Stunting is a global problem because of its implications for determining the nation's future. Indonesia as a developing country has a high prevalence of stunting. According to Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data in 2018, the prevalence of stunting was recorded at 8.7 million (30.7%) infants under five years of age (toddlers) experiencing stunting. This figure is still far from the target figure set by the WHO, the stunting rate should not be more than 20%. Obstacles in achieving the stunting reduction target include the unavailability of a comprehensive strategy to be described in the implementation of intervention programs to support stunting prevention, starting with improving nutrition and health of mothers and children under five in the first 1,000 days of life (1,000 HPK). This method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the technique of Counseling Lectures, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SWOT to determine alternative intervention programs and effective strategies to accelerate stunting reduction. The results show that the main target of the intervention program is to improve the parenting pattern of children under two years old (baduta) through an intervention program to improve nutritional status.

Indonesia has abundant flora resources. One of these flora resources is the sengon plant. However, to produce plants that have good quality, quality care patterns are needed. One pattern of quality care is the application of fertilizer with the right dose and carried out consistently. Currently, the process of giving fertilizer to sengon plants is done traditionally by sprinkling fertilizer on plants so that the fertilizer dose is not evenly distributed. Based on these problems, it is necessary to train in the manufacture of tools for the fertilization process called an efficient fertilizer pump. This training is expected to increase production yields and welfare of sengon farmers. This training was attended by 20 participants from Panca Marga University students. Students as participants are expected to be able to implement the results of the training to the community in their respective environments as a form of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The results of the training participants were able to make tools according to predetermined specifications and were enthusiastic when participating in the event.

Poa village is one of the villages where red ginger is widely cultivated. Red ginger products have the potential to be further developed, considering that Pao village is close to tourist attractions, and is also supported by the high demand for red ginger products during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training on innovation in making red ginger syrup as a health herbal drink during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pao Village. Through this activity, the community, especially housewives, are expected to increase their knowledge so that they can then make red ginger syrup for their daily needs, as well as potential business opportunities. This service activity is carried out using lecture methods and direct practice. The results showed success in increasing the knowledge and skills of the participants. This success rate is indicated by the increase in the average pretest score, which was originally 50.26, then increased to 84.38 in post-test. The success rate is also measured by the partner's initiative to make red ginger products a creative economic activity in Pao Village.

This article aimed to do research on the economic empowerment of rural women using Participatory Action Research approach. PAR required performing research to define a problem or implement information as solutions to problems that have been defined. PAR is "research by, with, and for people" as opposed to "research on person." Participatory action research is participatory in the sense that it is a necessary condition that people play a key role and have relevant information about the existing social system (community) under review, and that they participate in the design and implementation of the action plan based on the findings of the research. This research was preceded in the search for problems faced by women in Jatisari Village, Lampung Province. The solutions obtained were in the form of providing knowledge, entrepreneurial skills, and examples of how to produce innovative products by utilizing the natural resources around them. Empowerment activities include three stages, namely: (1) Providing counseling about the possible benefits of natural resources in the environment as products for women’s needs by providing examples of the use of plants that are easy to obtain and grow, for example aloe vera which is easily found in the yard to produce a product; (2) Provide counseling on how to become a woman entrepreneur and analyze household products with high demand for daily needs (eg liquid dish soap); and (3) Demonstrating how to use aloe vera as a component in the manufacture of liquid dish soap.

Pelita Medika 1 Village Meranti Pandak Village is an endemic area for dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). This is supported by environmental conditions and community behavior that is at risk for the occurrence of DHF. Therefore, since 2018 in the area, larval monitoring activities have been carried out. Since 2019 it has stopped until now. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize the implementation of the larva monitoring activities, especially in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Where the purpose of this revitalization is to refresh the knowledge and skills of jumantik cadres in the implementation of larva monitoring and motivate these cadres to commit to carrying out these activities regularly. This activity is carried out through counseling, training, demonstration, and role play methods. The learning media used are using power points for presentations, video playback of larva monitoring activities. This activity resulted in an increase in the knowledge and skills of the jumantik cadres in carrying out larva monitoring, as well as a declaration of commitment to reactivate larva monitoring activities with the 1 house 1 jumantik program.

MSMEs have an important role in various aspects, both economic, social, and cultural, in the lives of Indonesian people. However, some MSMEs such as the “King Keripik” MSME in Batang Regency still have some shortcomings in the marketing, packaging, and labeling systems. Based on these various shortcomings, it is necessary to assist to improve the quality of these MSMEs. The method used is through focus group discussion activities, conducting interviews with MSME owners, marketing strategy assistance, as well as packaging and labeling assistance. The outputs or results obtained include structured online and offline marketing systems obtained products with K-Pack packaging with a layer of aluminum foil on the inside, attractive labeling that has been adjusted to product labeling rules.

The culinary business increasingly attracting new business investors and also increasing the competition because a lot of competitors are entering the culinary business. Innovation is needed to increase the competitiveness of a business. Currently, 48.9% of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are engaged in the primary sector which focuses on agriculture, fisheries, livestock, and forestry. This emphasizes the important role of MSMEs as a strategic sector in national economic development and distributing development results. The Covid-19 not only impacted large businesses but also the MSME, especially the social restriction policy. Conventionally, MSMEs rely on face-to-face transactions in their transactions but now trading activities are carried out digitally, which has proven to be growing rapidly during the pandemic. However, compared to large businesses MSMEs tend to find it difficult to move from conventional to digital activities. MSMEs need expertise in the development of digital content and the use of an attractive and hygienic toolkit. So, in this community service activity, we propose the development of the MSME Catering and Culinary Standardization Toolkit and the UMKM Food Community as a partner.
