknum-oknum yang hidup di lingkungan Pesantren itu sendiri. Merespons fenomena tersebut, maka membumikan nilai-nilai luhur sosial budaya bangsa Indonesia di lingkungan Pesantren menjadi hal yang sangat dibutuhkan. Penelitian kualitataif ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dimensi nilai Pancasila dalam orientasi penyelenggaraan pendidikan Pesantren yang termaktub pada Undang-undang No.18 Tahun 2019 tentang Pesantren. Penelitian normatif filosofis ini menggunakan nilai-nilai falsafah Pancasila sebagai teori analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat dimensi nilai-nilai Pancasila pada orientasi penyelenggaraan pendidikan Pesantren di Indonesia. Pertama, nilai sila kesatu dan kedua dalam orientasi pembentukan karakter individu yang religius dan humanis. Kedua, nilai sila ketiga dalam pembentukan karakter individu yang nasionalis dan pluralis. Ketiga, nilai sila keempat dan kelima dalam pembentukan karakter individu yang inovatif dan sejahtera. Implikasi teoritik penelitian ini menunjukan pendidikan Islam memiliki titik temu dengan pelbagai nilai universal yang dapat dimanifestasikan dalam kehidupan masyarakat plural. Keterbatasan penelitian ini belum menyentuh terkait bagaimana strategi pemerintah Indonesia terkait diseminasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam lembaga pendidikan Pesantren di Indonesia

This study aims to evaluate the use of learning media in English online learning activities. The evaluation is viewed from the teachers' and the students' perceptions. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a phenomenological approach. The population in this study were all students in the seventh grade at one of the State Islamic Junior High School (MTsN) in Kerinci, Indonesia, and all of their English teachers. The sample of teachers was selected by random sampling, while the sample of students was taken by stratified random sampling. Five students were selected from each class. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. In analyzing the interview data, the researcher reduced the data, then presented the data and then concluded, while the analysis of the questionnaire data used descriptive statistics. The study concluded that English online learning was conducted quite effectively. According to the teachers' and students' perceptions, WhatsApp Group is the most effective learning media for them. The obstacles faced by students and teachers are unstable internet networks and frequent power outages.

The study concluded that English online learning was conducted quite effectively. According to the teachers' and students' perceptions, WhatsApp Group is the most effective learning media for them. This study aims to compare the learning motivation and learning outcomes of Islamic senior high schools students who graduate from Islamic junior high schools and general junior high schools and determine the correlation between learning motivation and learning outcomes of Islamic senior high school students. This research is ex-post facto research with a quantitative approach. The data was collected using a learning motivation questionnaire and documentation of students' report scores in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. The research sample includes 55 students who graduate from junior high schools and 155 students who graduate from Islamic junior high schools. The research results show that the students who graduate from Islamic junior high school have higher learning motivation and better learning outcomes than students who graduate from general junior high school. Furthermore, the correlation between learning motivation and learning outcomes is 0.006 and 0.038 for students who graduate from junior high schools and Islamic junior high schools, respectively. The correlation between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students who graduate from junior high school students has a smaller significance than students who graduate from Islamic junior high schools. In the future, Islamic senior high schools are expected to increase students learning motivation in an effort to improve students learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning model assisted by visual media on student learning outcomes on the Similarity topic. This is experimental research using a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The population used in this study were ninth-grade students of one of the junior high schools in Kerinci, Jambi. The sample selection used a random sampling technique. The research data was obtained through pretest and posttest. The results showed that there was an effect of the Problem-Based Learning model assisted by the visual media on student learning outcomes on the Similarity topic at the 95% confidence level.

This study was motivated by students' low motivation to learn mathematics in a twelfth-grade natural science groupt one of the senior high schools in West Sumatera, Indonesia. One of the alleged contributing factors is the less conducive classroom atmosphere due to the ineffectiveness of the applied classroom management. This study aims to determine the effect of classroom management on students’ mathematics learning motivation. This study was correlational research with the ex post facto nature of research. The study population was the twelfth-grade natural science group at one of the senior high schools in West Sumatera, Indonesia, which consisted of five groups. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Samples were taken by non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results indicated a correlation between classroom management variables and mathematics learning motivation with a reasonably strong category. Based on the result, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of classroom management on the students’ mathematics learning motivation.
